The advertised price was $3k less than what they quoted me on top of their fees and tax. Very deceptive advertising. I would not trust this dealership. They also have multiple people calling me even after I said I wasn’t interested. Sketchy place.

I live out of state and was trying to buy a car that I would fly out to pick up. After an afternoon of negotiating over the phone and text, I finally found out that the car had sold that morning. The sales manager then contacted me the next day asking what they can do to get me to come in and buy that same car! That had been sold

Had a great experience with Tyler and the manager, i believe his name was Ricky. They got the deal done. We were grateful with how it turned out. I did not enjoy how long we had to be there... getting the deal to financing took over an hour... after signing was complete we had to wait to get into the car, took another 30-40 min. Why so much time out for a sucessful customer transaction? Also, sadly keep in mind any deal with Nissan you have to add a madatory $2500 - $2800 for windows that were tinted and other random items. This messed up our budget numbers but we still went forward. Otherwise, they were friendly and easy to work with. I am grateful for the overall experience.

When I inquired about this car they said it was new on the lot and had not yet been processed. Then they called back and it was already sold. I may be wrong but I suspected this may have been a bait and switch.

The vehicle was already sold the very night I was looking at it. However I was contacted twice
the 1st time to be advised that the car was sold the same night and then a second time where
the dealer offered to try to locate another BMW. I would say that's great customer service.

They were nice and helpful when i first arrived, then my point of contacted greeted me at the door. Told me to wait while they pulled the vehicle around, then after 15 minutes was told that it was sold last night.... I was upset that i drove 45 minutes to the dealership to find out it was sold, when they told me 2 hours before that it was on the lot. They apologized and i agreed to look into a new car and i am still considering buying from them.

I would of loved to see this car but the dealership didnt even have it on the lot. The sales guy said he would send pics when it arrived still waiting. The ads been taken down so I figured they never recieved it or it was a gimmick to get cuatomers to call for business.

Went to see the vehicle especially since the price was reduced by
$2,000. Salesman told me that trade ins were at a premium right now
because of what happened in Texas and all the damaged cars. Well,
when he brought back the numbers I discovered this was not true. They
valued my trade in $2,000 less than KBB had it, and $1800 less than
what another dealer offered me. Needless to say there went the $2,000
price discount. Not to mention a lost sale, and a unhappy customer.

Took additional video of vehicle. Good to work with on buying and
on my trade. Took time to explain. Really a no pressure dealer and
salesperson.
The lady I dealt with was nice and understanding, her supervisor/manager had an air of superiority and an attitude unfit for such a dealership. I was shown the many awards this dealership supposedly has earned but I can't imagine they were given based on customer satisfaction. Terrible experience in my opinion and I will never go back.

I found a great deal and a great dealership. The price listed was a real price. Not a fake price to get you in then, throw a bunch of add ons on top of the price. Like too many dealers do. Avondale Nissan gave you the REAL PRICE UPFRONT. That alone makes them stand above the rest.
Jasin the mgr of online sales was great. He gave me a real price an out the door price and provided me outstanding customer service. This is coming form someone who has worked in the top properties in Las Vegas.
I would recommend Avondale Nissan and Jasin Loop to anyone looking to buy a car. They will get fair and honest price quote , without any games.
