I have not been able to get to this dealer because of medical issues, but so far they’ve been 1st class in communication for over my two weeks of problems! My interest is very high, and they are aware of my problem and have been patient and caring thus far. It is very likely that I’ll purchase my vehicle from them.

Overall the experience was awful! The salesperson who dealt with over the phone seem disinterested. The were supposed to run a soft copy of my credit report for pre-qualification instead ran a hard copy, which I'm fighting to get removed

Salmir was so awesome. I wouldn’t have bought my Camaro but he was just honest and that went a long way. Integrity! Scott the finance salesperson held up to his word and so I respected him also. All the guys and gals made me feel welcomed. Shout out to Mr Cabral too at the Fall River facility on the finance dept!… Salmir you rock!

I got texts from someone who was very nice but apparently doesn't work for the dealership. Asked several times for them to send me the vehicle history report and window sticker and after 5 days they still hadn't sent it. If that's how they treat a potential customer, I'm glad I didn't buy a car there.

Strange experience. I asked about a car. Was given some information. While on the phone I bought a carfax for $44. Looked ok so I asked
to make a deposit and they agreed. Then I was put on hold and said that the car had been sold "maybe just a few hours ago". No idea what
is going on, but the clerk I spoke to checked her computer and said it was available.

Dealer applied for financing and I was approved. I never heard back from the dealership and they sold the car. I only found this out because I received notice in the mail my loan was approved, when I checked online the car was still listed. But when I called it had sold. They said they would transfer me to someone that could help and then hung up.

Not a fair deal and they continue to drop the price on a vehicle I offered a reasonable price for. There was no
conversation and I felt snubbed after I asked the manager what he would accept for a price. In fact, he turned
his back to me when he deemed the conversation over. I will not return to this dealer. There is clearly water
damage to this vehicle.

I drove 2 hours to take a look at 03 mustang
mach 1. The price listed was right where it
should be around and is in really nice shape
for a 19 year old car. When I arrive at the
location they had gotten 6in of snow and
everyone was busy cleaning up the mess.. I
spoke with Ron and told him I wanted to see
the car and he didn't hesitate to go and dig it
out so can I look at it. All the paperwork was
done that day and picked it up a few days
later with the reg done and plates on it. I
would definitely purchase another vehicle
from them again.

This is a terrible dealership to deal with. Dealing with Pride Favors was a nightmare. I spoke to him and told him to send me a contract for my
review on a car I was interested in. After numerous emails, voice messages, and texts inquiring when will the contract come, still no reply from
Pride. I had to use a different phone number to get him to talk to me, finding out that the car was already sold.
This dealership deserves no stars.

They have a person who schedules an appt. but never tells you he’s just a front for someone else. I was left waiting for a person who I never met or spoke with, who immediately tried to get me to drive the car I came to see. I felt I was being hustled from the go. A real pressure place. Avoid it if you can!!

Salesman told me to fill out a app an the vehicle was available. Next day I call because i never got one an they tell me the previous weekend someone bought it cash, so I can customer service an I am told someone put a deposit on it today an it’s unavailable??? Won’t do business here again. Customer service was very pleasant though.

1. The Mercedes-Benz GLA-Class 250 died after a few days when I bought it. I contacted Avon
Auto Brokers in Brockton, MA but no one returned my call. Disappointed.
2. The license plate was off-centered and there were extra holes covered by the license plate
drilled into the front bumper of the Mercedes-Benz. Avon Auto Brokers Service did not bother
measuring the center, hence, it drilled multiple holes until it was near center (still off-centered).
Disappointed.

Made an appointment by phone 2 hours before, confirmed the appointment by phone a 1/2 hour before, after they called me to confirm I was on my way. I arrived at dealership and they said the car was at the dealership being serviced. Unfortunately, I drive 1/2 hour to and from the dealership.

People kept secrets about the cars true natural. Cars I looked at had accidents that weren't mentioned. And the manager was reluctant to work with me on my purchase. This place had a shady vibe and they need to clean their act up. Has potential and some beautiful cars.

It is one thing to show up to an 11 AM
appointment 50 minutes late, another thing to not
have the car I was driving over an hour to see for
my scheduled appointment, but to try and bait
and switch me with another car is why Iâll never
consider this place again, & if you do good luck to
you.
I called yesterday to setup an appointment today.
When I showed up to the dealership no one was
there. I went and grabbed a coffee and came
back. No one was there, finally at 11:50 someone
showed up. He continued to put me off and
answer phone calls even though I told him I had
been waiting since 11. He had no idea I was
coming. He finally went to get the car and pulled
up a different car than the one I was there to see.
When I asked he acted confused and said hold
on let me make a call. Someone from the dealer
had supposedly taken it to another location. Just
be honest with me. Iâve been late before and

I had a great experience with Avon auto. Both Jack and Jeff were very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never at any point felt pressured into getting the car i had come to test drive. I did end up buying the car on a return visit and even after the 2nd teat drive no one pushed it on me. The car was just as described and ready when i showed up for the test drive. The dealer responded quickly and through the whole process Jack would call with updates. Great experience would recommend.

Deceptive scam artists. I supposedly found a "great deal" online at this dealer. I contacted
them via CarGurus to see if they still had it, as I was almost 2 hours away. I spoke with
Melanie from Avon Auto she said it was available (211 days on CarGurus) and to make an
appointment with a salesman. The next day I spoke with a guy named "Pride". I told him
specifically the vehicle, he put me on hold for a several minutes, then said they had it,
come in today and meet Jack. I made the two hour ride that day. Jack was busy so I talked
to another person. He immediately said they did not have that vehicle. I said Melanie told
me yesterday you had it, and Pride told me 3 hours ago you had it. He said "let me get the
keys". He got some keys I followed him out to the lot to a completely different car. He then
took me to one that looked similar, he said "low price". It was two years older and 3 grand
more than the one advertised. I talked to the manager, more BS, no apology. Stay away.

Sad to say the salesman said the car was ready for pick up it was not. The finance person said the paper work was sent out it was not, instead I was told it was ups who made the mistake. Upon calling ups they told me the package was not ready to be picked up from the dealership. When the car was finally delivered the only thing that was offered to resolve my compensation was 6 months of in house repairs of which is over 1hr from where I live and an extended warranty supposedly at cost.. sorry if I don't believe them. I wanted the car, not the terrible service. Hopefully I have no issues with the car in the future because I would rather not deal with this dealer again.

I test drove the vehicle for quite a few miles. The engine misfired for several
minutes two different times when I entered the highway and tried to pick up
speed from the street. My mechanic also told me that the two front wheels
were bent perhaps accounting for the vibration in the steering column at
highway speed. I did not buy the vehicle.

This is the worst company to deal with. My
husband and I decided to
purchase a vehicle from this location on a
Saturday. The salesman
and us agreed to a price for a vehicle, we filled
out the credit application
and began the purchase process. By this time, it
was almost 5 PM and the
banks were closed therefore we had to have our
credit pulled on Monday.
The company ran our credit, then called my
husband letting him know that
they gave us the wrong price for the vehicle and
what the payment will be
with the new price. When my husband pressed
further regarding the price
change, they couldn't decide which vehicle was
quoted. The vehicle was
for sale for $19,995 and they left it at $17,995.
They said that the owner
decided that he didn't want to sell the car for the
$17,995 and they wouldn't
negotiate the price.
Mind you, this is after they had already ran our
credit. I find this to be very
unprofessional and would not recommend this
location to anyone. They
don't respect agreements and trust is key in this
industry. If I could give
them a negative, then I would.

Made an offer on a car, rather than reply with a counter offer or rejection of said offer, I was asked to review other dealers offers. I was straight forward with first contact regarding other cars I had found along with their prices. Shocker, not all cars are listed on CarGurus. There are other search sites, oh and don't forget the dealers that aren't on any of these search sites. I thought this to be a waste of my time and bought elsewhere.

Didn't offer us coffee or water, the salesman didn't know about the trims of the
Jeep. The car we were looking at had a check engine light on and remote

These guys are terrible.... the loan guy Jason likes to play God. Likes to run whom ever credit he feel he wants to sell a car. Then want you to get the car he wants you to get. Then when you find out the car you want had 4 owners and been in accident which the ad didn't say they still won't budge on the price. Then the funny thing this clown tried to tell me what my credit score is then say oh that don't count my score lol. But today the 5 times he ran my name appeared on the very score he said don't count minus 5 points such clowns .
