He was a very nice man. He suggested that I call before I drove down to Philly to make sure that the car was still there. He let my son drive it around. There was no pressure to buy & full transparency.

Did not tell me that there was mechanical issues with the vehicle they sold me i didn't even make it home and the engine light came on the car needed a catalytic converter

I spoke with salesman David on the phone twice. He told me that the truck needed some work, but would contact me asap when it was back from the shop. After not hearing anything for 5 days, I called him back. He assured me that the truck was being worked on (another man was describing the repairs in the background) & that I would have first refusal to buy it. I told him that I still wanted to come see it & he said that he would definitely get back to me! The next thing I got was this notification from you that it was SOLD!!! NOT HAPPY since I have been looking for an Avalanche like that for a long time!! Would NOT recommend this dealer!!

Spoke to a sales rep there who told me the car I was looking at was junk and that I should come and look at other ones. . Then I saw it sold on the website the next day. Probably a bait and switch.

We apologize that the vehicle was not available for you. Our website does not specify when a vehicle has been sold, it will simply no longer show in inventory. The vehicle you were looking at was probably taken off the lot and removed from our website since it had issues.

The car was already sold but I was able to find a great Jeep here. This is the second vehicle we bought from Tony at this dealership. They are fair and reasonable and they got decent cars and trucks. Thank you Avenue Auto
Honest group of people. Told me what issues there were with the car but that it was a relatively good running car. Took the car for a diagnostic and they were absolutely right. They sold me a good running car. Also they were very friendly and helpful. Yes I would recommend them to anyone, especially a woman out shopping for a used car alone.

This particular vehicle was not to my liking however, I did successfully obtain another vehicle from this dealership which I was extremely satisfied with. The gentleman who assisted me was very courteous and professional he made it possible for me to be able to purchase the vehicle and I was very happy.
