Really beat around the bush as if there was something to hide and I gave all the info I was looking for in the first phone conversation, and he answered one question at a time, and kept saying he would call me back. Some kind of sales tactic apparently, but definitely turned me off to driving the long distance to check out the truck I was interested in

Dealer was quick with their response and very helpful.
Donnie contacted me very promptly, but he was rude. He told me my questions could only be answered if I came in for a test drive. I told him I live over 2 hours away and I wanted to make sure there was nothing serious mechanically wrong with the car before making the trip. He responded that the car was sold. The whole email conversation took 25 minutes. I highly doubt the vehicle sold since it’s still listed on here. He just didn’t want to answer my questions. It makes me feel like this car either isn’t really available or there is something wrong with it that they aren’t disclosing. Either way it seemed shady and they were rude to a potential customer

Good
The first car I looked at, 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan SE, 49,669 miles, has an oil leak. The next one that I seriously considered was a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan SE with 84,000 miles and while initial inspection was okay, my mechanic found that the oil pump was going to be a problem and that it had already been leaking oil at the top of the engine. If you are considering either of those vehicles, make sure they repair them first. I won't be going here again, and I strongly advise taking any vehicle you are considering for purchase to a mechanic you trust. The most frustrating part is that they insist that their mechanic is amazing and goes through a 117 or so point inspection on every vehicle they sell. Then why sell cars with such terrible problems, especially something as serious as oil systems? Also, go through your local bank or credit union for financing.

Too pushy. Tried to get me to put money down on the spot. Said 4 people
were also wanting to buy it so I had to act fast. Would not return under such
pressure tactics.
Horrible professionalism. These guys acted like they were tired or something. They had no idea what they were doing. The car...? I drove an hour there and back to find out the car was junk. It was very obvious that it was junk. They could have told me that before I drove another hour there to pick it up and get it looked at in my hometown. I told them i was getting it looked at. Bad bad bad first impressions. I will never work with a liar.

Dealer replied back same day with additional photos and info about the vehicle but I already had a different vehicle in mind.

I had a good experience. Everybody
involved was nice and polite. But the
vehicle had a problem with the rear axle.
They fixed it but they charged me and the
vehicle still under warranty.

I had a lot of help finding the vehicle of my dreams. I would like to sent a special shoutout to my main man Carl at Midwest Motors for helping look over my new Hummer H3.
Made an appointment to see the vehicle as I am not close to the dealer.
Arrived to the appointment and they could not locate the vehicle. Offered
no other ammends to the situation. Very unprofessional. I now see the
same vehicle (VIN matches) selling at another dealer! Seems like a bait-
and-switch operation. Very unimpressed.

Their description of the vehicle was inaccurate. The pictures and the
description didn't match. And for what the truck actually was it was
overpriced.

I drove 2 hours to see a vehicle that I
was guaranteed was "clean and
straight" only to find numerous
cosmetic and mechanical issues.
Beware: this dealership would sell you
their grandma if she had 4 wheels
