Excellent communication, I saw a car I wanted and it sold before my scheduled appointment. They had the courtesy to call me and tell me it sold prior to me showing up. Most car dealers wouldn’t disclose that transparency.

It’s hard to find older SUV’s at a good price that don’t have a bunch of hidden issues, but this place really delivered. CJ was my sales rep and helped me find the right SUV, even buying it from out of state. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and their Manager Carlos made sure everything on the paperwork and sales side went seamlessly. No surprises, no pressure, just an honest deal and a solid vehicle. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality older vehicle at a fair price.

Financing manager was rude and disrespectful saying something along the lines that we do not look like the type of people having that kind of money laying around and then proceeded to say that we do not need a down payment on the vehicle and also said that the vehicle wasn’t going to be there for much long the vehicle in fact is still there on the lot other than that experience we had a good with the salesman named Les he was great super nice and patient and respectful

From start to finish, Kinne Stricklin was top notch! He answered my questions, shot me straight and took care of me. Didn't
try and pressure me, was just available to answer my questions and assist me with what I wanted. Once he knew I wanted
the truck I got, he did every thing he could to make the process super fast and super easy! Will definitely use Autostrade
and Kinne again when I'm looking for a new vehicle.

Super responsive, Alejandro went the extra mile to assist me even though i didn't end up purchasing.
Initial contact was good and test drive but once we started trying to work with them on the car/price it changed. Was told they’d be in contact but never heard anything after that. Found out it sold through a car gurus email. Not an issue it sold but would have been more professional to let us know.

They didn’t even care to ask us anything. Let us test drive without a conversation before or afterwards. No one was around to answer questions. And we went to turn the keys back in and nothing. How was it? Did it suck? How about the ticking we found but didn’t tell you? Please find better workers.

My whole experience at Autostrade was amazing from the time I requested info on the car to me purchasing my new Scion FR-S. They really treat you more like family than just another person buying a car. The whole process for me was quick especially since I had my own financing. I test drove the car and fell in love. Everything was exactly as they described which is always a worry for me when purchasing a used car. If you want honesty I highly recommend you purchase your next vehicle from them.

Went to go check out a car they had upon arriving I told them which car I was interested in.. the guy went to get the car and when I tell you the car looked nothing as advertised I’m serious. Car was dirty inside and out and even had a dent that wasn’t in the pictures online. When I asked for the CarFax it looked fishy. For example they had the car inspected on x date.. it passed.. but they inspected it again the next day.. why would you inspect the car twice when it already passed prior. Also all the inspections were all in Katy TX.. but the dealer is in Houston TX.
The test drive did not feel like 83-84k miles. More like 160k miles..
Stay away from these guys.. they weren’t even willing to negotiate the price after I pointed out everything.

We found a lead from you back in November on a vehicle that was sold to someone else. We emailed you to get clarification on the misunderstanding , but we never got a reply from you. Very impressed with this dealership. They contacted me quickly, were very friendly and no pressured sales tactics. They allowed me to test drive alone without anything required and did not ask for my contact info to hound me like many do. Their vehicles are beautiful and well taken care of and they even allow you to have them checked out by a mechanic before purchase! I will always keep them in mind when buying a used car or truck.

Drove 40+ miles to look at a vehicle. I was told it was in good condition, with minor damage. When I got there, the roof was dripping from water damage from the sunroof. It had leaked into the radio, damaging it. It was not worth the drive and would not recommend.
