I purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 from this dealership 2 months ago. Two weeks after my purchase the low oil
warning light came on. I added a quart of oil and took it to a repair shop to have it looked at. They told me it
had a severe oil leak and the engine would need to be removed to fix the leak. I took it to 2 others shops who
said the same thing. All 3 shops quoted a minimum of $3000 to remove the engne and replace whatever
seals were bad. I contacted, Dzmitiri, the owner of Autosport Motors, and he stated he stands behind all
cars he sells and for me to forward a formal estimate of the repair. After spending another 2 hours at a repair
shop and submitting the estimate to him, he offered $500 off of the $3000 plus repair estimate. When I told
him I wasn't happy with his offer, since he told me he "stands behind his cars", he immediately became angry
and withdrew the offer. I would never recommend doing business with this dealership. The entire
experience was very disappointing!

The 2017 Audi Q7 was sold over two months ago as a used vehicle, AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied. The vehicle was test-driven and accepted by the buyer at the time of purchase. No oil leaks or warning lights were present or reported at delivery.

I didn’t get a chance to view the vehicle but the pictures and descriptions were great
I recently contacted the company "Autosport Motors" and was incredibly pleased with their service. From the very
beginning, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who carefully listened to my wishes and offered several excellent
options.
I would like to separately note the high level of qualification of the craftsmen. My car received a thorough inspection, and all
the necessary work was done quickly and efficiently. Only original spare parts were used, which is especially important for
me as a car enthusiast.
A pleasant bonus was that the prices turned out to be quite reasonable, especially considering the high level of service. I
was also pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern service center, where you could wait in comfortable conditions.
Overall, "Autosport Motors" left only positive impressions on me. I recommend this company to everyone who appreciates
quality service and a professional approach to the client.

The manager presented the vehicle to me with a damaged rear reflector light
When cranking the vehicle twice----the engine would not start----
The manager suggested that I could get a replacement battery from Costco or Walmart
or he would put in a new battery for $100
The dash cover was an aftermarket replacement and looked tacky
The price was changed from $5900 back to $6200 although we had agreed on $5900
Manager said he would take $6100 and put in a new battery
at that point--i declined purchasing the vehicle--
-had i purchased vehicle then i would
have been in a situation immediately for a non-start
the gentleman was of Russian descent and we used an app on his phone for translation
He did not speak english hardly at all---was very pleasant in his demeanor
I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for someone to bring the car even
though i made an appt for a meeting at 3:40 pm----when i got to the
dealership---the door was locked to their office

Drove over 50 miles to see car. Had multiple correspondences @ Elijah. When I got there, his co- worker told me the car was SOLD!!! I was pissed!! So unprofessional

I had a great experience buying my first Mini. Our salesman knew the Mini product line very well. The showroom showed
off the Mini line up well. I have owned many cars in my life and the Mini is the funniest car I have ever owned. I can't
believe that this one car satisfies ALL of my needs.

When I came the first time I saw a lot of different cars. Each car was very clean and ready for the
buyer. We did a test drive on some cars and I chose the one that I liked the most. Also, I didn't
need to go to DMV because the dealer did all paperwork for me.
I would totally recommend the dealer to my friends!
Prices changed a radically on the same car over three or four weeks. It was a car I wanted, but I could never get a straight answer from the owner. He said that whatever the price was on that day, was the price, but it varied $3000 from one week to the next, fluctuating up-and-down. I give three stars for the quality of the car, but dealer seemed shifty.

I came to watch the Prius, but I bought a Mercedes))) Thanks to Autosport Motors LLC, I was able to drive away in an amazing Mercedes! Dmitry helped me through the entire process and was able to quickly turn around that I needed. The car looked perfect when it was about to pick it up and was turnkey. 100% recommend!

So far so good.Friendly and professional. Paperwork for DMV handled efficiently. I had gotten rerouted through GPS and wound up over an hour off course but they stayed open until I could get there and made me feel welcomed.
