Dealer kept contacting me after two separate emails stating that I didn't receive the info they promised. After no response, I moved on to local dealers and found what I was looking for. AutoShow continued emailing two more times after I had stated that I was no longer interested.

I did not like the office staff one guy was sitting at his desk eating lunch, another was yelling jibberish in regards to another customer. The salesman who took care of me was young and inexperienced did not allow me to test drive the vehicle. He was only concerned with providing me with a purchase order because I didnt want to finance with this delership and the car was "OVERPRICED" Total chaos. Worst Car buying experience ever .

The guy who provide some help makes me feel that he underestimate my buying capacity when I asked him to improve his offer because I reviewed others online. His response was: "go and get it". Definitely, show up to this dealer with Rayban, Coach, Zara clothing, etc in order to have a nice business experience. Absolutely dissapointed.

The bank discriminated against the dealership for no good reason. It wants to deal with only major dealerships as they put it. The whole process with my bank was disconcerting. I will make a complaint to the FTC and IG. I have evidence to sue. The bank wants less competition, which puts the consumer at serious risk. The Bank reviewed its decision and decided to do business with Auto Show. Now, Auto Show is unable to deliver the vehicle on time. Auto Show wants to deliver the vehicle with a temporary plate. I had to remind the manager that there is a third party involvement and that was not a good idea. I insisted that the vehicle must be properly tag and delivered to my residence in a timely manner. I would have no choice but to notify the bank if Auto Show breaks the sale agreement in any way during the next two. business days.

Got emails every other day asking for my phone number to talk. I responded asking them please send me the Carfax and options list before we could talk so that I could be better prepared, and I did provide my number anyway. Never got info or call and car was still listed for sale. As a follow up, I got a call after my initial review was published and I received all the info I requested promptly -but only after 2 weeks of requesting it and after posting a negative review.

Hello Gustavo, When we received your email we responded with a link to our carfax and a copy of a window sticker we purchase for you. We had a conversation back and forth through email. You had more questions about the service records and condition of the tires. The only service records we had were on carfax. We let you know we will take more photos of the tires. We sent you more photos. When we followed up with you, you said you wanted to wait until the virus was over. Don't understand why you said you never received the information. We work to attend to our customer needs.

First off, we did not end up buying this vehicle because our focus changed to another model. That being said, our experience with Chris, Jennifer and the rest of their team was awesome. They went above and beyond my expectations as they provided thorough answers to all my questions and concerns. Chris provided additional pictures of the car when we ask for them and Jennifer was in communication with us when she was in and out of the office. We were able to provide a no hassle refundable deposit for the car online and it was returned to us the same day I had indicated our change of focus. After requesting information on this vehicle I was contacted by a salesman at Auto Show. We spoke back and forth then I was contacted by a second salesman at the same dealership. I told her I was already working with a salesman from the dealership. She insisted on pushing her way past the first salesman I spoke to and kept on even as I tried telling her I didn’t appreciate this cut throat approach. I blocked her finally. I then told the first salesman what had happened and that he needed to watch his back. It took 2 hours or more his reply was oh she doesn’t work here. Both got caught lieing to me. I want professional upstanding individuals to work with in my car purchasing experience not a knife in my back or a faulty car title as they sell. Thank you

Sales guy Sergio was a good salesman. The thing I didn’t like was someone went behind his back and sold the car while we were in the process of making a down payment. I’ve never seen anything like it. But I found something better. I really wouldn’t give this dealership a one star rating, but I can’t post my comment if I don’t.

We called to verify the car was available and spoke to the internet manager. He told us to ask for him, which we did when we got there. We were handed off to another salesman who went to get the key to show us the car... 10 minutes later, the car would not start.

Yes the salesman was very friendly and respectful he keeps emailing me and tomorrow I'm going to meet him to buy the car from him, if they approved my bad credit, if you ever need to buy from this dealer ask for Nicholas Vela.

Disappointed. Car interior was greasy and oily, obviously not dealer prepped, though we paid for it. Key fob didn’t work. Wrong valet key. Oil leak. No record of dealer point checklist.

I was very interested in flying down to test drive and purchase this vehicle in Mid February. I called for my contact and ended up not being able to talk that person but 2 other people the last of which read the car fax information telling me it had been in a front end accident. I thanked that person and said I was no longer interested - wasted a week

Car was dirty, and it seems like it was not a good deal. I took the car on a nice test ride, but found that it just didn't seem like it was going to last. Car seemed like it was 12 years old, rather than 7.

Sergio was very professional and courteous. He was patient and listened to what I had to say concerning my thoughts on purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle price was a little too high for my budget, but I told him that I wasn't able to give him an offer as I wanted to keep researching vehicles and pricing. all in all a good experience.

Called 5 times and all 5 times the receptionist answered then hang up without answering me. When I finally got a hold of someone I gave them my info but they never called me back bad costumer service!!!!

MotorHouse was quick to contact me and although I didn't buy a car from them, they did want to answer all my questions. The only reason I didn't buy from them is because I was able to find a better deal on another car.

Awful experience! Made a deal through internet & phone. The car was advertised as 1 owner, 49,412 miles very clean etc. Deal included 4 new tires car was to be serviced & ready to go I was coming to Fl from Mi & trading my car in. The car turned out to be 2 owner, 52,000+ miles, had 2 new tires, black oil, 1 key fob ($250+). They wanted me to sign a stack of docs saying all was acceptable with the car "before" any of the items were corrected! Salesman kept leaving while I was expected to sign the docs so no one there to answer my questions. Other sales people yelled over intercom at someone outside & complaining loudly in lobby about having to answer the phone. When I said I was not going to complete the deal the manager was called over then the general manager tried to promise all the items would be complete by 10:00 am. In all I was there for over 3 hours & went back to Mich not buying the car. The most UNprofessional business I ever dealt with.

I drove45 miles to see the car and the car was not ready at the time I arrived after I was was told it was they told me the car was taken in for service . That they will call me when it will be ready to show. Waited two days and no call, so I called . They told me that the car was returned because of it was a lemon. But in all honesty I think it was sold . It was a big waist of time .. Byers beware!

I was an out of town buyer. Everything was OK until I took delivery of the car. There was only one key. And it cost over $575.00 to replace it. They said there was nothing they could do. That is a big item to miss when I asked specifically if there was anything wrong with the car or any problems before I sent payment by bank wire. The salesman, Barry, said no problems. I consider a missing key worth $575.00 a problem that should have been mentioned.

The salesman treated us properly however, their finance division would not allow us to put down more than $3,000 on credit card making the finance of the purchase very difficult in that I would have been able to put down thousands of dollars more and their policies prevented me from doing so. Their main clientele are low-income with little credit and they treated me like one of them when my credit is excellent and I had financial means to purchase the car with a lot of money down and was prevented from doing so.

They said i needed 1,000 and i came with the money went all the way over there from over here and they said no I needed a cosigner I've been a cosigner and they approve the loan for her not me so I'll take my money elsewhere

Went to see car, then went back again with my trade, they said they were getting a number on my for trade in value. They never called me back. Unbelievable as this is a 70000 sale. Spoke with a jenifer and 2 guys who both said they were the manager, no response

I can only rate Motorhouse on their initial customer service because I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealership. Motorhouse was very quick to respond to my inquiry and Dawn the sales lady was personable and persistent but not pushy. She really tried to find me a decent car within my budget and requirements. Based on their approach I would use them when buying another car.

Dealer Responded, didn't listen to my request for a car, the person I spoke with NEVER heard of the Toyota Prius, and was pushy, quick to talk, and quicker to blow me off and then call and ask why I am not at the dealership. It was the single worst follow-up interaction I have ever encountered with any sales organization let alone automobiles. I never say never, but this group is having me say I would never want to do business with this company, it would take many changes to change my mind.

Total switch and bait!! I spoke with the salesmen over the phone & was assured everything was a go. 30 minutes later when I got there the vehicle I inquired about miraculously was sold in that amount of time but they had another hoopty just for me. I would never buy from these guys
