Most of our business is done with individuals who’ve never even driven the vehicle or seen it in person prior to purchasing. Only two things make that possible: unequaled quality and a high level of service. We offer a variety of car financing programs to meet the individual needs of our customers. Excellent fast friendly customer service
The dealer responded, but I didn't get the idea that they were too eager to do a deal. I think, because it involved travel with me being in a different city. It wasn't going to be as easy as other local deals.

They did email about a vehicle I was interested in and informed me that it sold. I was then contacted the next day and asked when I would like to come in and see the same vehicle. They seemed confused about what was available in their inventory.

I went in @1 pm and left @6 with no car, it was the most horrible experience. Dealer didn’t even know the year of the car he was trying to sell me and every time I ask a question he wouldn’t know and answer what ever came to mind. First impression was lack of customer service, I will never refer anyone and will inform them of my car buying nightmare.
