Responded quickly

Agreed to buy a used car and signed a contract. Came back the next day to find out they had sold the car. During the entire process, they tried to force me into financing through their company. I called the next day and there was no mention of the car being sold. When I showed up at the dealership, they told me they had sold the car out from under me. This was AFTER signing a contract. DO NOT TRUST these guys. Take your business elsewhere

My first used car search experience. They made it easy and were helpful about it and the process. I got a diamond in the rough, but that's all they sell. Check them out if looking for a high quality used vehicle.

Easy to deal with, and I got a fair price. The car passed the inspection I had done. Hopefully I'll have some trouble free miles ahead of me.

We started shopping for a mini online while overseas. We had great follow up and communication from RJ, test drove a couple of minis and purchased it that day! Great follow up with delivery of extra key and manual which showed up a few days later.

Presentation appears to be a sales ploy. Salesman did not provide the information I requested therefore did not contact him back.

I had an easy time deciding to buy my car here. The sales team was more than fair and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for.

Two sales personnel contacted me and let me know they had found a mechanical problem with the vehicle and would not be selling it.

Car sold 10 minutes before we called.

They didn't have the car we were looking for but were willing to drive one up from Burien (50 miles) for us to test drive.
