Came out soon as we pulled up. Very friendly very helpful. Tried to sell me on the features. Let is start it up and test it. Didn't follow up with us after to see if we could come to an agreement as I said I was hoping to spend a little less than the sticker price.

Someone called sent me the credit application never called me back. Two weeks passed by no one gave me a call. When I called back the third week the guy answer and said he have to get with the finance department and he will call me back. I never got a called back.

Told me I got my previous vehicle repossessed, couldn’t approve me that’s crazy I never got a car repossessed but I went to a larger known dealership and was able to get approved so thank you for nothing

Jimanesha, Thank you for the review. I was able to research this interaction and I can confirm that the responses we had received from the lenders at the time did infact have a repo comment. Sometimes these can be in error however that is what showed on our end. I apologize that we were not able to come together on a vehicle but are happy you were able to get a vehicle in the end of the day. Take care.
