Vehicle was presented from a dealership in Oklahoma, but the vehicle is actually in California. Communication was good in Oklahoma, but not so good in California. Had pictures and video, but again, no communication out of California. Decided to continue looking as something just didn't seem right.

Communication with this dealership was good and prompt. If I asked about something, I
received an answer pretty quickly. The listing did not provide a lot of information about the
features or equipment of the car. I had to look up what was considered standard equipment
for the trim package, which was pretty much bare bones. This was an out-of-state sale, so
there were some after-sale questions that came about that might have been nice to know
before committing to purchase, such as if the car had a charging cable and what types of
chargers it would work with as well as the owner's manual, tire repair kit, etc. I found the
owner's manual. There is no tire repair kit in the back where the spaces are for the tools. I
asked about the cable after the car was being shipped and they indicated they threw one in. It
did not work on the type of plug I have in my garage, so I had to order an adapter. Also, there
was no cargo cover, so I had to order one.

Dealer is a liar and scammer. Tried to tell me that I needed a down payment of $5k for a car priced at $8k. Also lied about the IRS government credit for electric cars by saying that the listed price of the car is with the credit applied but the credit amount is decided by the IRS based off of the consumer, given they are even qualified. Dealer also lied and said that they don't work with Westlake Financial. I read a rating about this dealership being racist and after my experience, I agree

Sorry for the poor experience GuruL6KX8! Unfortunately, the finance company decides the down payment based on your credit. If your credit is not good, they will want more money down.
The IRS EV credit amount is not based off the consumer. The amount of the credit is based on the price of the car. It is 30% of the price of the car up to a max amount of $4,000. Whether a customer can get the credit is only based off whether an EV credit has been taken before and whether or not the consumer makes too much income. 95% of the customers we have dealt with qualify for the EV credit.

Great dealership they just sold the car I was looking at, BUT THATS MY FAULT FOR TAKING TO LONG TO DECIDE, that's on me not them. They did promptly call me and let me know it got sold and offered something equally different I just didn't want it. These guys are great and have great selection just buyers don't do what I did. If you see it and you love it GO GET IT!

Good experience! They were very easy to do business with.
When went to look at vehicle, nobody was present in office nor could anyone be found. Vehicle also was not present. Apparently vehicle had mechanical problems and was out for repair.

We're sorry about your negative experience. We do make mistakes at times, however we have at least one person at the shop during business hours. The employee may have been in the bathroom. We definitely would be here if an advance notice was given and we would also give the status and location of the vehicle before you made your trip. I'm not sure which vehicle you were interested in, but if it was listed on CarGurus it should be ready for sale and would not be out for any major mechanical repairs. We'll strive to do better next time.
