The staff were wonderfully accommodating, even waiving the 3% charge to my card so we could pay immediately on the spot. The car was in excellent condition overall--apart from a dying battery, which TAP101 replaced within the week. Would recommend to family and friends.
Went to see the 2012 Nissan Frontier SV V6 Crew cab 4WD, though that truck was awesome and had plenty of pep ended up buying 2013 Nissan Frontier SV V6 Crew cab 4WD instead because it had more of what we were looking for. Dealership went above and beyond for us and whoever buys the 2012 will get a super fun truck!
The salesperson, Edwin, was extremely nice and sccomodating, REALLY wanted to work with me on everything from financing to making sure the entire experience was pleasant. Unfortunately the car was not right for me, but I will consider going there again if something else becomes svailable I am interested in and I know Edwin will be contacting me if he finds something he thinks I would be interested in.
I tried to contact them on here and on their website. The response is horrible. Yeah they want your phone number. The sales games. I guess
this truck is sold? Haven't checked if still posted but they finally emailed me back to say they would contact me Monday if they still have it.
Yeah, No contact as of yet.
This place has reached out to me and I did go to their web-site and messaged the manager. A sorry was given, an excuse was given. Yet that don't change the experience. I
hope they change what ever they need to to make their services better for the next person, but my experience was as I have posted.

We have a whole department that is responsible for making sure every lead gets responded to. Please give us your name and what vehicle you were inquiring on so I can get to the bottom of this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Wrote these people twice explaining the 2001 Black LS430 they have for sale does "Not" have the high grade "Ultra
Luxury Package" option. I explained in great detail what this option entails.Two weeks later they are still
advertising this Black Base Model Lexus LS430 as an Upscale Ultra Luxury model even after knowingly understanding
it isn't one. Rear door panels do not have the preset seat buttons that the Ultra Luxury models all have to control/memorize the
rear reclining seats because the Base model sedan does not recline. It does not have the wine cooler between the
rear seats armrests leading to the rear seat/trunk area to cool ones wine..humm? Only has a base model simple pass
through door in the rear center armrest. The trunk on a Ultra Luxury is half as deep as the big base model trunk that's
shown here due to their rear AC/Fridge back there and there isn't a fridge here..humm? No Parking sensors, no headlight washers also only on luxury package.

We have never received any emails about what you are talking about. However, we will check into this and fix it if it is true. On our website it does not say anything about it being an ultra luxury package. You can also read the disclaimer on every ad that reads, we are not responsible for errors in the description or typographical errors. But we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. If you are interested in a vehicle please let us know. We looked through all our emails and leads and we can't find anyone telling us this information. www.tap101cars.com.

Not happy with the car I drove 225 miles to see. If had several interior problems like both sun visors were zipped stripped onto the rods; parts fell off the passenger seat when I opened the door and multiple paint scratches on the rear hatch. Numerous things like this the dealer did Not provide pictures of when I asked for photos of any problems areas before making the long drive to view/drive the car. Not happy and would Not recommend this dealer.

We apologize you drove 225 miles to see the vehicle. The sun visors were ordered last week and we zip tied them up so they don't fall down until the new ones come in. Also, we spend most of our reconditioning money on the engine and mechanical parts. If you want a vehicle that looks brand new, might I suggest one that is not 10 years old with more than 100k miles. That is how we keep our prices so competitive. If we fix every tiny ding and dent it would be priced out of market. We're just so happy with this dealer the salesman didn't help me out at all matter fact I went down there to look at the vehicle and they sold it before I got there didn't even let me know try to sell me another one but they couldn't find it not much help

Response from current dealership:
What some customers do to ensure that the vehicle is still available when they come down, is they leave a deposit. We have to sell the vehicle if someone comes in to purchase it. If we held every vehicle for people that said they were interested we wouldn't sell anything. I apologize this happened, but we only have so much in our control.
