Frankly just overtly rude people. Very stereotypical LA entitlement mentality which is ultra yuck. Extremely limited
communication, lots of promises that were not kept in calls etc. Frankly an all around disappointment and waste of valuable
time. Couldn't even be nice about it. Think we might have dodged a bullet. Got our truck elsewhere.

They told my daughter the vehicle is available to be
looked at and she informed them we would be
driving four hours to look at it once we got there.
They told us the vehicle had been sold afterwards
they continue to call and text us asking us if we
were coming to look at the vehicle that they just

afterwards the dealer continues to harass my

Customer came in, saw the vehicle, we had a customer that was at the end part of the deal. We discussed with our manager, and he stated the vehicle is still for sale since the other customer hadn't signed paperwork(When a deal gets to the end stages we normally consider it as a sold vehicle).
So then we advised this client that hey, the vehicle is still available. I don't believe they heard that part. Why would we send off potential business. That makes absoloutly no sense. BUT, then the customer kept coming in the office and saying IM PUTTING $12,000 IS THE OTHER G

Went to dealership where I got my previous SQ5 and the customer seevice was trash. A young pup came out that only been working there a few weeks and he knew nothing about the vehicle. After the test drive I found an issue with the sunroof shade which is a common issue on this B8 Q5 and easily cost around $1000 to fix. Told the pup about it and he proceed to come back after speaking with the finance manager with paperwork on the OTD price. Totally unprofessional and ignored the issue. Further insult came with the added fee for the dealership “accessories” which totalled over 2k. I do not recommend this place to anyone serious about purchasing their next vehicle.

They were very friendly and helpful
Nice looking truck on the exterior, smelled like
smoke and had a few burn holes or tears in the
upholstery and a little dirty in the interior. Truck
seemed in good shape mechanically. I let the
salesperson know I might be interested, especially
if they could take something off for the condition of
the interior. The salesperson responded that not
only could nothing be taken off the published price
of $29,495, but that didnât include â accessories.â
What that meant, he said, was a gps tracking
system with an app for phones that was not
optional and was priced at $2495 for 3 years of
âcoverage.â Any fee or charge that isnât optional
should be included in the posted price. Anyway, I
left so not to waste anymore time. Iâm sure the
owner:manager has fantastic response to this as
they have to most of the other negative reviews.

Very nice and helpful
The service representative who assisted was
transparent about how each unit has an app called
ELO installed that must be purchased;
essentially a GPS tracking device and remains
active for 3 years. The cost is approximately $1000
which we were not interested in purchasing and
prevented us from moving forward with the
purchase. We asked to remove the device but was
denied; therefore, the price of the vehicle goes up.
I called to find out about this car and they just ignore you I really wanted to go see the vehicle and possibly buy it but he simply asked where I was going to register the car I said the location and he said he would get back to me never called me again

We are a small team here to literally keep our pricing low, so we do get swamped, but this customer never even responded to our email. We close at 7, but we normally stay here until around 9pm because we won't even leave until everyone gets responded to. I am assuming this review was meant for another dealership. Im not sure about this review, but I do know that sometimes the vin decoder does indeed put some features that the vehicle may have, and sometimes even doesn't list features the vehicle does have. Its always best to check with the dealer. We had a Corvette that Cargurus kept saying is an automatic and it was a 7 speed. The vin decoder is not in our control. God bless

I would not recommend buying from this dealership. They do not even try to work with the prospective buyer, they become rude if you ask questions or make offers and are in different to you or customers needs or request. In addition, this dealership does not post the vin number of the vehicle so that a customer can do their due diligence on the vehicle. Even when one kid not come to agreement on a purchase, there is no reason for rudeness from the dealership in this case, autobahn , luxury motors. I generally buy a newer vehicle every other year. But I will never buy a vehicle from autobahn , furthermore, I feel it is my responsibility to let others know of the rude and shadiness this dealership operates under.

WHAT!!?! I am not sure why this person has decide to leave this review. Customer did not have an appointment came in on 9/11/22. We actually were closed because we had just let go of an employee who was working that day, and could not find a replacement. Customer NOW shows up on 9/17/22 at 6PM, after he called at 4PM and I told him we have 3 other customers at the dealership for the vehicle. After texting the finance manager in regards to the vehicle and applying for the vehicle the finance manager calls me to notify me that because they do not get any inquiries on vehicles that are not rated “ Great Deal” the dealer lowered the price so it reflect this but they add a vehicle theft deterrent device ( That must be sold with the vehicle…..) and costs an additional $2000 so that they can make money . . ….This form of advertising the vehicle is bait and switch and very misleading ! Super shady dealer!! Just like all other shady dealerships they add on an "anti-theft and GPS system" fee which amounts to about 2k on top of the sticker price. Why in the world would they forcefully add on this feature when they are not financing the vehicle??? The guy says because they dont make enough on the car. WOW!!! Beware and read between the lines ladies and gentlemen!! One star for the car being as good as advertised and another for the guy being upfront with the extra 2k rip off fee. THE GPS device is not for us to use. We are not interested in your or the vehicles location. This is a device that has other features other than location services. Also, we are upfront with our fees, so not sure what the actual issue here is.

Process ended up being more consuming then it should be. Turns out I needed to come back and re do my contract for a higher percent rate for a mistake they made . How is that okay ? Mileage on vehicle wasn’t exact on contract by over 1k miles and vehicle I purchased had mice investation which I dealt with myself. Not the best experience buying a vehicle I’ve had but Definately the worst.

ATTENTION THIS DEALER IS VERY BAD CHOICE. They charge $995.00 on top of price and taxes for every vehicle. So they charge more in my case than what a finance company charges to finance the car. Very unfair that this is happening or this is even allowed to do so if you want to pay 995 on top of the price offered then this is the place. They should not be allowed to advertise on sites without disclosing that information.

I was so excited to get our A3 TDI after 8 months of looking. I contacted the dealer
and told them we wanted to check out the car. They said they would have it ready
for us. We drove two hours to get to the dealer to find the car was not ready, chip in
windshield, sensor lights going off, and a/c not working. They said they would have
it ready by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. We finally accepted delivery on Saturday.
The a/c still needs help and the windshield repair needs some touch ups as the trim
holding in the windshield is starting to peal. The stereo system is also not working
as it was when we test drove and the extra factory radio that was in the trunk was
also gone. So I am without any audio. They didn't give a military discount and the
communication was awful. It hasn't been a good experience at all. They don't
answer text or the phone after the sale, we've been calling none stop during
business hours for the last two days. Shady for certain. Shop elsewhere

Very down to earth good service
The staff was very friendly. I live in AZ, but because they were quick to respond, I was able to stay an extra day in CA to test the vehicle. Staff was very communicative and willing to assist. I was in San Diego on vacation and they offered face time to show me the car. Once I got there they had the car ready for me to see it and test it. As a first time buyer and being in the customer service industry for more than 10 years I was very impressed with their integrity, their service and experience.
