I received a response quickly by Peter. He was very helpful, curtious and friendly. He answered all my questions on a timely manner and was polite and professional. We couldn’t work out a deal but it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely consider this dealership in the future.

They never responded until after the vehicle was sold. Bad business. I dont believe the mileage posted was correct. It was 68k according to their email after it sold. Why bother me after a vehicle sells. I couldn't care less! Very unprofessional!

Frankly just overtly rude people. Very stereotypical LA entitlement mentality which is ultra yuck. Extremely limited communication, lots of promises that were not kept in calls etc. Frankly an all around disappointment and waste of valuable time. Couldn't even be nice about it. Think we might have dodged a bullet. Got our truck elsewhere.

They told my daughter the vehicle is available to be looked at and she informed them we would be driving four hours to look at it once we got there. They told us the vehicle had been sold afterwards they continue to call and text us asking us if we were coming to look at the vehicle that they just told us was sold. Do not go to this dealership afterwards the dealer continues to harass my daughter and told her that we were being rude by offering to pay cash for the vehicle, this place is very unprofessional and does not respect their customer time.

Customer came in, saw the vehicle, we had a customer that was at the end part of the deal. We discussed with our manager, and he stated the vehicle is still for sale since the other customer hadn't signed paperwork(When a deal gets to the end stages we normally consider it as a sold vehicle).

So then we advised this client that hey, the vehicle is still available. I don't believe they heard that part. Why would we send off potential business. That makes absoloutly no sense. BUT, then the customer kept coming in the office and saying IM PUTTING $12,000 IS THE OTHER G

Went to dealership where I got my previous SQ5 and the customer seevice was trash. A young pup came out that only been working there a few weeks and he knew nothing about the vehicle. After the test drive I found an issue with the sunroof shade which is a common issue on this B8 Q5 and easily cost around $1000 to fix. Told the pup about it and he proceed to come back after speaking with the finance manager with paperwork on the OTD price. Totally unprofessional and ignored the issue. Further insult came with the added fee for the dealership “accessories” which totalled over 2k. I do not recommend this place to anyone serious about purchasing their next vehicle.

Yea this review is true. We missed the moon roof on our inspection(or sometimes they work one day and don't the next). We were going to repair this, of course we don't want to sell a car with a bad roof.

But the salesperson in question no longer works here, sorry brotha man, wish we could have done business for life, but I totally understand. I wish you the best.

Nice looking truck on the exterior, smelled like smoke and had a few burn holes or tears in the upholstery and a little dirty in the interior. Truck seemed in good shape mechanically. I let the salesperson know I might be interested, especially if they could take something off for the condition of the interior. The salesperson responded that not only could nothing be taken off the published price of $29,495, but that didn’t include “ accessories.” What that meant, he said, was a gps tracking system with an app for phones that was not optional and was priced at $2495 for 3 years of “coverage.” Any fee or charge that isn’t optional should be included in the posted price. Anyway, I left so not to waste anymore time. I’m sure the owner:manager has fantastic response to this as they have to most of the other negative reviews. Here’s a tip though: don’t bait & switch

We had another customer on that truck that actually wanted the accessories that we had pre-installed, and as a business had decided to wait to see how that deal went through, and ended up making the deal with that person. We do have the right to do that, but I also see your point as well for wanting something off for the truck, it did indeed smell like smoke, tried to get it out couple times and really couldn't. The service representative who assisted was transparent about how each unit has an app called ELO installed that must be purchased; essentially a GPS tracking device and remains active for 3 years. The cost is approximately $1000 which we were not interested in purchasing and prevented us from moving forward with the purchase. We asked to remove the device but was denied; therefore, the price of the vehicle goes up.

We are a small team here to literally keep our pricing low, so we do get swamped, but this customer never even responded to our email. We close at 7, but we normally stay here until around 9pm because we won't even leave until everyone gets responded to. I am assuming this review was meant for another dealership. Excellent experience! The sales manager did not push to close the sale, as the product sold itself! There was a quick response. I left a message at 9;30 pm and had a reply by 10 pm for an appt the next morning. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership!

Im not sure about this review, but I do know that sometimes the vin decoder does indeed put some features that the vehicle may have, and sometimes even doesn't list features the vehicle does have. Its always best to check with the dealer. We had a Corvette that Cargurus kept saying is an automatic and it was a 7 speed. The vin decoder is not in our control. God bless

I would not recommend buying from this dealership. They do not even try to work with the prospective buyer, they become rude if you ask questions or make offers and are in different to you or customers needs or request. In addition, this dealership does not post the vin number of the vehicle so that a customer can do their due diligence on the vehicle. Even when one kid not come to agreement on a purchase, there is no reason for rudeness from the dealership in this case, autobahn , luxury motors. I generally buy a newer vehicle every other year. But I will never buy a vehicle from autobahn , furthermore, I feel it is my responsibility to let others know of the rude and shadiness this dealership operates under.

WHAT!!?! I am not sure why this person has decide to leave this review. Customer did not have an appointment came in on 9/11/22. We actually were closed because we had just let go of an employee who was working that day, and could not find a replacement. Customer NOW shows up on 9/17/22 at 6PM, after he called at 4PM and I told him we have 3 other customers at the dealership for the vehicle. When he came in, I TOLD HIM the very valid reason that we were closed, and he said oh ok I understand. If he actually wanted the car, he could have came in at any point between all these days.

After texting the finance manager in regards to the vehicle and applying for the vehicle the finance manager calls me to notify me that because they do not get any inquiries on vehicles that are not rated “ Great Deal” the dealer lowered the price so it reflect this but they add a vehicle theft deterrent device ( That must be sold with the vehicle…..) and costs an additional $2000 so that they can make money . . ….This form of advertising the vehicle is bait and switch and very misleading ! Super unhappy with the service . I explained that i would purchase the vehicle as long as they either took the item off the invoice or gave me a discount of $2000 that they were going to add , but they declined .

Firstly, before we ran the customers credit, we made them aware that we advertise all of our vehicles AT INVOICE and have a pre installed theft deterrent device on all of our vehicles, very upfront and honest. Its just very funny, that the customer doesn't say anything about the vehicle being advertised $12,000 back of Kelly Blue Book. We are passing on the savings onto the customer, we only make a small profit on the theft deterrent device, and work based off volume, and proof of that is that we were advertising the vehicle so much back of KBB. Every customer we come in contact with, we let them know about the fee's upfront. These reviews commonly come from people that do not get their way, and they get upset and want to make things up.

We tell customers upfront as possible, we do not want to waste anyone's time. We sell clean vehicles, with the smallest of profit margins, and we fully service and recondition the vehicle.

Super shady dealer!! Just like all other shady dealerships they add on an "anti-theft and GPS system" fee which amounts to about 2k on top of the sticker price. Why in the world would they forcefully add on this feature when they are not financing the vehicle??? The guy says because they dont make enough on the car. WOW!!! Beware and read between the lines ladies and gentlemen!! One star for the car being as good as advertised and another for the guy being upfront with the extra 2k rip off fee. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere!

THE GPS device is not for us to use. We are not interested in your or the vehicles location. This is a device that has other features other than location services. Also, we are upfront with our fees, so not sure what the actual issue here is.

You are contradicting yourself, you are saying to read between the lines, and then saying thanks to the salesman for being upfront, so which one is it? If the numbers make sense, make the purchase, if not, then there are other dealerships you can contact.

Process ended up being more consuming then it should be. Turns out I needed to come back and re do my contract for a higher percent rate for a mistake they made . How is that okay ? Mileage on vehicle wasn’t exact on contract by over 1k miles and vehicle I purchased had mice investation which I dealt with myself. Not the best experience buying a vehicle I’ve had but Definately the worst.

I truly wish we could simply avoid customers like this. We have no issues, if we make a huge mistake or something, we own up to it, we fix. We of course try to avoid any mistakes, but if they do, we make sure customer does not take the heat of anything.

Upon being at the dealership to purchase this vehicle, customer changed the amount they wish to put down over 20 times, and this is not being exaggerated. ATTENTION THIS DEALER IS VERY BAD CHOICE. They charge $995.00 on top of price and taxes for every vehicle. So they charge more in my case than what a finance company charges to finance the car. Very unfair that this is happening or this is even allowed to do so if you want to pay 995 on top of the price offered then this is the place. They should not be allowed to advertise on sites without disclosing that information.

Absolutely the easiest vehicle transaction I have ever done. Right off the bat checked out the vehicle I wanted, told the salesman I was interested in trading in my vehicle, they inspected my car, gave me a higher offer than I was expecting and boom! We were finalizing the paperwork. Was at the lot for just about an hour, would definitely recommend them!!! Thanks Hadi!!

The car was dirty when we got there. They were willing to bring the car to mechanic to be assessed. It was a great price. But didn’t feel like the right fit for me

I was so excited to get our A3 TDI after 8 months of looking. I contacted the dealer and told them we wanted to check out the car. They said they would have it ready for us. We drove two hours to get to the dealer to find the car was not ready, chip in windshield, sensor lights going off, and a/c not working. They said they would have it ready by Monday, Tuesday at the latest. We finally accepted delivery on Saturday. The a/c still needs help and the windshield repair needs some touch ups as the trim holding in the windshield is starting to peal. The stereo system is also not working as it was when we test drove and the extra factory radio that was in the trunk was also gone. So I am without any audio. They didn't give a military discount and the communication was awful. It hasn't been a good experience at all. They don't answer text or the phone after the sale, we've been calling none stop during business hours for the last two days. Shady for certain. Shop elsewhere

This review is partially correct and partially incorrect. They did call us to make sure the vehicle is available, and we did say we would have it ready. No excuse, when they arrived, the vehicle was not ready, This was during a period we were really behind on reconditioning work, and this one vehicle in particular we really should not have put online, and we take responsibility for that. The customer was upset, understandably, and we promised to have the vehicle delivered. However the issue with the air conditioning was a bit more problematic as we expected. The staff was very friendly. I live in AZ, but because they were quick to respond, I was able to stay an extra day in CA to test the vehicle. Staff was very communicative and willing to assist. I was in San Diego on vacation and they offered face time to show me the car. Once I got there they had the car ready for me to see it and test it. As a first time buyer and being in the customer service industry for more than 10 years I was very impressed with their integrity, their service and experience.

This review is indeed accurate. She did email, and we did not respond. Customer offered a price that was 35% off the sales price of the vehicle, which was far below market value that the vehicle was selling for.

However, we should have still responded to the customers inquiry to let her know that we were not interested in the offer. We will try out best to not have this be the case anymore.

I showed up there at the dealer before they opened and bought the EXT. They didn't have time to contact me. I missed out on 2 different cars with low milage and didn't want to miss this one. They were friendly and in about one hour I drove away with the car. Thank you

Very rude. Drove an hour and 15min to come look and test drive the car. The group of guys didn’t take a young couple of girls as serious buyers and wouldn’t even let me test drive after I got pre approved on my credit. Owners words “this isn’t a museum this is a place where we sell cars”. Felt I was treated very unfair.

Kate, you were never pre approved at any point in time. We have a strict policy on all performance vehicles, that either you will need to have your own financing, or get approved with our lenders. We did a soft pull on your credit, and at which time we noticed we will not be able to get any financing done with our banks. This is at which point we advised that we cannot take you on a test drive, due to the fact we won't even have an approval.
