Cheap people with overpriced cars. Thought I was getting a good deal come to find out the vehicle needs a lot of work. Also they do ‘in house’ automotive repair and it is just a quick, cheap fix for them and problems for the car buyer in the long run. Chayla was sweet.

Went there for a ford escape, but that didn't work out, the people that work there were extremely polite and not pushy at all. How ever I think they need to be more vigilant about their cars,they sell, like idk change the oil, as in tranny oil, maybe drive the cars they sell to make sure the transmissions aren't messed up. Or A/C work, how about break's that work properly, be very careful and make sure you test drive more than a few miles.. I did buy a car from them and regret every moment,

The actual add described features that were not on the car, for example the heated seats, and the hands free car feature that bluetooths to the phone is also not equiped. The final price out the door was $1,000 more than the listed price, although they said in email that since I was paying cash they would work with me on the price to make the sale. I also had to put gas in out of my pocket, since the gas light was on when I went to test drive car, my option to take it on the freeway was clearly not going to happen. I still have not recieved my title and we had agreed upon sending through the mail certified yet my registration came in from them regular postal service. I was keeping them past the closing hour, however who wouldnt mind staying an hour over to make the additional cash in pocket. Sticker price said $5,399 yet out the door it had cost a total of $6,399.00 plus the $50.00 in gas. Dissatisfied they charge so much since i had paid cash in full. Been 1 month still no title.

While they were quick to respond to my inquiry about the car, it had, unfortunately, already been sold. That was two weeks ago & the car is STILL listed on several sites as being for sale, including CarGurus. I have called the dealer during those weeks just to see if, perhaps, the car was returned or the buyer had backed out, but, no, it is gone. Why is this allowed?

We got a used BMW from Autoamore about two months ago, long story short, we're very happy with the purchase. We're from the Bay Area, and our search for a used car started here, only to realize like everything else in the Bay - housing, food, hiring a handyman, to even used cars - everything is at a hefty premium here. After looking state wide, we saw some good candidates in Sacramento, LA, and San Diego (much much farther). 1st stop Autoamore. Talked to Irfan over the phone. He was attentive, took the time to verify a few things, made sure all our questions were answered. Actual test drive and car purchase were stress free. Autoamore gave us as much time as we needed to test out the vehicle, and we did take it out and back 3x to try testing something specific, never any pressure to make the purchase. Almost 2 months later, we are very happy with the purchase. 4 hours drive total to Autoamore was definitely worth the huge savings.

Extremely helpful after phone call quite a good company to deal with I plan on buying a car from them soon,, so traveling to this dealership wouldn't be a problem because of the helpful customer service level of care.

Very unprofessional. My auto technician had a verbal commitment over the phone with one of the salesmen that changed in less than one hour. The salesman agreed to $13,000 for a 2002 911 with 157K miles on it listed at $13,499.00 with my technician. However, when I called the dealership 35-40 minutes later to finalize the sale and arrange payment, I was told that someone else who had been working with another salesman put a deposit down and would be purchasing the same 911. If this was so then the car salesman that was working with me should have alerted me about the same. I was promised a call back if the other deal didn’t go through. Needless to say, I never received a call back and the car is still advertised for sale. Thankfully I found a much better deal elsewhere. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I care about.

Car wasn't ready when I arrived. There were a lot of little problems: i.e. glove box gaps, driver heard rest inoperable, left front had a cycleable noise. They should have fixed these problems before I arrived.

Was little confusing first said car was sold then said it was available and when contacted to come in and hopefully make a deal said car wasn't available so that was my only complaint otherwise professional

Best experience treading in and buying a new used car from Autoamore. Friendly and professional! After viewing their inventory thru CarGurus website, I called to check if the vehicle I wanted was still available. I left a voicemail expecting not to hear back but to my surprise, Christian called back and I arranged to come by the next day to check it out. I drove over two hours from home. On my arrival, I met with there salesman and was showed the Toyota Sienna XLE I was interested in, handed the keys and was told to take my time in checking it out and if I had any questions just ask. I took it for a test drive, came back and started the purchase process. It could not have been easier. There was no up-selling and they even negotiated (with me sitting right there) between loan companies to get me a lower interest rate and they were successful. While the salesperson was courteous and the car seemed ok, the dealer's policy and advertising was less than fully accurate. They don't tell you the price listed on Car Gurus is a cash price, and that if you finance, the price is $1,000 more.

I'm shopping from Michigan and these West Coast really impressed me with their dedication to their craft. I never purchased a car without seeing it but I think this will be my first !!!
