talk to the dealer over the phone about the van i asked in what kind of condition the van was in he said it was perfect shape nothing wrong with it but cloudy head light and he was taking care of the head light .so we drove 2 1/2 hours there and we finally got there ang they were still working on the head lights that was ok . we started looking around at the van and looking at the bumpers saw that the paint did not match the rest of the car the paint was a different shade of white so i ask about it (kirby) did not know about the painted bumpers ok moving on . so we started to look inside of the van looking at the stow&go seats and the right back middle seat will not go down the cable is broke the weatherstrip on the siding doors were torn each side i was told when i ask about if there was any dents dings and scratches on the van (kirby) said the paint was is perfect shape . when i looked at the hood of the van there was scratches all over the hood . window had dirt in them scratch th

Was very helpful, informative, and communicated well via text message. I would not have had an issue purchasing from this dealership.

They were very accommodating. Very quick and easy with all the paper work. Handles everything from tag to insurance, making it very easy to buy.

Truck was listed with a topper. When I contacted them, they said they had removed the top, but the price would remain the same. Told me they probably still it and would call me back. Never called back. The following week the pictures were update without the top.

Brent and Chad were both great. The truck was exactly as it was represented on the website. I purchased the truck after a short test drive. They also hooked me up with local people to add spray in bedliner and cameras to get it ready for my towing needs.

I have not bought a vehicle yet but if my experience on the phone with the owner was any indicator.....this would be the only place to buy a car or truck. Brent was very knowledgeable and super helpful on the phone. He came me his number and if I had any questions to call anytime. I am going this weekend to their dealership...will update further 1 week later...best purchase I've ever made. Brent undersold and over delivered with the truck. He had more features than what was listed ...backup sensors, bluetooth radio and the transmission as automatic and manual. The only option i would want on this truck is automatic locks. Never get a truck with manual locks unless you're single.. it's a big hassle. I just tinted the windows and will put power locks in this weekend. I drove 3 hours you get this truck and will go back again for another vehicle.

Got a text from Jared asking me what info I needed. I asked for any history on the car, like a Carfax. Never heard back from him. I ended up buying a Roadster from a dealership who I contacted at the same time as Auto World. Honestly, I would have rather had the blue color that Auto World had, but I'm not going to chasing a dealer to sell me a car. I gave them a 1 star because he did text me after my initial contact... but nothing after that.

You work with 1 person throughout the entire process. This makes it easy on the buyer b/c getting thrown around from person to person is irritating. The person I worked with was upfront, straight to the point, not pushy, and honest. All information about the car was provided and given upon request. Carfax was also provided. The only thing that wasn't provided upon completion of me buying the car was a voucher for a full tank of gas at a local gas station. Some people might think that this is silly of me but..... It's always the little things that count. They also had good options of other vehicles as well. Especially the sport sedans and luxury sport sedans. Other than the gas voucher I'd definitely go back. ✌️

Bought the truck. Exactly as described, Kirby was terrific to work with, very satisfied with the experience!

The car had to be jumped when I got there. The cars hazards never turned off when I test drove and the car died in the middle of the test drive. The salesman did not know what to tell me.
