Fantastic customer service!! In two hours I left the dealer driving the car

Shawn was very helpful, sadly, we were about 3 hours from the dealer and while we were ready to travel up there to look at it and most likely buy it, another salesperson sold it.

Response was fine, but contact did not show at appointment time. Another salesperson stepped in quickly to allow a test drive. We did not make a purchase.

The sales man Trung was very nice and was on point when it came to getting all the paperwork to us, but they wanted a $500 deposit to hold the truck even after we had sent them the paperwork approving us for the truck through our own bank. They did hold truck for us till Saturday when we were able to pick it up with no problems. Overall he was a good salesman and a good dealership to deal with.

They have a false price they now wanted to mark up the truck by 8000.00 wont ever deal with this company again

Kevin Collins and Shawn Rogers were excellent and treated us very well. No high pressure, very quick and friendly service, it was a wonderful experience and we purchased a very nice truck from them. I recommend AutoTrek to everyone. The vehicle was certified with a dealer's 3 month warranty.

Trung Nguyen was my sales contact there, and he was great to deal with. He always responded quickly to my emails, and answered my questions about the car thoroughly and completely. Although I ended up not buying the car, my experience with Trung was very positive!

Didn't want to help me at all. Judt because if bad credit. Was rather rude. I went ti a different dealership and got approved for the same kind of car. Not good turning down $5,000.

Very helpful and flexible dealership. They let me test drive the vehicle and take it to my mechanic to ensure the vehicle was up to snuff, and it is! I was able to trade in my old Subaru at a fair price, and they were very transparent every step of the transaction. Their entire staff was nothing but friendly as well.

They contacted me right away. Unfortunately I was not interested because of the color.

The listing was not honest. They did not state that this car had its bumper replaced, that it had a cage partition and a lift ramp. All of which effect the integrity of the rear suspension. Nothing of this was mentioned and when asked about they did not respond kindly.

Called to set up test drive Was on my way down the mountains and recurved a call that the Jeep was getting a recall service fix. The agent hadn’t bothered to check if the Jeep was on the lot when I set up the test drive. Should give five stars, however. As I found a great deal on a 2018 wrangler that night.

I was contacted as I requested, good service, but I change my mind in the car I wanted,

So my dad and I drove from Littleton to Aurora to see a mercury mariner. Called to see if it was available and the lady I talked to said it was just taken off hold. I fell in love with it the second I saw it. Test drove it and fell even more in love with it. We walk back and Larry (our salesman) says "I have bad news. It's been sold already." I was kinda actually heartbroken because the vehicle was perfect for me. Larry offered to contact his other dealers that hes in touch with and let me know if he could find something for me. He also said if they weren't in by the next day hed give me a call. I told him wed be there right away. We test drove another vehicle but it didnt have all the things I was looking for. I would have rated this dealership much lower but due to the customer service we received I do believe it deserves a 5 out of 5. They are very welcoming. Especially to the other places we had been to that day. Larry is awesome and we appreciated his dedication.

Dealer had a vehicle listed that had not been in their inventory for some time. You think a reputable dealer would remove a listing once a vehicle is sold instead of leaving it on to real in more customers in a bait and switch scenario. Disappointed to say the least.

Excellent experience! Would definitely buy from them again and recommend them. This was the 4th dealership I visited in my quest for a vehicle. Some of the previous places I shopped at were pushy and manipulative; some others were well-intentioned but not too organized. AutoTrek was great -- not pushy, very transparent and straightforward, fair deals, well-organized and easy to deal with. I'm glad I found them and ended up buying from them.

Called them about a hyundai elantra and set up an appointment with them as i feel that they were honest. Drove out from Co Springs (86 mile drive) and the paper work was filed for a test drive only to find out that someone bought it the night before and they didnt call me to let me know ahead of time before driving roughly 2 hours to get there. Thanks!

The company is very professional. They responded and contacted me right away. The only thing was helping someone like me who has a horrible credit was not possible. It’s sucks but I don’t blame them: I wish dealership was more helpful to someone like me. Love to have this car though...but overall the company is honest and that’s one thing that I liked about them. Didn’t waste my time. If your looking for a good dealer and you have good credit, check them out! :-)

Originally I had contacted Autotrek to look A 2008 Subaru Imprezza. Unfortunately after a few emails I was informed the car was being sold the next day but there were a few other options if I wanted. I ended up looking through the website and found a 2012 Impreza for a great price. We went to test drive the car and it was pretty much everything they advertised it to be. The only thing I wish was mentioned was the car did have a small amount of hail damage. Although not a deal breaker and we still took the car home we had to see the car for ourselves to be told the cosmetic flaw was there. Overall we were happy with our experience and would recommend others. On a side note the sales person who helped us, Ralph was very helpful.

The people at AutoTrek are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The transaction went very smoothly and we feel we were treated fairly. The only negative comment was upon closer inspection of the car the was a considerable amount of what appeared to be soot in the car. I think that that could be contributed to the close proximity to Santa Fe Ave. They might want to do a little better job of cleaning these cars in the future.
