Responded quickly, but sadly the car was pending a sale...yet it is still being advertised
The overall experience at AutoSource was excellent. Nate responded to my inquiry
right away and provided answers to all of my questions throughout the process. He
was very transparent and helpful to make the buying experience comfortable. He never
pushed me to make a decision. The price was so good that I just couldn't pass it up. I
was amazed that they provided their own warranty independent of the manufacturer.
They are that confident in the cars that they sell. I've had the car for a couple of months
now and I haven't had a single issue. I have nothing but positive feedback for
AutoSource and for Nate as our salesperson. I would buy from them again with no
hesitation.

We were very happy with Nate and his quick response. We almost bought a different vehicle, found this one at the last minute with less miles and for a much better price. The sale went very smooth. They also checked back to make sure we were satisfied.

At first glance, the outside of the dealership isn’t that impressive but the second you walk into the building it’s very nice and clean on the inside. Employees are nice and very helpful. The car I was purchasing was the actual price when I got there and not just some bait price to get people to come in. No hidden fees when it was time for the paperwork. Overall, I was pleased with everything!

Now i am part of the AutoSource Motors Inc. Family! and having a anxiety disorder along with ptsd and severe post-traumatic osteoarthritis they where very understanding and made it so easy for me to get in and out and wow this little thing was clean in and out. I went to the north lot and went there with my mind set on what i wanted and now i have it with out any problems.
Now the reason why for the 5 stars was for how they treated me; with respect, honesty, and understanding of my condition and i felt a warm welcome to our Family from Sonia that when said she looked into my eyes directly and it felt very good to know that if i have any problems witch i know i wont but that they will handle it!

We discussed the vehicle that I wanted on the lot. I said I would be in the next day to buy it. I don't remember him asking for a deposit, but I said if anyone expresses interest before I get there to call me. He ended up selling the vehicle about an hour before I arrived. I understand why he did that but I wasn't happy, especially since I didn't receive any phone call about a buyer or that it had been sold.

I live 90 miles away I called the morning before I decided to drive there and asked if the car was available ,they said yes. I told the I would be there in a hour or so .I arrived about 2hrs later and was told the car wasn't there it went to get serviced. Now he had my number could of call me back when he realized the car needed servicing before I arrived. They said it was something minor and would call me Monday ,never called me back

Ryan at Autosource was ridiculously helpful!!! Contacted me back the
morning after I was late night searching. I asked for a condition
analysis and he brought it inside out of a rainstorm, dried it off and
photographed every tiny detail. Needless to say it was exactly what I
wanted and I purchased it online with confidence. I've never been to
Milwaukee but I know sales and good customer service/support.

I did not but a car here but who I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. They were willing to compare vehicles from other dealers to come to a fair price. Wasnt able to close the deal but they were up front when speaking to them.

Nice vehicle however they weren't able to give me enough for my trade in to make the deal work. When I went in the numbers were higher then I wanted then they came back and offered a number at a certain price over a certain amount of years and I said that would work but then they came back and said they weren't able to go that amount of years on that year of vehicle so that was a little disappointing cause im thinking why would you even offer that if your not sure you can get that done but besides that the salesmen was great!

Very smooth easy transaction. The car didn't have floor mats. They ordered me a new set. I found a small ding. They had the paintless dent guy come and remove the ding. I called from Missouri about a Challenger they had for sale. I asked many
questions about the car and talked to the General Manager about the
condition of the car. I really appreciate the honest description of the car,
and pricing that I couldn't haggle, which believe me I tried. After 7.5
hours drive to the dealership the car was completely described as it really
was, no higher expectations from the phone conversation to when we
got there.They also have a warm showroom to inspect the car in the
dead of winter! NICE.
The deal was flawless, and three days later I received the title in the mail,

They responded quickly...Had a test drive with them for
BMW X1...They did let the customer check over the car by
themselves...very casual...It is good...
But...rude and impatient...During the whole talk after the test
driving, we talked less than ten sentences including talking
about car issues and price.. then the salesman directly
kicked us out......they have a very bad attitude if you show
them the possible issues you found in the car...The issue
looks like not a big thing for them...The salesman refused to
discuss more about the possible issues of the car...we
asked about the price in person...at first, the salesman said
a price even higher that what was posted on the website,
which directly cannot let us believe them... We tried to
bargain about the price with him...then, be kicked out..we
didn't disrespect the car...but looks like the salesman hates
to talk with people...very bad customer service I've ever
experienced...
Updates: I should say maybe we just meet with the wrong
salesman. I am not quite sure who he is. Two days later, I
contacted directly with Nate again. He was nice and helpful.
He agrees to handle some items if we are still interested in
the car. But the price is still higher than we expect. Hope the
dealer could mention it is no-hassle pricing on the cargurus
website. So we will not spend our time driving from another
city for the test driving and going through that bad
experience.

Nice people to work with; no pressure. We arrived at the lot, looked at the
vehicles we were interested in, and no one came out to accost us. We went
in, they introduced themselves, and then the manager gave us the keys to
the two vehicles we asked about. We looked, then they allowed us a test
drive. No pressure, very up-front about each vehicle, and let us leave on
our own schedule. What a great way to build customer respect! These
guys know what they're doing.

Dealer didn't help with transferring the
title and license plate processing at all.
Didn't give proper instructions either. In
addition, the car he sold me had a
physical damage on the driver side door
which had body work done that was
discovered when I took it to the BMW
dealership. This resulted in difficulty
locking/unlocking that door every
morning.

We only handle the in state taxes and title transfers. I did tell you how to do it though and if you have other questions please let me know. Also, we had no idea about the damage inside the driver's door until you mentioned it to us. It was not visible. I am glad that the BMW dealer fixed the issue for you under warranty. It was far beyond what I was looking for.
Ithe car was beatific and we'll
maintained. If I was looking for myself
and not my kids I would have bought it!

Decent dealership. Steve and Ryan were
pretty easy to work with. The truck was
in great shape, better then the online
photos. They took care of a rust spot in
the wheel well. Gave me a ok trade in
value for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. If
your looking for a dealership that will
give all there cars fresh oil changes and
brakes and fill the gas tank, this is not
the place for you. But if you want a
quality car at a great wholesale price
then this is where to go. I purchased my
truck for about $3000 below blue book,
so I didn't mind spending a little money
after I bought it to make it really
flawless. I came from Michigan to get
this truck because I couldn't find one at
this price anywhere by me. Keep up the
good prices and quality rides fellas!

That is why most of our vehicles fall into the "Great Deal" category on CarGurus.
