They don’t sell cars, they sell extended warranties. And have their sketchy dealer fees and scratch protection that get tacked onto the sale price, and you cannot refuse them.
Overall, I got a good deal still, but had to keep combing through the fine print and telling them to take stuff off. They started off with an extra $400/ month worth of extended warranties and protections.

Candice Garcia was supposed to take care of me, but she didnt. I set an appointment to get see a car and then she let the vehicle get taken to another dealership didnt even gave a heads up, nothing she was just going to let me go up there for no reason worst sales person ive encountered

I've had a great experience shopping here twice! Very helpful friendly people.
Had a very unexpectedly good experience. Not because of this specific dealer, but simply past experiences with most dealers. From the start, they were responsive to my initial inquiry. Once I arrived, my rep was very engaged and made sure she answered every question. I made my decision quickly and we closed the deal. Great experience! This dealer is one that retains customers. Great experience with our salesman Tripp Vail and GM Steve. They made the deal happen after initially leaving the dealership. They contacted me and put this deal together I brought home the car I wanted. I would recommend Acura Golf to anyone who wants a great dealer experience.

The car looked nice online, but I don't want to pay full market value for a car that has aftermarket wheels on it. Cheap aftermarket wheels at that. We may have been able to make a deal but, as advertised they won't accept any lower offers. In my opinion a lexus without lexus wheels just isn't a lexus and you are automatically losing even more value than normal the second you drive off the lot.

The salesman was nice & knowledgeable. I felt after they knew what I was approved for the finance manager went to town trying to sell me everything. I wasn’t interested but I let him do his pitch while being annoyed because it was late. He was very worried about how and when they are going to receive the check from my credit union. He kept on asking and asking about the check. It was annoying. Other than that Dustin did a good job.

Manager was rude. Multiple issues with the car that they didn’t even want to consider fixing. Almost didn’t purchase the vehicle even though I drove 3 hours to go purchase it. Only went through with it because I’ve been looking for this specific car after my last one for totaled. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

The online process was quick and easy. The online sale personnel (Tuck Morris) answered all my questions. The price was straight and clear with no hidden fees. I bought the car the next day.

My Experience with Auto Nation Acura Beautiful is the way i can describe it. Mr Freddie Brown is just such a Great guy he told me he would make it happen and he did. and Ms Tracy was so nice! Our experience with Auto Nation Acura was exceptional and we purchased
the advertised vehicle the afternoon we were there. The salesman who
assisted us was also exceptional and helpful as was the financing manager.
The vehicle I saved was no longer available. However, I was notified before my appt. I decided to come in anyway, to see if they could offer something comparable or better. The sales manager, David Llorente (or "Your Car Guy" as he likes to be known) showed me a similar model, but a 2017, with about 6,500 mi. around the same price. He took time out to tell me about several vehicle features and how they operate. We went on an extensive test drive and there was no pressure after this, but after test driving the Audi Q3 and the Infinity QX50 (this one very close), I decided the Acura best fit my needs. Went back the next day to close the deal with Connor O'Keefe (who was the original, contact from CarGuru.com) and parerwork & car were ready within about 90 minutes. My Auto Nation Acura Gulf Fwy. experience was simple and pleasant.

Went to see vehicle, looked around for over 30 mins on the lot with a sales rep. No vehicle at all .
Came from out of town for nothing. Got a call later asking if I'm coming and told them I had came already and no car.
Salesmen told me he is looking at car outside his window.
I guess he drove it home because it wasn't inside or outside. What a wast of my time

I will describe this as a good deal gone bad.
1. I found the car I was looking for online. Was instantly contacted by
the General Manager Brian.
2. I was out of town so Holly the internet manager took a $250.00
payment over the phone after explaining to me that the payment was
refundable if I decided not to purchase the car.
3. Went in and was treated very well. Worked with Dustin and even
put $750.00 more with the $250.00 as a down payment just because.
4. As soon as I mentioned changing my mind due to a potential
transmission issue on the car the customer service stopped.
Imagine that!!
5. The new finance manager refunded the $750.00 but would not
refund the $250.00. He said he will have to talk to Holly first and call
me back later that day. Never received any call. But was hung up on
by Dustin. I was lied to once again.
6. The old finance manager was no longer working there so when I
asked to speak to Holly or Brian neither of them have been available.
Dustin explained right before he hung up that he does not handle
these issues and will be calling the other customers who want to buy
the car. Which I was fine with because it seemed to have a
transmition issue. Nothing has been resolved.
I think the $250.00 was a good price to pay because if its all about
the sell God forbid what id had to deal with if I had to take my car in
for service. Highly disappointed and would not recommend to am
ememy.
Decided to buy from Gillman Acura and they had it together. No back
and forth, no lies, professional and knowledgeable.

that evening. Happy! Happy! Happy! No pressure, Laughed more
that night than I had in a long time hanging with the Sales guy,
Finance guy, etc. We shared some fun stories. They really made me
feel at home.
