$2000 more than price shown if you don’t have a trade or finance with them. Made an offer a little lower than price shown on here. Only came back with a couple hundred off the added price for a cash deal or financing with different lenders than them. I did appreciate the salesman telling me about the extra fees if not trade or not finance with them before we made the long drive to look at it.

Read the other negative reviews. I drove three hours to be told the original numbers were a mistake. None of the new terms were discussed before the trip. The new price was much higher than the CarGurus price, which would only be honored if I used their financing and accepted a trade offer $4k under other reputable offers. The floor manager took over the deal by text before I arrived, yet greeted me with he didn’t know I was coming. He then said he’d never heard of my nationally known lender and said it was possible the vehicle would not be released if I used that lender. CarGurus shows the vehicle has been on their lot 74 days; one could draw their own conclusion as to why. Their public response said their records didn’t align and suggested confusion, but the details were clear: the price increased, the terms changed, the CarGurus price only applied under their financing, and I was told the vehicle wouldn’t be released if I used my own lender. The pattern in other reviews was similar.

Definitely not negotiable on pricing, high priced right out the gate to include misleading pricing on the internet. Not very willing to negotiate with the 2025 inventory on the lot. Told them to keep it and went to another dealership that was a little bit more negotiable. My sales professional Alan very nice guy and knowledgeable but his manager were not willing to negotiate at all. It's all about making the most money out of a customer PERIOD, It's a business I understand but other dealerships were willing to negotiate to attract a potential customer so I went there and made my purchase.

Not good they added 1 thousand dollars for no trade in & 500 dollars for not financing with them not very good business. & very tried to contac me after leaving the dealership .the car was not ready for a testosterone drive when I arrived very called to tell me it was ready.i worked at a dealshop for over 40 years have never heard of these practices

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this dealership. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever encountered. They had a car listed online that didn’t even exist on the lot. When I arrived, they told me it had been sold the previous night at midnight, which was clearly a lie. To top it off, they tried to push other cars on me that I had no interest in. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Talked to a sale person and attempted to talk about making a deal and was told they will not conduct business over the phone. Many dealers today are willing to work over the phone and via email to trade vehicles but this dealer is not willing to deal in this type of sales. You would think dealerships would be willing to change to the new way of selling vehicles but some dealers are still in the past and set in their old ways.

Buyer Beware!! Zero stars. Took 3 days of asking for pictures before I got them. Was promised them the first day but never got any. They advertise a low price but if you don’t have a trade in they add another $1000 to the price. If you don’t use their Nissan lender (which the sales staff will recommend you don’t use cause the Nissan lender is higher rate) they will charge another $500. So basically if you don’t have a trade in their advertised price is actually off $1500!!!

The stimulated convertible top was extremely dirty. The dealer was unable to clean the top. Wasted my time waiting for the dealer to detail car and then found the top was so dirty. The salesman was nice but unfortunately couldn't clean the top. Disappointed

They did reply but never answered the questions I asked through your link. I asked if the vehicle had the E torque option. They didn't say yes
or no so I moved on. I did visit the dealership that Sunday and found the truck on their lot. I did get my answer by reading the hood badge.

Original listed annotated delivery price included in final price. I had to call, sent 3 requests to inquire on availability. Soon as they found out I was prequalified outside their financial institutions, they claimed CarGurus listing didn’t include delivery price and changed listing. Also never drafted up sales numbers but sent text claiming they sent me sales quote. Never ever met met a salesman who ignored $50k+.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Initially I was loving the price of the Pacifica and I was offered a trade in offer that was reasonable from filling in the online form. However after driving 2hrs and waiting for a trade in check, I was told the hail damage (light dents on edge panels not hood or roof) was considered serious damage and they would have to put it at auction making my trade in values 8k instead of 12.5k. Total switcheroo. I drove back to my local dealership (also had a pacífica but more expensive), and I was offered 13k for my trade in and 3k off the price of the van. So I'm glad I turned down this dealer, and bought elsewhere. I wasted a day but thankfully I didn't waste thousands of dollars more.

I bought a car from them and then 6 hours after driving it had a loud hum and a loud pop when I turned the steering wheel from a parked position. I live around 2.5 hours away they told me to take it closer to my home and then I lose the lifetime warranty. Not happy and won’t send customers there.

Vehicle they sold was nice and in good order. If you are going to purchase a vehicle check your loan value and do not rely on their information. Price shown does not line up with nada loan value. They will also try to charge you 500 for not using their loan service and have a 1000 trade in credit built into the price will be removed if you do not trade a vehicle into them.

While our salesman, Ryan, was great to work with, the overall experience was terrible. We are not from the area. I sent over detailed photos, info and everything they would need to give me an estimated trade in value to see if the drive there would worth it. I was told $22-23k trade in value. We were offered similar or more by a few local dealerships but the specific vehicle I was after isn’t available around here. My husband and I both took off work, drove 8 hours total, sat and waited for 2+ hours for them to come out and offer me NINE THOUSAND LESS! Before giving us the insulting offer, they RAN OUR CREDIT! We filled out the paperwork on it which I never do before knowing my trade value but they had already told us our trade value would be between 22-23k which we were fine with AND THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO MENTION IT WOULD BE FAR LESS. Not only was the offer insulting, they tried to state false reasons why such as “it needs tires” but I have receipt proof that I just put tires on 6 mon

The listing mentioned hail damage, so I asked for pics or video detailing the affected spots. i received a few emails, first saying that my request for pics was not passed along to the sales person, and then one of the "we haven't heard from you, is there something we can do" type emails. I repeated my request and they still didn't provide and pics, eventually saying the affected areas don't show up well on camera...
TLDR: waste of time trying to work with staff who can't be bothered to provide customer service.

Priced the truck to us with the knowledge that we were going to buy out right with no financing and no trade in. First time I spoke to him, he priced the vehicle knowing this. Then said oh he made a mistake and priced me the wrong truck and then said well its in the ship because it got water damage. Then when we got there he jacked the price up 2K on the other one he priced over the phone because we were not going to finance and he would not get an incentive. Never heard of pricing a vehicle and then you get there they want to charge you more because you are not financing and have no trade in. He was told this prior to our 2 hour drive there. Waste of our time and he was rude and did not offer to negotiate at all. I asked for the manager and he said I am the manager. He said we can't keep these trucks on the lot so you can pay the higher price or we will sell it anyway. No people skills at all.

additional pictures! I then asked about fees
and total costs and was shocked! It came to
$2070 in extra fees including $599 for
financing fee even though I was paying
cash. There was also a $1,000 penalty for
not having a trade in. I asked for best price
and was told our prices are already the best

wanted the car I was not paying $2070 in
extra fees in addition to a car priced slightly
above national average according to
CarGurus. Since that time, 3 days ago the

And I would have most likely bought the truck. Waisted my time and my fuel driving there. A good salesman should know a little more about their inventory.

The sales team was ok purchased vehicle. It came straight from the service department and was promised if I purchased it was going to be professionally detailed. Left vehicle for several days returned and vehicle wasn’t detailed as promised was quite dirty for a $100k purchase. Was told that this is a common complaint from customers and that they would speak with management but wasn’t sure if anything would be done to fix the issue.

Probably one of the worst car buying experiences that I have ever had! My wife and I drove over an hour away to look at the car. We made a reasonable offer to buy it and we were refused. We drove home and the same car was dropped in price two times since, and not a single phone call telling us this, even though we left messages and sent emails! Pretty unprofessional experience, gave us an offer on my trade in and we were looking for a little bit more then comes back with an even lower offer. The truck was in pretty bad shape. Headlight assembly was completely out, tire out of balance, interior was scratched up on all door panels (not pictured). Would not come down on the price of the truck either. Told us we were the first ones to come out to look at the truck but the truck had been on their lot for 90+ days and has 1500 miles more than the listing ad. I went to see this vehicle after talking to a salesman & setting up a time to test drive the vehicle. I live an hour from this dealership. They couldn't find vehicle when I arrived. After waiting about an hour they finally found out that the car was at Cadillac for service & i would have to see the vehicle another day. Over a week went by and i finally got the chance to see the vehicle. I asked what was the vehicle in service for and they only told me that the vehicle was there for a window motor, whi h later I found was not the only reason. The car has major transmission issues. They took the car out of the shop and didn't let Cadillac fix so they could try to sell it to me. I drove the vehicle and it jerks really bad when changing gears, and the sales tried to act like nothing was going on. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I called and left a deposit on a truck and then drove 850 miles to finish the
deal, arrived at 4:45pm on friday, we just had to fill out the paperwork, which
well and timely. We were told that we just had to wait in the finance guy and
we would be on our way, we were next. Wrong we apparently were 3rd in the
list of 5, we finally left for dinner at 7:30 with a bad taste in our very hunger

We wish we would've know this before you left, as this is our recollection of the sale: Upon driving the customer mentioned the truck felt like it was pulling to the left. Sales staff went to GM and GM had the truck taken down to A1 Automotive for diagnosis. We found out it needed an alignment and two new tires to solve the issue. This took about 2-3 hours to complete. During that time customer signed all paperwork with Matt in the finance office except the release of liability form and the financial closing statement because he had not seen

This is long but worth reading. Our experience was great! We took the vehicle for a test drive and everything seemed to be as it should. I still had questions in my mind (as with any used vehicle). Wade our sales rep told me to take it to my mechanic and have it checked out. I did and everything checked out. On the way to seal the deal the front brake stuck and really got hot. Called Wade. He offered to pick us up (25 miles away) and take us home and he would tow the vehicle to the shop. They fixed everything no questions asked and it was ready the next day. Great customer service. I would totally recommend Wade and the dealership.

Called to get pricing info and try to work out a deal on one of their overpriced vehicles and was only told to come in and let's talk about it. I'm guessing so they can try some lame 'dealer' kick. I live 3 hours away and cannot leave work just to drive 3 hours to talk. In the end got nowhere with woman on phone after me repeatedly telling her how far I lived away. Guess they only sell to locals which explains why the vehicle has been their so long. Worst experience trying to by a 70k vehicle.

It was not good at all. We called to see if they had the car, they did. We drive 30 minutes to look at car and they say they can't find the keys. They were going to contact us when they did. They never contacted us, but when my son called them to find out if they did find the keys, we were told that the car had been sold.

Good people to deal with, Aaron was professional and polite.Jeep Wrangler is all I expected. Only issue was after it was cleaned the carpets were wet and had to dry them myself. Don't know what that was all about!

I am a frequent car buyer for me and my wife. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences of them all. From the salesmen to management. Let me start with when I contacted this dealership I was already pre approved for a very low interest rate from my bank. I made this very clear to the salesman. He explained to me I would not be able to get what I wanted for my trade unless I financed through them. I told him if he could not match my interest rate I am not interested he said fine. Next day he calls me to come in. I drove the 30 miles again and he offers me a finance rate of double what I was approved for. So then I a am told to speak with the finance manager. While in discussions with him the Manager comes in and tells me I should finance through them and then refinance with my bank in 6 months?? I told him that was not going to work and if I could not finance the car through my bank I did not want the vehicle, he agreed. I pick this vehicle up and it has loud noises coming fom the rear end. Day three I take the car back up there and was told they would fix it. 1week later the car was supposedly fixed. That night upon receiving the vehicle I could not get this car out of first. I drive the vehicle to the closet shop to me and park it. They call me next day was told there is 800 dollars of transmission work to be done. I told them to fix it and called the salesman. No response for days. When I finally contacted them I find out nothing has been done with the registration on this vehicle. We are a few weeks into this thing and I have no plates on top of the repair bill. The salesman contacted me and said my plates were at the dealership. I take another half day off work and drive to the dealership. I get there the sales man is off and there are no plates. I talk to the finance man about my registration and the repair bill and he says he can just transfer my plates? Why wasn't this done weeks ago? On to the bill he told me he would put the bill on his managers desk and he would get back to me immediately. Fast forward a week and still no response. I contact them again ( the finance manager) and he says the bill is on his managers desk. He again said he would have his manager contact me. Finally he contacts me and offers only reasons on why he is not going to pay for the repairs. This is truly the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and would strongly suggest you go somewhere else. As for the repair bill I will make sure I get compensated in full!!!

We drove 125 miles to this dealership to find two cars we were looking at to be clean, side by side ready to compare. We ended up buying the race red Mustang GT and my son could not be happier.
