Excellent buying experience. Scottie was very helpful in providing information about the car, along with
pictures and videos upon request. I was very nervous buying a car over the phone but they made the
process extremely easy and most importantly, they were not pushy at all. They went over and above to

I had an exceptional experience buying from AutoBay online. I had to drive 1 hour to see this car, however this car had deep scratches /accident on rear bumper which was neither listed in advertisement or informed. Waste of time!

This was my first time purchasing a car online which made me very nervous about it potentially being a scam. Simon from AutoBay was AMAZING! He took me on a tour of the dealership, let me see the car lot, went over the vehicle I was interested in full detail. Even put the vehicle on the lift so I could inspect the under carriage. I researched reviews for AutoBay, and they were very good. My car is now purchased, and I am waiting for her to be delivered. Thank you AutoBay!
Went through site and submitted the 500 depisit.
Called the same nite to confirm, however they still
had not received the request from CarGurus. No
problem. The following day i called to followup and
start going through the details. I told them I wanted
to put some cash and use the remaining balance on
my already approved financing (USAA), and that's
when I was told I couldn't use them. I did not want
another ding on my credit report, so I said I'll need to
time to consider and walked away.
Received a followup call from manager and provided
some clarity, however first impressions last.
I recently made a purchase out of state with AutoBay. I was a little hesitant, as I have never bought a car sight unseen before. Scotti held my hand through the entire process. He made me aware of every tiny imperfection the car had. Took all my phone calls, and there were many.
I would not hesitate to refer Scotti for someone looking at a car at AutoBay!

Dealer wasn’t pushy. He came out and gave me the key and said come get me when you want to drive it. They have a lot of nice cars on their lot. I didn’t buy this pick up but I did buy a Jeep grand Cherokee from them.

Good car… good customer service
Scotti did a walk aroound video at my request so I could see any close up imperfections in the paint. He did
a great job. I did not buy their car as I live in WA State and they are in NJ. Before I would have bought their
car I would have hopped on a plane for the 5600 mile journey there and back and as a former business
traveler that just did not excite me. But the same day I did find another C-7 Corvette L51 Stingray 11 miles
from my home with only 3500 miles on it. I went to look at it, loved it and bought it. I would still recommend
AutoBay as a great dealer as they did everything I asked them to do.

After putting my deposit down I decided I was more comfortable working with local dealer in my home state. The dealership was very kind and understanding and refunded my deposit with no problem at all. I greatly appreciated this dealers integrity and professionalism.

Was put in a very unique spot and these guys helped me out and worked with me under very unique circumstances as a young self employed first time buyer. There are a lot of scummy sleazeball dealerships that will lie to you and bury you deep in there “reconditioning” fees.
Luckily there not like that there easy to work with and got a good team with good leadership. I would recommend buying a car from them

I was suspicous at first because of the high price according tp cargurus. I remained intrigued because I called and Maurice explained why the car was so unique. When I arrived at the lot I undersood more. The car was special and no wonder it took me almost a year to find what I was looking for ! Thank you guys for really loving cars because I love mine now!! Worked with Simon on financing a 2007 VW Jetta and he was very kind and courteous, went as far as to explain how the process goes for a first time financee like me and made it very simple for me to understand. I went over to the dealership to look at a few car different cars. The owner Simon was extremely nice very patient with my multitude of questions I had. He answered every single one with complete thoroughness and transparency. I can tell it’s important to him to build trust so I will continue to be a client rather than trying to get a quick buck. I look forward to making a purchase but he has so many cars I like in great condition the biggest problem is I can’t make a decision on which one to get. I keep going back and forth in my head but I feel good that any way I go it will be the right decision!
