Did not purchase. But overall had a good experience.
I had an amazing experience at Auto Valley Group. I was working with Oleg, who was very
accommodating, personable and ready to address any question or issue that came his way. I just
bought a used 2019 Ram 1500 and they provided me with all the information they had about it,
including the CarFax with a full service history. He spoke to me personally instead of just trying to
make a sale. Everyone here was wonderful to work with, I highly recommend going here for your next
car purchase!

Excellent initial contact via email and text. I had a great test drive. Everyone was very helpful, informative and attentive. Terms of trade were good but issue with DMV prevented me from moving forward without a trip to Snydersville. Dealership even offered to drive me there! Very considerate. Special thanks to Oleg for his kind assistance.
No purchase. Truck was in very poor condition. Rusted, bands rusted and hanging off exhaust. Multiple holes through the bed. Poorly installed after market Air Suspension.

Hi Brend, sorry to hear that you were not happy with the vehicle that you looked at. That specific truck (2017 Ford F250) was priced $5000 below retail value due to the fact that it was not "perfect" which is a more than fair discount in our opinion. Best of luck in your search.
Would have been 5 stars if he could have worked out a deal for the white Chevy Cruze. But am more than satisfied with the deal we worked out for the VW of 2nd choice. Engine was sound and the brakes were replaced as agreed to thank you Auto valley group. You will have my business when in need again !!!

A class act used car dealer - good quality vehicles, available info posted on the vehicles, clean and orderly lot, decent office complex. Great customer service. They were honest and wonderful to work with.
Went to the dealership to test drive a car that I saw on the website and fully scheduled to test drive it and was told that the car was pre bought on the spot and the dealer trying to sell me other cars that I wasn’t interested in.

According to our records you inquired about a vehicle on a Monday asking if you can come on Friday to see it. You did not leave a deposit to hold it, therefore the vehicle was available for anyone else to see and purchase. In the future, please call or email the day of to make sure vehicle is still available as inventory changes all the time.

Was going for an appointment but our basement flooded from the rain and had to cancel. Was understanding
I went to the lot after viewing the vehicle on CarGurus. I went inside and there was noone and I had to search for someone to speak to. Once found, he was extremely rude. After I told him what I was looking for, he said "I'd be wasting my time and his to look at anything and there was nothing he nor anyone else anywhere else would be able to do to help me find a vehicle I could afford." At that point I said, "so I'm basically screwed?" He simply nodded and walked away.
From the postings on CarGurus, there were multiple cars that would have worked within my price range and kept me fairly below what I could afford as a monthly payment. There were four that I viewed on the website and it only shows as having sold one of them.
There was a response by email asking if they could assist in any way. I didn't respond.
The entire staff was very helpful. Did a fantastic job setting everything up to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was exactly as described. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them should the need arise. I’ve seen some reviews where it was said that the vehicle they originally looked at was sold. That happens because if you don’t put a small deposit on it then there’s no guarantee it will be there. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the exceptional treatment I received from auto valley group.

I was so excited to see this car because I had every intention of buying it. I was coming from NY but the distance didn’t matter. I contacted the dealer, Mr. Jones responded via email and asked that I call/text him when I would like to come see the car. So I did. No response. For 2 days. Then I receive an email from Car Gurus that the car was sold. Still no response from Mr. Jones. Horrible customer service. Was he going to wait until I got all the way there to tell me it was sold?

Customer service was good. The sales clerk explained everything to me. This is my first time purchasing a car so they were very helpful with all the questions I had.

He gave me his direct cell number. He answered all of my questions HONESTLY about this
awesome truck and worked a deal out with me over the phone. I drove two hours to Auto Valley
Group and it was worth the drive. Stan honored his phone agreement, despite several other
customers arriving to look at the truck while I was there. He let me take a test drive and said,

The people there seem to be just
starting up they could not inspect the
vehicle because they do not have
emissions in that area. We had to pick
the vehicle up. When we stopped to get
gas we found the key broken in the
driver's door lock. We also are working
with an issue with a V tec. Sensor.
The people were very friendly
I feel that they priced the car
Before they knew all that needed to be
done to it. They complained to us about
all the repairs they needed to do.
They did not detail the vehicle.
In their favor they did give us five
hundred dollars off for paying cash.
I do like the way the car handles
and drives. I feel that once we get a few
problems worked out it will be a useful
car for my needs.

Amazing experience, got a great deal for my car.
Excellent people.
Came by to few this truck, drove it easily no hassle , no issues I was told by a sales representative there is another on by the name of Russel. I test drove both of them got the feeling of the Silverado’s applied for a loan waiting back. My options are possible to do a buy here pay here. Both Truck was in good condition, nice people, hidden dealership, great options and you can’t beat there prices most of their cars are $1500 less than other dealers from “guru” standards. I recommend to stop by.
Spoke to Leo on a Friday and informed
him I would be traveling 300 mi. to
visit family and asked for their
assurance on the condition of the
truck as described (Mint). Drove
another 30 mi. To the dealership and
was met by another salesman who
said to follow him to the mechanic
shop as they were finishing some
exhaust work. Truck was far from
Mint. I did realize that had 100k miles
but when I put my hand through the
rocker pannel I was done. Such a
waste of time. Seams like a shady
operation.

We make sure all our cars are serviced prior to having them on the lot this why you must of seen the car in the service center.
