We called about 30 mins before arriving to see if the vehicle we wanted was still available. It was, we showed up, Patrick was fantastic. We looked at it and test drove it. Came back to the dealership and had the deal and paperwork done in less than 30 mins. No games, no up charges, the price on the site was what they had it for on the lot. Great experience.
I traded in a 2010 RAV4 for a 2013 RAV4. There’s a lot of difference. Both the Sales Rep and Finance Rep were very friendly and professional. They were both very nice and down to earth. I felt like I got a fair deal as used cars are very expensive, especially Toyota’s. I would recommend buying from them if you find a car you like.

The dealership and I through email for about a month until my husband and I
were able to travel 3 hrs. to test drive a 2009 Audi Q7 TDI. Jim was very nice and
told us everything he knew about the vehicle. He even helped us look a the VIN
to see if the "Dieselgate" problem was fixed (diesel emissions). Everything went
smoothly! A+++
Very Helpful and seemed to be interested just was not to get to a price. If we can come to an
agreement on terms and price trade is possible. Distance is also a factor if it was closer maybe
we could work out a better deal. Prefer seeing car in person before making a decision. Just need
better allowance for my car.

Had a really good experience with this dealer. Spent $9500 on a car that needed $1800 of work—brakes, rotors, battery, oil change—and I was able to determine that by taking it to my mechanic first.
My salesperson allowed me to keep the vehicle overnight to have it evaluated, and I wouldn’t have purchased it had he not allowed me to do that.
I had a really positive experience here. I was buying an inexpensive, high-mileage vehicle for my teenage son. I don’t think I’d go here for a low mileage German personal/family car here, but then again that’s not really what they do.
There is no “doc fee” and no other fees, hidden or otherwise. If you’re looking for something impressive but inexpensive, I think this is a good place to find something nice.
I have only positive things to say.

I found the dealership to be very accommodating. I'd initially gone to look at this car, but it smelled as
though it had been owned by a smoker and I just couldn't handle the smell. Luckily they had a second
Touareg with lower miles and no smell in the car! It was a bit high priced, but they didn't hard sell and try to
add extras to pad the deal, so I bought it. Jim was very personable and professional. I would recommend
them based on the experience I had with them.

Drove 30 miles to see the car and when I got there it was sold. He then tried to sell ne an older car for $2000 more than the car I wanted. Also they do not finance, cash only. Will not go back to Auto Union.

I was in the market for a quality used vehicle for my grand-daughter. I found Auto Union by calling one closer to my home. However, the car I was interested in was located in Lebanon. You know when you have that feeling all will be well? That's what I felt the moment I met Jim. Very knowledgeable about all his vehicles on the lot. All my questions were answered. He also allowed me to bring the car for an independent inspection. In 48 hours my grand-daughter was driving off the lot in her 2016 VW Jetta Sport. Wonderful dealer to work with. Very through on the pictures, no hassle and made the process of buying a car technically online very easy. We are in Louisville, KY and they delivered the vehicle with a minimal fee and then followed up on our car experience. The car was exactly as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. Jim was very helpful and he answered all my questions. I would buy that car from Auto Union any day if it was close by. But Lebanon is far for me. I wish Auto Union was in Nashville, TN.
I had gone to another dealership before contacting this dealer. I was impressed with what the Ford F150 had to offer, but their truck had been wrecked. The truck at Auto Union was comparable, so I called to ask about it. Jim seemed very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up buying that truck after a mechanical inspection. The mechanic stated that Auto Union had a good reputation for being fair and not trying to hide vehicle defects. The whole process was smooth, professional, and I didn't feel like Jim was the typical, pushy salesman. All- around great experience!

Great response from the dealer and it was quick, too. They had a number of options for me to look at. One car had an issue that the dealer noted to me before I noticed it and he assured me they had someone who would be repairing it.

The worst car salesman I have ever seen. He stayed in his trailer while my family and I walked around the lot. After having someone get him we saw him for a brief moment. We left without even test driving a vehicle.
