This dealership is the best I’ve ever dealt with. Their communications between the sales person, sales manager and others was outstanding. The car I got was perfectly prepared and met every expectation. They were very courteous and I actually enjoyed the transaction.

I contacted this dealer the night before to check if it was available, and schedule a test drive for first thing the next morning. Everything was confirmed and I was told to come right when they open to do my test drive. I drove an hour to get to the appointment and when I got there, I waited for 30 minutes, and then was told they scheduled someone else to test drive the same car at the same time. Then they tell me they are getting the car for me to drive, come back 10 minutes later and say “it was sold” but then was asked to “wait around” to see if the deal went through. I don’t understand how someone can treat a customer like this.

Dealer contacted me within minutes of my expressing interest in the car. When I got to the dealership they knew my name as well as the car I was there to see. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Did not feel any pressure at all. All in all a fun group to work with.

Kaitlin is the best salesperson, and we ended up making our purchase from Delaware Subaru after shopping for nearly 2 years on CarGurus! Despite the dealership having little information or training on the hybrid vehicle we chose, we appreciated their honesty and their best efforts at transparency and communication. Beware. They list their cars as œcertified and they show up under certified filters but they arent really certified. In their fine print they then state the cars are œcertifiable for an extra fee, which for us was $2500. This was unclear and not the way certified cars usually work.

We apologize for any miscommunication.  We price our vehicles competitively to the market, which compete with vehicles on non-brand dealer lots, which cannot be certified.  This is why we price our vehicles excluding the certified warranties - which we fully disclose on every vehicle that qualifies for CPO.  Additionally, a vehicle cannot receive a Certified-brand warranty until it is sold to the end purchaser - validating the option to purchase the warranty or not.

They were so concerned about telling me they wouldn’t budge on price, they wouldn’t answer any of my questions regarding the car. I hadn’t even seen the car or talked about price yet. Very off putting.

They advertise on multiple sites and on all of them they indicate the vehicle as CPO (certified pre-owned), but the car is not CPO and they don't correct their listing.. This is deceptive and misleading. On top of that, they say the advertised price does not include a warranty but they can sell you one of their own.

Cars were very clean and ready to go! Salesman was a bit arrogant, throwing around the Cadillac certification, and Carfax rept. Huffed when I still wanted my tech to look at the car... tried to haggle a little on price as it was just a bit higher than I wanted to, especially on a red car..... no deal

They did respond telling me the car was available and asking me if I wanted to come in and test drive it. However, I did find a vehicle at another dealer that I ended up purchasing. Really disappointed since the listed prices for their vehicles are not accurate. I tried to buy a car at the full asking price and they said if I don't finance it then I need to add an additional $2000 just for paying cash. Thjs is not listed anywhere on their CarGurus listing. This $2000 increase is in addition to any tax, title, dealer fees. I hate it when used car dealers live up to the sleazy reputation :(

I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to Auto Team Delaware in Wilmington, Delaware, to pick up my used 2017 Buick Regal today. I negotiated a price in advance with the sales manager, sent a $500 deposit and drove to Delaware from central Maryland to complete the transaction. We negotiated a price for a GM CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle in advance. When I got to the dealership I discovered that the warranty was through a private insurance company. NOT GENERAL MOTORS. I was very clear with the sales manager on my expectations and HE AGREED. So it seems that Auto team Delaware CANNOT GM Certify this car because they are NOT a Buick dealer ! They were kind enough to refuel my trade for my 2 1/2 drive back to central Maryland in the car I did NOT trade. AVOID THIS DELEARSHIP.

As a Cadillac dealership, we can only offer the Factory Certified Pre Owned Warranty on Cadillac-brand vehicles (we can also offer Factory Certified Warranty for Subaru and Kia, as we have those franchises as well).  The sales manager was clear about this in his discussion.  We do offer additional extended warranties, and that is what he indicated in his recollection of the call.

I give them minus 2 stars. The dealer responded; the dealer had me drive from Bensalem PA to Wilmington, DE to look at a car; the car was out for the day. I walked out and saw another car on the lot, but I could not find a salesman, so I left without looking at any cars. 1 1/2 hours of driving for nothing. I bought a car at Faulkners in Trevose instead. Faulkner was pretty good.

They never really made an effort to sell the car because I didnt rush out that day to look at it.

Completely satisfied with the sale. Don't pay attention to the negative comments on the dealership. They will take care you I promise.
