Never called me back, after talking all Saturday. Said they'd call Monday never called me. They could have had the decency to at least let me know yes or no or something. They just went ghost. I'm not going to chase you to give you money.

The salesman who called me this Friday about the
Lamborghini Gallardo was very
rude and unprofessional. He berated me for
choosing another car and was very insulting.
Because of him, I will not be buying a car from Auto
Source of Texas ever.
The dealer responded quickly, but did not review my offer via car gurus and was offended and rude after I made the same offer on the phone. My offer was low due to the vehicle being advertised as an XLT but after a quick VIN check it is really an XL. I pointed this out and they looked it up and verified that it indeed is an XL. The vehicle is still advertised as an XLT a week later, seems dishonest.
Got a call, had salesman write several questions down to ask his manager about the truck because he didn’t know anything about the truck, which is getting to be a pattern buying online. He stated his manager would call me back to to answer my questions, 3 hrs later got another call from a different salesman who had no clue I had already talked to another salesman. I told him I was waiting on manager to call me bank. Never got a return call. Bought a truck at another dealership.

i was finally contacted by someone days after i made a inquiry. talked to someone one time and was never contacted again. truly terrible customer service, im thankful i didn’t drive 5 hours to get screwed over. seems like a very shady dealership, i regret giving them any information because i feel like it’s not secure. Again i still haven’t heard back from them even after i put in a credit app and had a good down payment. seemed like they just were not interested in selling anything.
I work overseas. When contacting, I wrote in additional comments that contact via email is preferred. Dealer ignored any comments and continued to contact via phone resulting in international charges. Quality control for dealer sent email for quality assurance. Responded with details describing incident. Dealer is still attempting contact via phone. Safe to assume they are just shooting for quantity vs quality. Probably not your best interest.
I was interested in a vehicle this dealer had at a price, I asked about price and availability. The salesman stated the online price was incorrect and quoted me the "correct" price which was much higher. After a couple days of contemplating I decided to start the buying process only to find that the price was even higher now than what was quoted. Decided to NOT buy from them for obvious reasons.

Very open communication.
Horrible to say the least! After speaking with Edgar, filling out paperwork and putting a deposit
down to purchase a vehicle that was listed on their website. He later called and said that he sold
me the wrong truck. When I explained to him that he had to honor the vehicle for the agreed price
we discussed and that he sent me pictures of the vehicle we agreed that I was purchasing, he
said that he had to cancel the transaction because he made a mistake. It appears that this is a
"Shady bait and switch company!"

Purchased a 2007 FJ Cruiser for $17,100.00 above Bookout Price. I purchased the car from out of
state Utah. Amirs customer service was top notch while buying the car. Sent all pictures and videos I
requested answered all questions shipped car fast. I asked about the under carriage of FJ Amir told me
minor surface rust and the car has under coating on frame to protect it. Car shows up to Utah Fast.
Well under carriage is a rusty mess 3 holes in the frame. Talked to Amir about rust he said he didn't
notice it ask me to get price quotes to fix. I went to 3 shops $3,600.00 to $16,000.00 to fix. Amir gave
me back $1,500.00. I wish I never had bought a Car from Amir. Buyer Beware because you sign a AS IS
WARRANTY WITH Amir!!!

They did contact me but only replied with already available information and a subject line of “a call in time saves nine emails”. Closer inspection of the pictures showed the car had mismatched wheels which when mentioned seemed a surprise. To me, the goals seems to be transition to high pressure phone calls and attempt to flip a vehicle they have no meaningful knowledge of.

These guys have a lot of excuses as to why a truck that is listed as available but is not onsite. It has been over a week and they cannot show me the truck. I wasted almost 2 hours driving over there to see the truck

Brian was supposed to bring the car to me on Monday only to stand me up, when I reach back out to them to find out why he never showed, his response was ( I was at the lake on my day off ). He then says he will bring the car to me the following day on Tuesday only to blow me off again. Why would you want to blow off a buyer two days in a row and then ignore the text messages afterwards. THE WAY THEY DEAL WITH PEOPLE GIVES ME 0 TRUST THAT THERE CARS ARE RELIABLE! AVOID!

This dealership was friendly, however the vehicle I test drove hadn’t been vacuumed or detailed and the gas empty light turned on while I was test driving. That level of maintenance says something about the overall quality of place.

Our vehicles are test driven daily at which point some debris may have remained. To which we respond, before you take delivery your vehicle is always "freshened" however, we do not fill the gas like large franchise dealers. A secret note: customers are charge a surcharge for the fill up when they leave. We keep 3 gallons of gas in at all times and usually the gas light is on but, have plenty for a quick test drive. Very nice salesperson. However, the car had been in an accident, and this was not disclosed until AFTER we had agreed on price and I came to pay. This seemed unethical to me, so I will not do business with this dealership again. In addition, the car only came with one key, so it cost $200 to get a second key from the manufacturer's dealership.
