I flew to Chicago from Colorado to purchase the car. Fifty miles out of Chicago, the gas gauge and AC didn't work.
Diagnostics was $364, the repairs needed were $3,192. Auto Park refused. They sent me a non-VW
fuel pump assembly and compressor and said to take it to another Shop who they claimed would
install the parts for a labor charge of $973, which Auto Park would only pay 50%. I objected. The Shop they recommended repaired the vehicle for $2,872. So, along with
the original diagnostics of $364 plus the repairs of $2,872, I was out $3,192. They refused again, and
made a final offer of $1500, or I return the car to Chicago at my expense (yeah, I laughed, too) as long
as it was in the "same condition" (LOL) they would refund the purchase amount. This is no way to do business. I'm out over 3K. I would never recommend this Dealer.

Great communication I live in Rhode Island so I cant see the car but was sent all videos that were requested and unlike a dealership I went to nearby when I brought up service history instead of telling me I dont want the car like another dealership did. Nash instead offered an extended warranty and worked with me on pricing to get the car I want at a price that makes both parties happy.
Online only purchase, bought from out of state. Communication was excellent, until I
purchased the car. Following transfer of funds, the car arrived without any notice
(despite me reaching out several times to confirm delivery). I received a text from a
strange number stating they had my car and would arrive shortly. Car arrived in good
shape, although missing a plastic piece of the mirror (after I reached out, the dealership
offered to reimburse me for this part).
I took the car in for a look through since I wasn't local. A few servicing items were
needed after only driving the vehicle 400 miles. Auto Park refused to reimburse me for
the items, stating that the dealership "was trying to make money off of me". In
retrospect, they told me I should have reviewed the Carfax for servicing details.
Love the car, disappointed with the service. Given communication challenges, I would
hesitate to recommend purchasing from this dealership out of state.
The dealer was wholly unprofessional. The car was sitting in the middle of the first row,
packed with mud and dirt. It looked as if it had been driven in a Rally Race and the inside
was just as bad. Garbage, dirt and grime on almost every visible surface of the interior. It
was so disgusting and filthy that you couldn't effectively see out of the windows (any of
them) to test rive the car. In speaking with the dealer he seemed wholly unconcerned with
the presentation of his dilapidated vehicle. i advise you to purchase from a reputable
establishment.

I called dealer, they said vehicle was available, I went to dealer a hour and a half later. they said someone was test driving vehicle, did not know how long they would be, took my name and number and said they would call me when vehicle came back, never called. Called back days later, they said vehicle was still available but did not schedule appointment. Seems like a good dealership. Don't know what happened on this deal.

Great place very helpful and answer all my question. The Scion TC was everything that was advertised, Sales guy Andrew was awesome! I did buy the car for my daughter and se loves it!!!! The car I wanted was on the show room floor, it very clean, the vehicle was detailed and ready to test drive immediately. Nash was very helpful and knowledgeable. Auto Park Imports has really nice vehicles, would recommend.

Difficult to get information from them. I was originally told the rear A/C in this Sprinter worked but when I went to see the vehicle the battery was dead and once it started the rear A/C didn't work. It wasn't even rear A/C, it was a side unit that blew air toward the back.

"dealership" looked a bit run down to say the least. Was very skeptical
about what, if anything, was do e to the car. However, friendly sales guy,
good follow up. I just didn't like the "showroom" as it felt like it was in
some rundown house vs an actual dealership.
