A few folks reached out to me about my inquiry. I took a pass after seeing the car. it had not been cleaned or detailed and there was body damage on the left rear back quarter panel.

Extremely helpful, quick responses and no pressure (thanks, Herb!). I wish more experiences were like this one.

Made an appointment but the sales person had booked multiple appointments at the same time and had no time for us. Felt like we wasted a 40 mile trip to the dealership. Plus the dealership would not deal on price at all even though it was a 6 year old car with a lot of miles. Will not go back there again.

Was a bit out of my looking range (New York) but the man I spoke to was very nice and offered car delivery as well as some guarantees so I wasn't out if the car wasn't to my liking but I wanted to test drive before purchasing.

They did a test drive with us and got all the paperwork done, some of which was new with a change in NY law with respect to PA registration and licensing. We are now looking forward to having the car delivered. Their staff were polite and friendly, and replied promptly to any questions we had.

Circumstances on my end didn't lead to me getting a car; however, the team at the auto outlet was very professional and contacted me along the way.

Contacted dealer on a sunday. On Monday I received a call and was informed the vehicle was available. We scheduled a test drive for a couple hours later. Roughly 5 minutes before arriving at the dealer I received a call again telling me the vehicle had a 48 hr deposit on it from the previous Saturday. We arrived and test drove the vehicle as the previous deposit was to expire that day. It had actually been more than 48 hrs when we placed our backup deposit. The following day I was contacted and told the out of state buyer had moved forward with the purchase. Salesperson was friendly but the dealer seems to struggle with internal communication. In regards to dealer policy 48hrs should be 48hrs and vehicles that have pending deposits should be marked as so online. This transaction was a week ago and the vehicle is still listed for sale here.

I checked in the morning I was going for my test drive. I had an appointment at 12, and it was a 2 hour drive for me. When I got there, the Jeep was covered with snow and not started. Then the sales person told me that the Jeep had been sold the day before and she didn't know it. 2 hour drive.

Inquired about this car, it was originally at $11495, after my inquiry I was contacted by the Webster location about this car it was then increase by ($500) to ($11995). We discussed when I would come look, I went today (04/09/21) to view the car and was NOT told it was sold prior to my visit which leads me to believe it was never there to begin with. Bait and Switch is A huge turnoff and poor for A potential customer. (P.S TO EVERYONE) The response the dealer left is A total lie, they never mentioned about deposits, all we talked about was when i'd see the vehicle and I was told it was in stock, the Friday I went which was the day we were suppose to meet, I never informed them of me coming and I caught them off- guard. I went to the dealership, didn't say who I was and asked about the car, the salesmen then said it was sold for later in the day and tried to direct me to their other inventory, I left and called when I got home and told them who I was. Bait & Switch.

It may just be the sales rep I dealt with (Nico), but I was shockingly disappointed after reading so many good reviews about this dealer. I scheduled a test drive, and he emailed me the morning of, to postpone it because the van was going through their inspection process. I rescheduled for a few days later based on his schedule. He emailed me as I was about to leave the house for the appointment advising the van had just sold. He apologized for the lack of professionalism and offered to work with me on another. He said he would email me yesterday, and no contact. I never thought I would see the day when I have to chase after a salesperson to give them money. Very disappointing experience overall.

Laws to buy their Tundra all they had to do was test drive the truck and sign papers! She is truly awesome and highly recommend her!!

Had to wait to see someone about 1/2 hour. The sales person was not around. The greeter did not even have his phone # to call. Took test drive and car totally died. Not even 4 ways. Had to wait on back road for another salesperson to pick us up. No one even said sorry this happened. They did try to push a second car on me which had an accident on report. Couldnt tell me what happened except for it was in 2012. No privacy with the sale of a car next to me. Should explain to buyers what all the extra insurances and coverages really mean. I know its all about making the green backs but quit taking advantage of uninformed buyers. help them out some.

Cody from Auto Outlet Of Canandaigua not only sold me the truck, but delivered it for free to hold his end of the bargain and stay true to an advertisement that was extremely generous. They also drove back my truck as a trade in. This place is awesome!!

Fast response and easy to deal with.

Test drove a van and decided to buy it. There was a vibration that we asked to have fixed before we came the next day to pick it up. After driving 1 1/2 hours the next day to pick it up we found that the vibration had not been taken care of. They said they’d fix it on Monday and pay for our gas to make the 3 hour trip again. We weren’t keen on driving another 3 hours so they offered to drive it to us. We appreciated the gesture but were disappointed that the repair hadn’t been taken care of in the first place. Decided to purchase a newer van from another dealer. We received our deposit back with no hassle. Although they did what they could to resolve the problem it’s unlikely we would go back. Not impressed with the staff except for the sales manager who was kind in trying to rectify the situation.

We made an appointment & the salesman (thanks Adam) greeted us as we walked in, we couldn't have felt more comfortable. There was no sales pressure, no fast talk or bait 'n switch. The car was exactly as described, we agreed on an acceptable offer for our trade-in & the car was ready (fully detailed) for pick-up on-time. Very smooth transaction & I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Auto Outlet of Canandaigua again.

They were really helpful, and pretty knowledgeable. Be sure to inspect things yourself. They run a tight inspection over engine and driving systems, but the exterior may be overlooked sometimes. I am satisfied with my purchase and the service there; however.

Look no further; this is the place to shop for a used car. Just bought a vehicle for my daughter; the personnel couldn't be nicer; and they expedited the delivery of the vehicle's paperwork since we were out of town (Syr.NY). At the time, we only had one car in mind that my daughter saw/loved from viewing your web site but looking over all the cars in the lot they all were meticuious in selection. Would not hesitate coming back for another vehicle!

The sales person had very little knowledge of vehicles for sale, you would ask a question he did know the answer. When asked to talk with manager, he wouldn't talk with you. They charge you for them to clean the vehicle and maintenance before you buy it, they don't fill the gas tank when you pick it up so the first thing you have to do is get gas. I will never go back and buy a vehicle from them and hope nobody else does, until there customer service improves.

Was called in response , then called and told there was another interested party. I said go ahead and sell it, don't like hard ball. I did buy the truck on spec only. Did not like having paper work in my face before seeing the vehicle. Had to get paper work from the bank only to be told they already did it on their own after loosing time from work to do so. Three weeks later I still have no registration or title. Ziebart had no record of me coming .

Joe was helpful. Nice dealing with someone who understands texting and technology. Got the deal I wanted. The only thing was when I picked up the truck the tonneau cover was missing a handle.
