Received an initial call. I returned the call. I was excited about the vehicle and said to myself this could be the one. The person I needed to speak with was helping another customer. No problem. The close of business came and I still hadn't spoken to the person I was told to speak to. Not a problem. I called again the day and he wasn't available so I left my name and number, again. Still haven't heard from anyone. PROBLEM....

I reached out a few times regarding a model I’m interested in. A sales representative eventually reached out after my repeated inquiries, which is a plus, and we got to discussing the model I was curious about, as well as the potential of trading in my own car. After a few emails back and forth, communication has ceased. I’ve reached out repeatedly to the representative, eventually expecting them to continue our discourse, but to no avail. It’s been a week now- still no word from them. Fickle communication at best, negligent at worst.

They responded to my message very quickly however I was disappointed because the car was already sold.

Kept hanging up on me. I thought it was a bad connection until I asked a question on the second call and he hung up!

Dealer response was fast. I have not gotten back to them unfortunately .

Best customer service dealership I ever been

Dealer was very helpful in answering all our questions and made the whole process very easy.

Contacted dealer about car, asked a couple questions and asked for a video of car and never heard from the again. Wasn't about to drive over 5 hours one way to see car in person with gas being $5.09 a gallon.

Paul was outstanding. He went over our vehicle with us. He explained the extended warranty with us. We did end up taking the warranty as it seemed well worth it. We did have one issue that Paul had to fix for us which he did go above and beyond to get resolved. As far as the place goes the owner seems to bring in very reliable used cars. They have mechanics on staff checking the safety of all vehicles on the lot. If I am ever in need of another vehicle I will make sure I check them out first. Thank you.

Hi, One thing I feel I should note is: The description of this vehicle was Excellent Condition. It was not. It had several issues including no latch on the tailgate, the driver's side back door would not open, it had quite a bit of rust.

The vehicle was clean the service was prompt no flaws j would surely buy my next vehicle from Automax

Contacted me same day, Met me on Sunday even with the Corona issue going on.

The car was a total mess. The salesman thought it was a diesel, clearly it wasn’t... 4 different tires with lots of wear on them, when I mentioned that the salesman told me I would have to buy the tires for it. Needless to say I walked out of there.

I love my new Ford Flex. AutoMax is a really nice little dealership with a good selection, and fair prices. Paul was very nice, and extremely helpful with getting me into my new car. I would definitely shop at AutoMax again ,and recommend them to others.

The dealer contacted me in a expedient manner and made an appointment with them for later that day. I arrived and the vehicle was parked out front and ready for test drive and inspection. I took it for a ride and it seemed to be in normal working order. My only criticism was that the car had not been detailed and cleaned which did turn me off somewhat. I was looking at several other used trucks and decided to pass on this particular unit. The salesman did call the next day as a follow up and was genuinely curtious. I think that the AutoMax people were very nice and represented a positive experience. I just thought another vehicle was a better choice. I would recommend this company if they have a vehicle that meets a persons budget and needs.

These guys are great from start to finish. No pressure or sales tactics that you’d expect. They truly want to earn your business that is hard to find now days. I will definitely be telling family and friends.
