They tried to charge me $1500 lenders fee??
Everyone I spoke to told me thats robbery. Very dissapointed.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate it, but unfortunately, we have no control over our customers' credit scores or bank approvals. It's all based on the customer's history and credit, so if the lender is charging a lender's fee, we can not change that. All we can do is try and get you approved for the loan you wanted. We hope that it can work out better for you in the future.

Giving 1 star as zero is not an option. I would run from anything the dealership is offering. I requested information on the Jeep they had listed. I wanted to understand what additional fees about the list fee would apply prior to driving the hour and a half to the dealership. They refused to provide any paperwork costs that would add to the list. which leads me to believe that there’s unrealistic fees that they add on. And then reading in prior reviews that aligns with my experience. The manager was extremely rude to me on the phone. I was prepared to come with a check for the less price plus any additional fees, tax tags and purchase the vehicle, but they refused to give me any pricing , the list is advertised on site Not only I never do business with this company. I wasn’t sure anybody that I know looking in the central northern New Jersey area does not even consider them.
The listing details on car guru do not align with the actual vehicle. Besides some red flags, like saying the car has been well maintained, but not providing proof per E-Mail, I choose to visit the dealer. They requested I made an appointment. While walking up to the vehicle the sales man asks me how I was planning to pay for the vehicle before actually giving me any details about the vehicle. When I responded I wanted to know more about the vehicles past, specifically the mechanical issue mentioned in the car fax, he was all confused. Any questions I had about the vehicle, he didn’t know the answer. I left within the first 5 minutes as I expect sales people to actually sell the vehicle before asking about the payment.

STAY AWAY! they attract you with their cheap sticker prices and then try to sneak in $12,000 or more in hidden fees by quoting you a bi-weekly payment plan that anyone who knows how to use a calculator can see through. tried to get me to pay more than double the sticker price, when i showed them the numbers they said it was interest fees. I was pre-approved for under 8%! then they ran my credit anyway and tried to tell me my pre-approved loan meant nothing and my 780+ credit score was trash, like im stupid. i asked to see a price breakdown at least 5 times and they refused to show me or tell me what they thought my interest rate was, as if i didnt know i could just call the bank myself. the manager is incredibly rude and thinks he can outsmart you. if you know even the basics about financing a car, they don't want your business. its clear they prey on the demographics of the area who may not know how our financial system works, which is as unethical as it gets. dont waste your time!
