I have no issues with the car, however the key I received doesn't unlock the door. I live a little while away and will have to make a trip specifically for it, or pay out of pocket to get a new one.

The dealership reached out to me and was willing to answer any questions that I had.

I had been searching high and low for a particular car; Lexus IS250 for my son who’s a senior in high school. After setting a few alerts on different car websites I got an alert from Cargurus for Auto Hub LLC with a Lexus IS250. Their listing price was in range as well as the vehicle mileage so I requested more information online then I called because I wanted to be the very first lead on the vehicle lol. After speaking with one of the gentleman about the vehicle I decided to make the 1 1/2 hr drive to check it out. Called the dealer about the car listed. He provided more details and agreed to hold it as I was about 3 hours away. Car was in much better condition than I had expected. Really enjoyed the direct and candid interaction with the seller. Feel like I got a good deal and was treated very respectfully and professionally.
