They took great care of me got me right in the car I wanted
The dealer contacted me right away however, they were unreasonable in the price for my trade and tried to get me to sell for half of what I got at a registered dealer, and then proceeded to try and sell me on a 15% interest rate when I have great credit and wasn't my first auto loan. Go to registered dealers.

Dealer ignores book values altogether pulling prices out of ???
18k on a car NADA, Guru & KBB shows worth only 10k max may be seen as unfair price gouging.
This coming from a retired dealer here btw.
So verify this dealers prices are closer to actual book value before signing anything & understand the GAP insurance they suggest for over paying actually just pays your lender the remainder of your car loan & not what you just over paid for their vehicle if its destroyed! GAP has its uses but it dont put your 8k back in your pocket here folks.

Manager needs better interpersonal skills with customers to avoid being so
rude. Cars salesmen need to do better research on cars in the lot. Make both
internet price and lot price the same to avoid confusion. All cars on lot were
dirty; photos very deceiving.

Although the dealer didn't contact us (I really didn't give them enough time, actually. I visited them early the next morning after the inquiry), they were all quite courteous and helped us find the right car and the right price for our niece. Selection is good. The folks are very willing to work a deal. Would recommend.

This dealer is not in Avon. While there is a dealership at his address, it is
not "auto house" and neither of the Porsches' advertised are at this
location. I was told he is in fort Wayne
