They were great, my credit scores wasn't were they wanted to be so I didn't get approved, I'm working on trying to get a bigger down payment they said that would help. Overall it was a great experience

Trash dealership. They added 1K to the online price once I said I would take at price listed. Came with check in hand, and after they couldn't make $$ financing the price rose a Grand and crazy fees over 2 Grant. Pass on them.

I called them and after numerous test drives, I was ready to do a cash deal and texted my salesman that I was coming in and when I get to the table to buy the vehicle, the price was approximately $1700.00 more at 11am than the price I checked that morning. When I asked the manager why the price had changed, she told me that they added the cost of repairs they had performed on the vehicle that I had inquired about. I had been looking at the vehicle for several weeks and the price had gone down once maybe twice in that time. I decided to keep looking and bought a vehicle at a different dealership.

Worse experience!! Armondo lied sais car was being sold and he would call me if person didn’t get it never called me and car is still there. But thankful that deal didn’t happen and I didn’t let him pressure me the first day like he was trying to do because I found better else where... Worse experience ever!!! If they look at you and don’t see money they act funny. If I could give zero stars I definitely would!!!

The dealer itself was fine, though it gave me the feel of a cheap "buy here pay here" lot and I was told that they wont do financing (not a huge deal) When I got there, I met with Boss Salinas, who was a very nice salesman, but when we went to start the truck, it initially did not want to start. Upon further inspection, I had noticed that the dealer had ran the truck down to the single digits for fuel range, which kind of left me wondering. When we took the truck out for a test drive, the truck initially did well, but soon began having issues, one of them being that it would not rev past 2k rpm, and wasn't showing any faults or showing that it was in REGEN. So this truck is aparently back in the shop to diagnose what when wrong. Overall, the salesman Boss Salinas was a great guy, knowledgeable and friendly, the truck on the other hand, was not so great.

Salesman boss trying to take over the see not allowing a dealer speak to the sales manager because I'm trying to by wholesale or just inquire. I think it's terrible customer service. Ever sale is not for a salesman. Instead of having him call me he relaying to me what he supposively said which I think is garabage.

This by far was the worst experience EVER!!!! I came prepared to buy with a check from the bank and the so called managers Eric was rude, arrogant and a straight LIAR!!! He insulted my check and was even disrespectful to his own employees. I watched him curse out his salesman Mike. No people skills. No tact. Absolutely No Class!!! I wouldnt refer my dof to this place. I end up taking my business elsewhere
