Mase and the others were nice people to deal with, answering all my questions and requests for pictures, even meeting me on a Sunday as I was 2hrs away from their location. I had an issue with the truck's brakes on the drive home (after a fairly thorough test drive), which they responded to have fixed locally and would cover. My my takeaway lesson (for any used car purchase) was to ensure EVERYTHING discussed ends up in writing, as I was told verbally to just get the antenna fixed at the same time as other item agreed to (that was in writing), but due to how involved that repair was and the labor that went with, they did not fully cover the repair as I was expecting. They did agree to pay for 1/2 of all total repair costs in brakes, the antenna, and 2 electric modules throwing errors, so some expense was recovered in the end (of things they should have had done). I was also promised a 2nd key fob that has yet to arrive, but not going to chase that down.

Dealer contacted right away with a generic email response. Did not provide any information on the questions that were asked in email to them regarding the vehicle. Went with another dealer that provided answers to the questions that were asked in their first response.

This dealer and his staff members are extraordinary. They are very nice and respectful to all customers who came there. They called to check if I was really going to honor my appointment and overall really like the car and price. To top it all they filled my gas tank for free. I will not hesitate to go back recommend them to any car searcher.

Vehicle was in good shape upon test drive. All staff were very courteous, patient and it was an a pleasure doing business there!! I have since found out this vehicle may have been in a flood!!! I will be having it fully checked next Monday!! I'm certain they will do whatever they can if this proves to be correct. I would deal with these folks again!!!

I set up an appointment to see a car when they opened, but the dealer was running about 10 minutes late (with no notice... I think he had simply forgotten). The guy was nice enough. Unfortunately, the vehicle was parked in by 3 other cars, so there was about 25 minutes of waiting until I could test drive the car. The dealer outfit itself seemed fine. They stuck to their guns on price so I purchased from another dealer. I'm not saying it was an egregious price. I just didn't end up buying from them. I would come back to look at another vehicle here if there was ever a need.

The salesman was dishonest and played down issues with the car, saying "if it was a serious enough issue and the car needed the work done, it would be done" rather than being upfront. When the tire pressure light came on, he attempted to convince me (a mechanic) that it was because the day was too hot and it fluctuates due to this (in reality, he failed to have his mechanic resolve the issue, which was either due to a sensor issue on the tire(s) or a poor tire pressure level). Furthermore, when I made an appointment for the first time to see the car and specifically took off work to make the hike out to Virginia, they pretended as though it was never made and claimed the car was "in the shop" despite previously saying the car would be there. The car was in far worse condition than listed, missing the back seat headrests and the right drawer clearly having been violently yanked so much that it didn't sit properly in its spot. Horrible service and I won't make the same mistake again.

I contacted the dealer on a Friday evening and Adam replied back around 10:15PM. Went to look at and drive the car on Saturday morning and ended up making the purchase. The inspection sticker was due to expire in 2 months and Adam gave me the name/address of the shop they use for inspections. Went there and they inspected the vehicle. They replaced burned out tag light bulb(s) and said the car needed 2 front tires (good tread but a little dry). Called Adam and he then sent me to a local new/used tire shop that replaced the tires w/ slightly used ones - they even match the back tires (no charge). However, on the way home (not even out of Manassas), the Service Engine light came on and I'm having it checked this weekend to see what that's about. Great car (so far), good people to work with and good selection of cars. Would have given a higher star rating if that Service Engine light hadn't come on.

Wasted my time driving to Manassas. They did contact me to come in for a test drive but when I arrived, the guy instantly wanted to check my credit. I didn't know at that point if I even wanted the vehicle or not so why would I allow him to pull my credit and lower my score if I didn't even know if I wanted the vehicle. After I refused the credit check, he then asked if I currently had a vehicle financed in my name and went on to tell me banks do not approve you for a car loan if you already have a car loan. I have never heard of such crap. Just so he knows, I got financed for another vehicle loan and it didn't seem to matter that I already had one. Anyways, I never got to test drive the vehicle. They should at least reimburse me for the gas I wasted and for my time.

Upon arrival, I met with Adam, the finance manager. He showed me the car, a 2009 Volvo V50 Wagon and got it ready for a test drive. The car was very clean, seemed very well maintained and drove/handled very well. Ultimately, I did not purchase this or any other vehicle from the dealership (financing) but everyone there was great and very friendly, not pushy or rude. Overall great shopping experience.

The sales person (Gino) was very accommodating. He worked with our budget and provided cars that met our criteria.

Did not make a purchase, but we were treated extremely well.

Responded to initial inquiry quickly, but then dropped off. After calling and asking a series of questions, we visited to see the car, only to find most of their answers weren't true. They claimed the car didn't have any obvious mechanical issues, when it had many, including serious issues with the steering and brakes, and a completely non-functioning A/C system.

Called and confirmed I was coming to test drive the car with two different people at auto expo, once a day before then morning of going to look. After them telling me "shes good to go" Only after driving two hours to get there they inform me the keys have been missing a month..... Are you kidding me!?!? This all because they don't want to tow it to the dealer 100 yards down the road...... They owe me $50 in gas money in my opinion and I would never consider shopping there for a car.
