Frank and Mark are great. The car was shipped to Boston and everything was done over the phone, and when the car arrived it exceeded my expectations. Frank even offered to reach out to his local BMW dealer for me to get better warranty pricing than the Boston dealer I spoke with. I will be purchasing another car from them without a doubt.

dealer contacted me immediately
When to see the car the windshield was chipped so the sales person was going to talk to the company owner and get back to us. We wanted to buy it and ready to it funds down. Two days later while waiting to hear from the sales man they sold the car. I will never do business with them. Chris Wojo is a horrible salesman.

The person with whom I first spoke knew very little about
the car and said someone would call me back, who knew
the car very well. A few days went by and I called again
and spoke to the first person who spoke to me. He
acknowledged some issues with the car but assured me
they were minor. I decided to look elsewhere.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience at Auto Exotica. Their customer service, communication, professionalism and follow up were extraordinary. We would highly recommend this dealership, especially Mark who was a terrific salesperson. Going over and above with everything we asked.
I had a great experience purchasing my car from Auto Exotica. Bill (my salesman) was very friendly and helpful
and the owner, Frank is a fantastic guy and pleasure to work with. They were very fair with the trade-in value of
my car and did not play any games when it came to the final price of the car I was interested in ... if you have
bought cars from private dealers before, you know what I am talking about ... the price they advertised online was
really the price being charged and no BS fees were added.
Pros:
- Car was in excellent condition
- Car was exactly as described
- Extremely nice staff
- Very fast response time
- Willing to negotiate
- Do not apply pressure to "close sale"
- NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons:
- I wish I had found these guys sooner!

Can’t say enough good things about Mark and the team at Auto Exotica. First of all, they have the BEST and CLEANEST pre owned vehicles anywhere in NJ. The moment you walk in they treat you like family and with utmost respect. If you’re looking at any other dealerships to do business STOP and go see Mark and the team, you won’t regret it. They provided an excellent experience. Their great staff was helpful and well informed. I purchased this car on the spot. The only issue i had was with the Car Gurus partner, Westlake bank, they took 4 hours to comprehend a simple transaction.

I was contacted by dealer and everything seemed alright, then I get another E-mail from the dealer that they don’t want “tire kickers”!!!! There is no time for that?That’s not a professional way of doing business especially in the car selling and buying business. How do you know what I can and can’t afford. Pretty straight forward guys. Sold me my BMW 340I at a fair price, paid close to market for my trade in. Biggest plus about this dealer is that
they are transparent about their fees. There is just a doc fee of ~$400 and a temp plate fee for out of state. No hidden fees, no assumed $2k
down payment, none of the other games the other NY dealers play. I'd buy from them again if i'm in the market and they have what i'm looking
for. Kevin helped me out and was a good down to earth guy.

Pushy and annoying. Made an apt to look at the car and then I guess he didn’t remember and continued to call text and email me to look at the car before the apt I made.

I can appreciate the quick reply & very knowledgeable. Pricing was very fair & all fees mentioned no surprises. Allen was also good on the follow up. Wasn’t quite ready to buy yet, car was a good deal because it sold short time after listing.

They got right back to me - very professional
Very nice and helpful sales staff. The car was as advertised, and we
purchased it from them. On the way home the TPMS light came on. I found
that the front tires were over-inflated, one by about 7 pounds and one by over
10 pounds; meanwhile the back two tires were under-inflated. I put proper
pressure in all 4 tires and reset the light and all is good.

The dealership responded back very quickly. When I went for the test drive the car was in better shape than I imagined and super clean. The staff was excellent and made the purchase of the vehicle extremely easy. Would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone, ton of variety from the Everyday person to the custom collecter.

They had Michelin tires on one axle and Pirelli on the other and tried to tell me Audi approved of this on a quattro. Very surprised at their attitude
I was contacted immediately.
When I arrived to see vehicle, it was as described, in great condition!
Immediately upon arriving, i was not overwhelmed by sales people, but instead, a relaxing environment.
During my my test drive and inspection of vehicle i appreciated the honesty and I did not feel pressured into buying the Vehicle which was comforting, especially as a woman walking in there.
I would definitely buy from Auto Exotica !

Walked in to look at a CTSV, got told by a guy named Lou immediately before "hi, how can I help you?" to have a seat because "you're gonna need a credit check and down payment "before you even get to look at the car" because, as he later mentioned, "we get so many kids who wanna just test drive these cars." The only other info he gave me is that the car doesn't have a warranty because "they put a blower on it or somethin' like that" and "this car's like a Corvette".
Thanks for profiling me just because I'm young, Lou. I'll take my cash, trade-in and impeccable credit elsewhere.
Guy I spoke to on the phone prior to this was nice but I can't remember his name. Kevin, maybe?

Knowledgeable , insightful and polite ! Not pushy at all
They responded very fast. But due to the time
restraints of my job, I have been unable to call
my contact Doug Tucker to speak with him. We
have been emailing back and forth. Doug has
been available to me but he is not pressuring
me which I like. I'm looking forward to
speaking with him this week and seeing if we
can work something out on the vehicle that I
like.
When I finally got a chance to speak to Doug, he
informed me that a "walk in" bought the vehicle
that I was interested in.
Doug took the time to chat with me for ten to
fifteen minutes to get to know what I'm looking
for and offered to contact me if another vehicle
comes into their dealership.
Note: I'm not local to this dealership. It is hours
away in another state and was not going to be
able to see the vehicle myself.
Mentioning this because I let Doug know this
upfront and even though I wasn't a "local
opportunity" he still provided me with superior
customer service even though if I did purchase
this one from him that I might not ever speak to
him again.
Don't do many web reviews on anything that I
buy but highly recommended this guy and his
dealership.

I applied for a car valued at the time at $5,995.00 . I was notified by Auto Exotica they could not get me( totally )financed , and I need a cosigner for a car I have a ( 750 ) FICO SCORE . I have and American Express , but can not get this car( now) valued at $4,995.00 . I do not understand !!
I was there, drove the car and went out to get something to eat while the
financing application was going through. Got a call from the sales rep
telling me that my credit was not good, and that what I had talked about in
regards to payment terms could not be met; I had to choose between a
higher payment or a longer term, and at the same time I was told that
there was someone waiting out side to buy the car in cash.... naturally this
seemed to me as a "take it or leave it" scenario and I got really upset and
told the sales rep to just sell the car. As I drove back to my house I
thought about the fact that a hard hit was placed on my credit and that
any other dealership I would go to would have an even harder time to
provide me with a loan, so I called back the sales rep, told him that I was
willing to go with the longer term and he said he would get back to me. I
waited at a rest stop on the parkway for 20 minutes and got a call back
saying that the car was sold. I was looking to purchase a car this past
weekend so I headed to another dealership and of course, because of
the hard hit on my credit your dealership placed, I'm hanging high and dry
not being able to get a loan at a decent rate. The bank you guys worked
through (or one of them) provided a loan at a rate of 8.9%... that same
bank then would not allow me to take out the same loan from another
dealership (I think it was Allied bank or something like that) They totally
denied me this time. So I wanted to thank you for not being open with me
in regards to how I would be affected if I tried applying for a loan from
another dealership... Great service.

Honesty, the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Their professionalism, knowledge and service is unccomperable to any dealership I've ever visited. Buying a car is supposed to be something you enjoy and Auto Exotica makes it happen. I'm extremely happy about my purchase and I'm certain I will be a repeat cusmoter. Spoke to salesman over phone and he clearly stated van was clean in and out . Drove 1 hr. To see for my self how dirty van was in and out. I offered him $1000 bucks for van . Which they had it for $7500 . Do not waste ur time. On this dealer. TERRIBLE

I bought the car. That said there was 2 fees 500 & 400 one for title and the other for fees. The price was not negotiable however I was able to negotiate for an alignment and 200 off the final price. Overall good experience.

We could not come to terms. The car had some damage that renderd a system inoperative. The cat had very little life left in the brake pads and the tires would need replacing in the near future. I dud not want to spend the asking price and then s short time later spend additional money to fix the inoperative system plus brakes and tires. Its business. They wanted a maximum return on their investment and I wanted a better deal. It is what it is. They were nice and respective. I understood their position. I just decided to go else where for my transportation needs.

Interesting relative comment! This is a used car and, as such, is not directly comparable to any other vehicle. It may be similar, but there are major variables such as mileage and equipment, color, etc.. The market value for it can, and often does, change weekly. Additionally, the pricing for a used vehicle is based largely in part to the price paid for it which, of course, is variable. In a perfectly competitive marketplace there is no obligation to buy anything from any one vendor. To insinuate that Auto Exotica's inventory is overpriced is incorrect, ridiculous, and ignorant.

As I was about to make my journey,(70mi) I called to check if credit app. was ok, which was done the previous day, waited all day for a response. That's when I was told there was a problem. Contact sucks! Was able to walk into another dealership and purchase similar vehicle with no problem!

We drove over 2 hours to purchase a car
that had obviously never been checked
out or even test driven. The manager
knew how far we were traveling for this
car and assured us that it was in great
condition. The car had OBVIOUS
TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS which we
saw with our test drive. The manager
tried to get us to take the car anyway.
Finally he agreed to have his mechanics
look over the transmission and he would
call us back the following day. We
made a long drive for nothing. Did he
call the following day? Of course not!
