When I went to look at the car i took a test drive and there was noise from the pads, the signal was not working. they charged an extra 500 usd for them. however, there was no information for these errors in the advertisement.

the SUV I wanted to buy, I was approved but they never contacted me again. I do not understand
them, I am approved to finance the truck and they do not even send a message or an email, so

I liked that the ad said all fees were included in the advertised price and noticed the positive reviews. I called about 2 days ahead to make an appointment and also called about 2 hours before I arrived to confirm. So they knew I was coming and which car I was going to go see. When I arrived for the test drive, the car was filthy inside and had a couple of things hanging out of place. All fixable so not a huge deal, just not a good first impression so I proceeded with the test drive. Then it turns out that not all fees are included; they charge a standard $412 documentation/DMV fee on all vehicles. I was expecting to pay taxes but nothing more since the ad stated “all fees included”. I made an offer for a lower price and Ed or Eddie said something along the lines of “you’re not my sister. Being family is the only way I can justify losing money on this car. But I guess we can still be friends” so no deal. It was patronizing and unprofessional.

The Ad states that we have "No Dealer Fees". You are always responsible for all the DMV fees: 8.875% - Sales Tax, $300 - 2 year registration and plates, $37 - 1 year Inspection, $75 - Documentation. You liked the car and made a ridiculous low ball offer on a vehicle that we told you was on sale. After a few attempts to show you less expensive vehicles, we said lets stay friends.

The car was in excellent condition, the people at the dealership were nice, helpful and courteous. The wait for the paperwork was a little long, but they are located right next to Spumoni Gardens, so you can wait there and be entertained. I would definitely go back, and recommend this car dealer.

While I was there someone called about the car I was looking at and even though I didn’t get approved for financing till the next day, Alex told them the car wasn’t available so I very much appreciate that. Contacted Auto Empire by email. Made inquiry into the availability of the advertised vehicle. Auto dealer replied back promptly. Provided honest information about the vehicle availability and mechanical status. Auto dealer informed me that vehicle of interest, had one major mechanical issue. Appreciate the fact, that communication was honest, straight forward and prompt. Did not have "face to face experience" at the dealer lot, however I had a positive experience with this particular dealership.

My daughter had been shopping for her first car for months having worked
hard to save her money and get the perfect car for herself. She fell in love
with the Scion XD. We found one at Auto Empire which turned out to be a 2
hr drive for us. We called Alex and he got right back to us. He was very
helpful and informative about the car and was kind enough to send us
additional images right away. We decided to take the drive to check it out
and it was worth every mile. The car was in exactly the great condition he
described both inside and out. The carfax was also spot on as a one
owner car with a great service history.
We cant say enough good things about Auto Empire. No games, No
haggle, Great pricing, Great staff & an honest, pleasant experience. What
more can you ask for ? Oh and their Lot manager Hugh is a great guy as
well. He came in an hour early the next day so we could pick it up early
enough to get the car back home in time to surprise our daughter. He even
took it upon himself to put in a new battery and fill it with a full tank of gas.

excellent credit an he wanted to charge 15%. I bought another somewhere

Got a good deal. Saw a cheaper truck tried to hike up the down payment. I was trying to figure it out. If a truck that cost 7000 down payment required is 1000 buy a truck for 4200 down payment required 2000 come on down the math. That doesn't add up. There is not a sucker born every minute taking my business to a real dealer.

The Bank uses the credit score to determine the interest rate and the down payment required for the loan. We informed you of what your option was. and helpful. We trusted them and they made us feel at ease. They let us do a
test drive on the parkway and get an inspection at a place nearby. The price
was right (they wouldn't go any lower but we knew it was a great deal) and we ended up with a great used Prius! Great business, would recommend to

I ended up buying my car from him. He gave me the CarFax on
the car, and allowed me a test drive and an inspection by a
mechanic. So far I'm happy with my purchase!
