I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra from Auto Connection and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. This guy was very prompt in responding only to ask if I was in state. I told him no he told there was a $2000 additional down payment to be added to the vehicle. The transport fee was included in the price and I was pre-qualified for the listed price. Stay far away from this dealership.

Hello Chris,  My name is Paul and I am responding to your review.  I think its a bit extreme to say stay away from just one phone call.  I'm sure that you can see from most of the reviews that I do not respond...Most of them are 4 or 5 stars.  Your review did make me go listen to the tape and I believe that you misunderstood the conversation.  The price of the car is $19595 AS LISTED.  Because the vehicle has almost 100000 miles on it the account executive you spoke to stated that a warranty would be $2000.  You said that you didnt want that and that is ok.  But we have to make it available.

Found the car I have wanted for a while and the only one available was 900 miles away. Jason and Paul made, what seemed like an impossible task, seamless and stress free. From their office in New York they shipped the car to me in Georgia to inspect and test drive. Honestly this was the quickest and easiest car purchase I have ever made. Thank you guys for an honest negotiation and letting me feel like I won.

I was contacted almost immediately after showing interest. The vehicle was listed exactly as it came to me. It’s a beautiful car and I’m really happy with it. We had a hassle free experience buying from this dealer. Jason and Paul were extremely responsive, informative and fair. The car that I was interested in was immaculate and just as described on the site. I’ve never gotten keys in my hand so fast. They took care of insurance and registration very quickly and we had a pleasant time in their office. They’re friendly and engaging and the whole staff was genuine and accommodating. Would recommend this dealer 100% and I’m sure we’ll work with them again!

I have to say Jason was very effective and efficient in helping me with my car purchase not a lot of dealerships treat you how this place does. Honestly not sure where they found their employees but places should take note because they go out of their way to get you the best deals and service they can. All around great experience! Test drove a few cars. The one I originally wanted did sell but that was me not getting around to going in when I should have. However Alex and Michael was a pleasure! Alex could tell after I drove the Nissan and then got in other one I was and would never be happy for a 7 year commitment. So he did everything to make the deal happen for Nissan. They give you payment figures based off a average person's credit, not a 70year old person with half down and can get 0%. Payment figure was spot on after we got a full approval from bank. They had all the paperwork ready for hubby to sign when he got off work and had her detailed and gassed up! Thanks again for the vehicle I will truly be happy in for 7years.

FIVE STAR REVIEW! They actually deserve a 10 star! This is definitely where you want to buy your car if you are in or out of state! The customer service is unparalleled. This was my first time buying a car on line… from the first contact they were outstanding, buy the end they felt like friends helping me through the process! Jason was so nice to work with, he helped me navigate through each step with ease. Paul was great to work with as we finished the financing and closing. I don’t think I will ever buy a car from anyone else but Auto Connection!!!!!

I call asking for a price for a alfa romeo and they say tha there they will not give price over phone that means that they overprice or change price on vehicule depends who you are,i will never go to see any car if i dont see price,very bad

The salesman lied to me and then insulted me after I caught them in the lie. I asked him if the car was owned locally and I was told yes then I asked him if the car came from an auction they said no after reviewing the Carfax report the car clearly was sold at auction in Pennsylvania two months earlier I do not wish to purchase cars sold at auction due to the history I’ve had with them that is auction cars having had problems and could not be sold by dealers who traded them in they send them to the auction but the reason I walked out was they double teamed me and continue to lie and insulted me I would not buy a car from them ever

I know that you are retired.  But that doesnt mean you can be nasty and wrong.  In this case you are both.  First, you asked the salesperson if we got it from an auction and he told you no.  The car was traded in to us.  It had been at an auction previously just like hundreds of thousands of cars each month.  Your idea that auction cars are bad cars is just factually incorrect,. By your definition, every lease car that goes through the auction is a "bad" car.  Your perception is based on old old realities and not present one

Price on car was 12995 then told there’s a $2000 fee added on. Tried to run the vin on a car 3 times and car fax and was told that the vin was incorrect. Not a good feeling when buying a car.

Was working closely with a sales guy (Mlies) credit was ran, loan was approved. Salesman called me to see what day I planned to come test drive the veh. I told him 4/18/18. He Said np! I will call u tomorrow with ur interest rate and payment amt. Super excited, I began to make arrangements however I never heard from the salesman with rate and pmt info. I gave him ti the following day..assuming that he was busy or something had happened. Never got a call. When I called to get the final numbers he told me the car was SOLD! Wait, what?! The car you and I are making a deal on?! The car that I was having delivered for my 40th b day?! The car that I asked you if I need to give u a debit card payment to hold?!! Really!? All he could say was "I'm sorry, I never called u because I didn't know what to say, one of my co-workers sold the car b4 I got here this morning." Smh...this was so rude, but hey..MAYBE God was saving me from a headache. Many blessing's and the best of luck, please don't continue to do business this way Miles, but I forgive you. #everythinghappensforareason

Angie, we're sorry that your upset and we certainly understand the frustration.  But honestly, your initial contact with us was on March 31.  You live in Missouri and we are in New York.  We actually had over 24 requests for information on that car since it was listed 3 days before you called.  its not fair to anyone calling or coming in if the car has a hold on it.  And then what happens when we have to return your deposit because you decided not to come.  I spoke with you 3 or 4 times and then you called when I wasn't here.  I returned your call 3 times but did not get a response.  I'm sorry

This was my first time purchasing a car, and I have to say Paul and Glenn definitely went out of their way to make the purchase as easy as possible. Unfortunately, the weather and a series of unfortunate events led to the car being extensively damaged, but so far Paul has made many efforts to fix up the car before selling it to me. It still has things that need to be fixed, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them on that, but as for now I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase. Honest guys and honest dealer -- I highly recommend everyone stops by their dealership to purchase a car.

Before seeing this dealer, I had been to a dozen of other dealers and I was tired of the same old gimmick, the website said one price but when you got there.. they add in documentation fees.. transports fees and all sorts of fees.. most dealers wouldn't even sell you a car if you do not finance from them... But it was a pleasantly refreshing experience at Auto Connection. They did not charge any of the other fees like dealer fee, documentation fees etc. The only fee they had was a 1yr optional warranty for about 700$ which I was going to choose anyway. I went with a pre-approved loan from a bank offering me great interest rate. They were fine with any bank I chose. At the end I got a great deal & great car!

Called the dealership at 3:30, was told the FANTASTIC deal I was inquiring about was in stock, arrives at 5:30 to look at car and was told I had "missed it by about 3 hours." Typical used car dealer.
