bad experience. long story short. the car I wanted had damage. the interior was dirty and smelled of dog. there were
warning codes on the dash. the dealership did offer to fix the damage. the sales person Claudia was great and patient but
the $7000 in additional fees made this a no deal. one of the biggest hidden fees was for an inspection that should have
caught the damage before it was listed for sale. and the dog smell, come on. I traveled two hours to the dealership and
two hours back home. I don't recommend buying from here.
Terrible communication with this dealership. Antonio promised to send an
loan application, never received it. I was willing to drive from Ky to NJ to purchase. They didn't seem like they wanted to sell or didn't have the car that
was advertised. Wouldn't recommend this dealership. According to the reviews, im not the only one to give a one star review.

The dealership bait and switched me even though I
called right before I left and told them I was driving
over an hour
and a half and they hit me with "the cars being
serviced would you like to look at a different vehicle".
They wasted my time and cost gas money for a car
that wasnt there. after I got bait and switched i read
through
their Google reviews and people claiming the exact
same thing happened to them.

Very disappointed…drove 2 hours there, just about to finalize the deal, then they hit you with 5k worth of hidden fees.. whatever price you see online just add another 5k.
Emily and Al were pleasant. She tried to find me something that day because of the hour and a half commute however, the $7000 in non-negotiable admin fees and the low ball on the trade in left a bitter taste in my mouth. At least the vehicle there was what was actually advertised. My opinion, it's been sitting this long because of those fees. Just my opinion.
Came in yesterday with the anticipation of driving off in a Chrysler voyager they had listed for approx $4,200 under market value. Car was clean, serviced, and drive well. We sat down to discuss numbers just to learn that there is a $2,500 hidden fee on lower end cars and a $3,500 hidden fee on higher end cars. Manager wouldn’t budge even after stating I’d buy today with cash or financing if you remove said hidden fee. Bait and switch. Needless to say we walked right out.

All 4 rims had curb rash , scratches & chips. Mirror had marks from hitting something along with scratches to paint of passenger doors and hood of car
After Opening the doors of the car we were hit with a strong marijuana smell as if someone smoked in the car right before we got there. Made apt day in advance , you think they would make sure it smelled nice before arriving
Also would not give me any price of fees that came with buying the car as it would’ve been a waste of time if I wasn’t going to purchase the car right then and there

It was getting close to closing. We went to eat while they prepared paper work. The issue we were able to notice were to be taken care of while we were out
eating. The issue with the sold start up and lights flashing ie(airbag and hazard) was due to a low battery. charging was completed while we were out eating.
They instructed us that if the lights came back on they would take care of it by replacing the battery. Several miles down the road (we live almost 2 hours away)
the lights came on. They were closed! there was supposed to be car mats (rubber) in the trunk, there was none. We asked for a spare key. We ask for a spare
key as well as details on the warranty we purchased all while at the dealership. Due to the fact that they were well past the time they close these things would
have to be handle on Monday morning. I've Emailed the sales rep (Ashley) & the Sales- manager (AL) No word from either of them. Service Manager Frank
replaced the Battery. Service after Sale, NO GOOD!

this is a predator dealer! i offered to pay FULL PRICE on their advertised vehicle (20221 Tesla Plaid) and will wire transfer the funds to their bank and they insist for me to go to their dealership in person? for what? i am disabled and have difficulty traveling. They are not worth even one star in my book.

Where do I start , 1st off the team at auto lounge is amazing very welcoming the level of Professionalism It's beyond words that can describe my sales rep greatest person I've ever meet .. 2nd of all I was dressed so unprofessional that you think I'm a bum he still treated me like I was king of the land taking the don't judge a book by its cover to next level. 3rd very honest A pleasure to work with a bundance of knowledge on a vehicle It was impeccable .. what I liked most was he wasn't trying to sell me a new car but teach me on baseline what I was looking for and matching me up too jeep that fit all my needs of family car with some Muscle for those fun weekends .. 4th I told him my Budget somehow he figured out a way to get me into the Jeep with my budget overall amazing company amazing staff management to employees to sales reps all Fantastic I highly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here. They had me in and out with a few hours .
Beware of hidden fees! Do yourself a favor and ask for dealership( or any) fees they charge before going there. The salesperson was so polite but the manager was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of giving a straight price, he was giving me a speech which I didn’t have time to listen.
They are horrible with business I tried to purchase this vehicle and they were avoiding my bank and my question when asked for about 10 mins and came back saying after fees and taxes the car went up 9 grand, they claimed they had 15-20 people come view the car and I was the only person that got approved and after they seen how much I was approved for they attempted to slime me out and go up about 9 grand and some change when they would’ve had a great day and let me sign off on the car and they would’ve gotten a complete cash out and wouldn’t have had to worry about the car ever again but this is just me don’t let my experience stop you from going here if you got an extra 9 grand to go purchase a vehicle from them!!
They kept me waiting for financing for 3 hours, they wanted to give me $1,300 for my car and because I was an Uber driver, they did not want to give me the car at a lower price than $22,400, which it cost, they gave me financing for 72 months, $675 per month and an entry fee of $5,000. The worst experience of my life

The sales staff were very nice, but the front desk was misleading. The car, which is $22,495, turned into over $26,000 after dealer fees. The cargurus price is not the actual price of the car. I had called the day prior before having my dad take me to see the car to ask if there was possible negotiation and any extra fees besides taxes, and they said that there was an around a $750 cleaning fee but this could be negotiated along with the price of the car. After test driving the car which had a burning oil smell and some paint scratches, a second sales associate who was really nice came by to explain to us the over $3000 in dealer fees due to the cars in the dealership needing to go through certification. I asked if there was any way to get around this which there was not. This was on top of the cleaning fees and they had tried to waive some other fees but it still came out to thousands over the cargurus price. I wish the front desk staff was more transparent about this when I called
I recently purchased an 2019 Land Rover Range Rover V6 4WD from these guys. The car is great and I could not

Drove over an hour to see a Ford Flex for $20995.00. SUV had some issues that they agreed to fix. Salesman was nice until going over the final price being over $26k with an outrageous $3500 in dealers fees. Needless to say we walked out and bought another flex that was newer and more options the next day for less $$. That car was listed for $22900 drive away with it for $23400 after $500 doc fee. This place is nothing but scam. STAY AWAY.

Dont waste your time going to this dealer unless you are ok with spending at least $5,000 over
the advertised price in non existent fees excluding taxes and doc fees. I went to see at 2017
Porsche Cayenne, found out the car was in an accident and was willing to over look that if they
would let it go for the price advertised. The manager came back with over $5000 in made up fees.
Complete waste of my day...STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND BE

I had a bad experience with Flawless Auto Mall. I requested an out the door quote from them on a truck. They
repeatedly dodged the request and gave me the run around for a long time. Eventually, a lady named Gigi
texted me and stated that only the GM has that information and the GM will not provide it. After reading
several bad reviews, I think I figured out why they won't email you an "out the door" quote. Apparently they
add on unnecessary exorbitant fees. I have been emailed several out the door quotes from other dealers in
the past as such I consider this standard practice.

Made a appointment to test drive the vehicle.Salesman pulls the vehicle out front.Another salesmen with a customer looks at the vehicle then walks off.They were 2 bmw’s there.I test drive the vehicle and loved it.I finished my test drive the other salesman with the customer took a test drive around the parking lot then went inside. I’m working out a deal,seating there for an hour and some change.As we was going through the agreement the other salesman said the car is sold..So we have another one in the back smdh.So the other bmw was miss firing,dirty inside,warning lights on, couldn’t take it on a real test drive..really...Customer service sucks wasted my time.. I don’t recommend this...

We reached an agreement on the price of a car the day before, I was given a $300 discount on a $21 000 deal. I told Kathy I am gonna come back tomorrow because I need to take an Uber here to take the car and she said ok. In addition they had made "a mistake" on the car sales tax which had made the price $300 more. so they said we are gonna fix it when you come back. I went back the day after and to my surprise they asked for the original price. (at first they pretended they have given me the discount but when I looked at the numbers they had only corrected the tax differnece, as if I am a kid and wont figure it out) I said we had an agreement yesterday on the discount she said no that was yesterday. You should have taken the car yesterday!!! My manager wont give the discount today. He came out, frowning, with his hands in his pocket, with a defensive posture, sat in front of me and when I am filling him in he raised his voice " I am not selling this car" and leaves the table.

I was looking a certain type of car and Flawless Auto had one. I contacted the dealership through their web
site and chatted with Darvell. We made an appointment for the next day. I was very impressed with his
knowledge about the car. The test drive went well. I decided to buy the car and Darvell gave me a great
deal. Quality cars and great Sales staff are number one in my book.
I waked in asking for some information about cars and I left driving my new car. Darvell explained everything so good and answered all of my questions. He listened to what I wanted and helped me to find the car of my dream. The whole process of approval was very easy and quick. I highly recommend this place!

Spoke to Zachary purchased the car waited for repairs to be made 1week. Told car was ready wanted deliver next day next morning was told by zachary that he could not sell us the car due to all the issues with the car. He tried diligently to find us another exotic car it did not work out. I am looking to get my cash deposit back. $5000.00. Zachary was knowledgeable with his vehicles. We were disappointed. But glad that he’d did not sell us a car with issues

Total scam!!!!.. $1895 for a certification , $999 for a lojack!!!! $299 for window anti theft etching!!! .. Wouldn't reccomend to my worst enemy!
Be aware of this dealership misleading advertising In price and condition. Salesman Zachary and his sales manager was trying To add $1000 as safety inspection and another $1900 as Certification(total SCAM) to the asking price for the car I wanted to purchase- 2017 CT6 it’s in abused condition In and out, been in a front and rear end accident and many things are wrong with it and they still try to charge this money on the top of the asking price, The car has a damage one key you cannot even carry and they are trying to give me a discount for the missing key, As if I am supposed to buy a car without keys. That car has only 6300 miles on it but Abused, was a leased vehicle taken back by the bank as they told me and they still want to charge you arm and leg with this junkie condition, Don’t be fooled by them they are way far from being honest. When it comes To a vehicle you try to trade they will do their best to devalue the car. They told me my car dose not have navigation:)) they love $

Was NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! I had a appointment on Monday to see the 2019 Nissan Altima. They call me on Saturday late in the evening to confirm that I was coming in on Monday.. when I got there at 9:00 am in the morning they told me that the car was sold on Friday.. This is all BS!!!! They spoke to me on Saturday evening that if I was still coming in they should’ve had told me that the car was sold but I didn’t have to waste my time.. people don’t waste your time go someplace else... Will never recommend this place to anyone !!!!!
Like most the reviews said, they tack on a $1895 inspection fee and force you to pay for LoJack, but I was still naive enough to go in. Once I was there, Stephanie the woman whom I was speaking with and had told her everything about my situation that I was trading in a lease and I’d be paying my negative equity off was not there. Instead I got some dishonest and incompetent salesman named Darnell who actually tried to convince me that running your credit doesn’t effect your credit score and on top of that tried doing so without my permission. I then asked if he’d give me what my monthly payment would look like with the credit score I gave him, he told me that he can’t go back to his manager without anything (without running my credit). Darnell then told me I had brought nothing for him to be able to go back to his manager! I was not happy to here this as I had driven almost 2 hrs with my down payment and two cars to trade in just to be told I couldn’t get my questions answered.

One of the worst dealership experiences I've had at a dealer. And I have owned approx. 175 cars. Test drove the vehicle, spoke with the salesman who isn't who I talked to on the phone. I advise the salesman about the bald tires, torn windshield wipers, gouges to the bumper. He says the only problem I see selling this vehicle in Jersey is the wipers, The bald tires are a problem in PA. The advertised sale price is $22,995, they come back to me with a price before tax of $28,995 with "fees and other charges". Also be advised this vehicle was imported from Canada when it had 14,000 kilometers on it, to an auction. Climate control is still in Celsius.
Weird situation. I was really interested in a particular car. So I had a mechanic look at the car paid $99 bucks for the service and ended up paying twice cause the dealership didn't have the car ready. We found that to be strange "we" meaning myself and the mechanic because we already spoke to the dealership on a set time and date, We even spoke to my initial sales person (a lady) the same morning 2 hours before the mechanic was suppose to be there. They did say they were going to include the $99 if I purchase which I was going to as soon as the mechanic gave me the good news. Oh but here's the kicker so the same day I was suppose to come in and purchase the car I was called by some other sales person (a guy) he told me to come in later because no one would be available until then. Not even 2 hours later he text me and says he sold the car. Like really why treat people like that. I'm sure he sold it to a buddy of his or just wanted to profit from the sale (cut throat) so sad.
