Called them four times about a car because there were no interior pics of the car. They said they would text me pics all three times. Nothing! Fourth time, they placed me on hold and hung up!

Unprofessional. Beware!

I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience with this dealership due to misleading information and poor communication. I am located in New York and was told by the salesperson, Stephanie, that I could complete the application remotely and come in only after approval. She texted me that the 2021 Ram 3500 was “available and waiting” and sent a promotion advertising $0 down, everyone approved, and no payments until next year. I was fully prepared to put money down—the issue was the conflicting information. After submitting all requested documents, communication stopped for two days despite multiple calls and texts. Without notice, the vehicle was then marked SOLD on CarGurus. When I called, a manager was rude and dismissive, stating the car could be sold because I wasn’t physically present—contradicting what I was told. Two hard inquiries were placed on my credit, yet I received nothing in return. This experience wasted my time and impacted my credit.

I had a really positive experience with the dealership. They went out of there way to get financing and the rate I wanted. They got 5 stars because thier customer service was great and I got what I wanted(SUV)
