Emailed about a vehicle. Received an email back asking for my number and I provided my number. Then received an email asking if I had received their email. I then called and the person that answer the phone didn’t even recognize the name of the sales person I asked for. Told me they would get the info to the right person and they would call back. No call.
I then get an email letting me know that the vehicle was no longer available and asking if they could help me with another vehicle. Sorry, never helped me with the original one.

Over all, mixed feelings. Front desk at dealership rude, you have feeling you walked into gas station. Sales person had great customer service. Condition of the vehicle disappointing. Worst of all, charges of $2500 of additional charges that don’t make any sense. You are forced to by LoJack for example.

Carfax report inaccurate. Front end drove poorly with loud popping noises when making hard right turns. Same when turning left. Definitely something wrong with front end of car. Needs repairs badly and trunk was full of water, it leaks. Step back 10 feet, look straight on at car, hood is misaligned. Look at hood closely, black stripe is damaged follow cosmetic repair/paint to right on driver side. There is more damage to this car than reported. Told management all I noticed. Not confident it’s getting repaired. The price should be several thousand less if you’re interested. I didn’t buy, don’t want the repair expenses.
While there visiting, another couple came in after me very upset about their recent purchase. Just bought a truck one week earlier and it was already in a shop getting work on due to not running properly and emitting white smoke from exhaust. Repair shop gave them a few thousand quote to repair the truck. So I took my time looking over the Mustang and decided no.

I contacted the dealership several times about a trucks condition of the tire rubbing the fender i asked if they could remedy the issue and let me know. I've yet to hear back i also wanted a cash price and yet to hear back.

Car had two accidents, dealer only mentioned one. Sent email after initial visit which went unanswered. Was slow to respond when I was ready to discuss an offer. It was a total waste of time. I ended up buying elsewhere.

I was told on the phone I could get into a vehicle with no problem. I had to get my youngest daughter take me up there & before I went up there I needed to get everything done so all I had to do is sign the paperwork & go bc I'm on oxygen all the time & I told them I couldn't be up there all day bc of it. Well when I went the girl in front ignored me & then finally got someone to come talk to me & that left me sitting there for 30 mins waiting & I could understand if they busy but that wasn't the case then she comes back & tells me tha I had to put at least $5000 down & I told her I had seen cheaper cars but she said NO. I just walked pissed off but kept my mouth shut til I got back in my daughter car with her & my dog. I would t buy shit from there now

The dealership contacted me promptly after I filled out a request to know more about the particular vehicle I
was interested in. I do believe there was a language barrier with the first person I dealt with, but the second
one was very helpful. Unfortunately, the car was sold before I could test drive it and make an offer. While they
offered to assist me in finding another vehicle, this was the only one I was interested in at the time.

I bought a 2016 Honda accord from this dealership and so far the experience has been great. I was at the dealership for an hour and a half and signed in a car.
Before pickup they serviced the vehicle and put on new tires.

They had multiple hidden fees that they did not discuss with me until a second day at
the dealership and over an hour into the process of potentially buying the car. The sales
person and manager also printed out a car report for me, and the report said there has
only been minor damage to the car that was fully fixed. The finance person handed me
a paper later on showing that the car had structural damage that neither the sales
person or manager had mentioned before. They then said they would remove the
additional fees only after showing the car had structural damage that had not been
mentioned at all prior. They added on almost $2000 of additional fees with no prior
warning and did not inform me of major damage until over an hour of being at the
dealership, nor was it listed on the Carfax printed for me. They are not upfront about
mandatory add ons and donât mention them until you are sitting across the finance
officer.

Unfortunately, I didn't go to the dealership because of an issue with me. However, they were communicated with me and they tried their best
to help me. The vehicle I was interested was sold. Very good customer service and communication.
Had a scheduled appointment but still had me wait for a hour and a half to “find the truck”. Then was offered half as much for my truck as what I ended up getting at the next place I looked at. Did not seem interested in seeking me the truck and seemed very slimy the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

What an amazing team. I called ahead because I have not so good credit, with substantial income, $4500 down payment, and a clean driving record. They asked me to submit the credit application. It was approved. I Ubered in, and was greeted and assigned Marcos. He was so sweet and respectful and PATIENT whenever I was about to lose mine. The process is lengthy, but it is a big dealership and considering how many steps are needed everything was done in a reasonable time. They allow you to test drive in their very very big lot, any concerns are addressed, and once I made up my mind I was handed over to Tom in the finance department. Super kind and patient man, walked me through every single page I was signing, making sure I paused to read important details. I walked out a car owner. Even with all the challenges. Top notch experience and very much worth the $50 Uber I took to get there.

This dealership response is extremely slow. I also don’t think they actually know how to deal with online customers because you call and then you email and then it takes them hours before they respond back. I am already preapproved and contacted them, but they wouldn’t send the paperwork to my Financial institution.

Friendly, well informed. No pressure. Wonderful experience. Purchased a car with no problems.
When test driving the truck I noticed the drivers side front was 21 lbs. I asked the salesman to check it when I returned to Auto Boutique. I was assured the tire was ok. After going through the hours long buying process I went back to tech and he told me there was fine. I had a 200 mile drive ahead of me, by the time I drive 100 miles the tire was below 30 lbs. I had to air up three times by the time I arrived at my tire shop. The tire had two patches and a plug. I ended up dropping over a grand on tires. I called Keng at Auto Boutique and said she’d would have someone contact me as soon as the tech came into work. It’s been 48 hours. I like the truck but the lack of care for me, a paying customer, is troubling.
Door handle was broken on driver's side. Their overseas people keep calling wanting me to come see the car.
I tell them I have already seen it and don't call me again until the door handle is fixed. Then another person
calls from overseas. They pretend to be here in US and working at the dealer even. The sales guy says he
does not know if they will fix it or not. But he thinks not.
I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership. When I got there I drove a different vehicle than I planned to. The vehicle I was there for another couple drove and wanted so I never go to even see the car. The lady helping me had to much other things going on. After the first test drive a different couple came into sign papers on a vehicle they wanted to purchase. Which I believe she said their appointment was at 3. They decided to come at noon. So I sat in the waiting area while they sat at her desk finishing paperwork. She'd walk over and say she was sorry. Asked me to find a different vehicle on there website. She was very nice and all but I felt like it was a wasted trip. They do seem to have great prices on their vehicles though. I thought about going back and asking for a different sales representative but I just don't want to make that long trip to be disappointed again.
Finance people were great. They are high volume so they aren’t to personal on sales floor but they got entertainment for kids and snacks they give out. Came out with a Kia Niro that has been running good for the 2 days we had it. I wish i remembered the finance lady’s name she was awesome.

Terrible sales people here. It’s been over 2 weeks and I kept asking for a video they kept ranting about the car being in service etc. After two weeks I finally get video and at the same time I asked for video I also asked for out the door number and till this day haven’t revived it. They said finance is so busy and they had to serve people in the car lot first. That just made me feel like I wasn’t even a client or they made this whole thing feel like they didn’t care. This is ridiculous missed out on 2 deals just bc I trusted the sales people here. They also claimed to be supper busy but somehow like 5 of they’re sales people contacted me and mine could provide me with a simple out the door number and video crazy.
I only gave 1 star because the person on the phone I initially spoke with was nice n the 2 people at the front desk. The Gabinator and the really cute lady. Don't remember her name. But Marcos didn't act like he really wanted the sale. There was rust on the tires so I asked about underneath. He said we'll the car is priced for what it's worth. Wow then he brought it to me on empty and told me I could only drive for 10 minutes or until the gas ran out. I drove it as far as I could. When I get back something told me to look under the car. There was so much rust that it looked like the car would fall apart any second. Lincoln mkc do not purchase. They knew I was coming from a long way. At least be honest when a person calls. Be ware of these guys. Make sure you check the car thoroughly. If they say you can't drive it far usually means something is wrong.
Old school dealer that adds exterior and interior protection plan and LoJack to all cars for a little under $1000.
LoJack is something you don't need on a Tesla since they have a built-in vehicle recovery system. So they
advertise a low price then add useless items to pad the bill. When asked if those could be removed did
not hear back from them. Before that communication was responsive.
Not sure why they advertise on a national car site when they refuse to sell to any out of state buyers. Which I thought was kind of the point of this site, (being able to buy a car and have it delivered to you).
Also the price jumped up $3,000 after I reached out to them, and then dropped $2,000 so I’m not sure if it was a glitch or shady business. Either way, it was sus.
Then I got another call 4-days later asking if I was still interested in the car, knowing they wouldn’t sell it to me and the price was $1,500 higher than when I reached out just a few days earlier.
Bad all around. Would not recommend.

Wanted to purchase a vehicle. Dealership refuses to sell to any state other than Texas or Louisiana due to their own policy.
This is not advertised. They are also unwilling to do a dealership transfer.
Spoke with management and they suggested that I should have a family member that lives in Texas but the car. This is obviously a shady dealership

said i have to be there just to know the price even if
you are 90 miles away from the dealership, this very
normal to ask âout the doors priceâ so we know
about the dealer are they charging you some extra
hidden money or not. Most of dealership they donât
have any issue to tell their prices with TTL over the
phone and itâs very normal to ask dealers seems
like fishy and the sales person was very rude.

The dealer could not inform me if the vehicle of interest still had a manufacturer’s warranty. Initially she stated that she, “thinks” the vehicle is still covered by the manufacturer. I then asked her to confirm the warranty prior to my five hour commute from Louisiana. After a brief hold, she informed me that she does not have access to that information and that I should contact the manufacturer with the VIN. As the seller, I feel that she should have confirmed the status with the manufacturer. I was serious about my inquiry and pre approved through my bank and/or capable of fully purchasing the vehicle with cash. Therefore, I informed her of my commitment to purchase and she refused to contact the manufacturer on my behalf.

Started out great, nice greeting, nice sales lady. I sat there for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Never saw the truck. I was told the battery was dead
in it. They were apparently trying to locate a truck to jump it with, even asked me if I drove a diesel truck there they could jump it with. After
that amount of time sitting, not being allowed to see the truck, I left. Won't go back.
I contacted this dealership about a 2018 Volvo S60 the price was fair but then the started adding on extras like paint protection which I didn't want......LoJack system which I didn't want..... etching the vin on the windows which I didn't want adding about $2500 to the price of the car so the fair price turned out to be a overpriced vehicle!!!! Stay away from this dealership at all cost because they are a bunch of scam artists!!!! Jeff T

I contacted the dealer regarding a BMW 7 series and was notified that the car was available. I
scheduled for an appointment the following day in the morning. On the day of the appointment,
I received several calls from the dealership; they wanted to make sure I was coming, so I
confirmed and told them I was on my way. I drove an hour, arrived, and checked in. I was
directed to a salesperson named April; she was not welcome at all; she was rude. She told me
the car was unavailable and in service and that I could explore other options. I told her I was
not interested in other cars. I received several calls not to miss my appointment, and now that I
am here, you tell me the vehicle is unavailable. Why wasn't I notified over the phone that the
car wasn't available? She said she is not in charge of that. I walked away and left. I called the
receptionist back to ask about the car, and Angelica told me the car was locked in a deal. Two
different stories! That was very unprofessional.

Dealer responded quickly and promptly to set up a test drive. Then 30 minutes later sent me messages and emails telling me the vehicle was “in service” then it “wasn’t available”. Since then I shopped around some of their inventory and didn’t find anything that fit my price range or desired vehicle. They continued to contact me over and over again even after I mentioned that I work a lot and don’t have a lot of time to shop online. They came off overly pushy about the whole interaction.
The car looked great, but it did have some body things which caused me not to get it in the end. The sales
team is good and not pushy. They stayed late even after closing to help whoever was there still looking to buy
a car. Beware though, they say they will add on $2k to the price of the car so they can make money(so they
said). Another main reason i did not go through with the sale.
I was sent a stock email reply and I replied to their email. I asked about my tradein and was never
contacted again. My tradein is rather exotic but that is no reason for the dealership to not contact me again. I probably would have purchased the car from them if they
had followed up. I am actively looking for a BMW i3.
It's tough to get excited about this dealership, as all the pricing is bait and switch (effectively). Every price you see here is at least $2k
under the actual out the door price due to them forcing "LoJack" installations and they refuse to "not" do that. Very frustrating. A big
waste of time here.
They were friendly and were able to answer my questions. They contacted me after the
initial visit but we were not able to do business with them. We did not like the fact that
there are 2 add-ons that are mandatory to pay for. He did try to discount them later but it
was the whole idea of tacking on this extra item that should be "optional" even if there is a
fee.
I ended up getting a 2014 Ford focus. The communication I had with everyone was awesome. From the first email I got from Ray as soon as I made my appointment to Isaiah who was my sales associate. He was very thorough and fast. He was very professional and friendly. He bought all the cars I was interested in to the front of the lot and gave me the keys and allowed me the freedom to go check them out and test drive without the pressure of someone hanging over my shoulder. Each person I dealt with was attentive and kept me informed every step of the way. The manager came by no less than 4 times to make sure we didn't need anything and that everything was going to our satisfaction. They must have 30 acreas of vehicles with anything you could possibly want. I really was impressed. Felt like family. The prices are great. I love my car. It is running great and I feel like I'm 20 again in this sports version I bought. I will most definitely be buying any future vehicles from these people.

they have a Hyunday Ionic advertised at $14.500 I liked the car for my daughter and 2 days before her visit I be called to make sure that the price was correct and they said that is the price plus title and sales tax, when she got there the car is $17.800 saying they have mandatory fees, and LOJACK for $2000 Dollars, etc. a bunch of baloney they are crooks. deserve to be out of business soon. Bad luck.
I live 2 hours away and when I called they told me they would hold the vehicle for my appointment and when I arrived they informed me that the vehicle was being purchased by someone else so they offer me to look at other vehicles and when I found one the salesman just took me to the car and left the keys and went back inside so I checked the car and it was wreck and had broken parts so I went back inside and asked if I could negotiate the price and the salesman just said that’s the final price and didn’t bother to let me show him the broken parts in the vehicle to so he could understand everything that was wrong with the car first time there and really bad experience it wasn’t worth my time driving 2 hours to the dealership don’t bother going there

I live 2 hours away, but when we were about to leave to check the red Honda Accord the dealership called to
find out if we were still interested in the car. We were, and headed to dealership. Upon arriving at the
dealership, we were greeted at the door w/info that the car we were interested in was no longer available due
to a previous accident and the car would be sent to wholesale. They offered us another blk Honda Accord that
was higher price. We spoke w/salesman but were not happy w/the situation after driving 2 hours to look at.
After 30 min of dealing w/salesman, we left. We felt like the dealership did a "bait and switch" w/us.
The price the dealer list for the vehicle is
somewhat misleading. It does not include the
âmandatoryâ $1,895 for the protection plan
and LoJack that the dealership adds to the
price. I understand some additional fees but
almost $2,000 seems excessive. Lots of
waiting around after I made an appointment
and the place seems disorganized. It was nice
to be able to take the car out on my own but
salesman seemed uninterested in making a
sale.
The overall experience was OK. It began well; they contacted me immediately after I
contacted them and made an appointment to test drive a Toyota Rav4. When I got there
to drive it, the process was simple, and it is nice to test drive a car by yourself. The
issue was the preparation of the vehicle. Going there, I knew they automatically
installed LoJac and "paint protection" for $1900. While ridiculous, it's non-negotiable, so
I knew that. When I got in the vehicle, I saw that the low tire pressure light was on, and I
thought that was odd. Why neglect such an easy issue to fix? The car drove fine, but I
tried to lock it with the key fob. It locked every door but the driver's side. I played with it
for a few minutes and then got the salesperson. He had the same issue and said, "Well,
we won't fix it since the manual key works." I went online and found out it just needed a
new battery. What else do they miss if they miss the small, easy things? I won't be
going back.
Very disappointed with this dealership. The car that we went to test drive wouldn’t even start. We agreed to test drive another vehicle and decided we wanted to make a purchase. I was upfront in letting the sales person know I already had a loan approved by my credit union. After waiting for almost 5 hours and finally was able to speak to someone in finance, I was told they wouldn’t take an out of state check from credit union and they wanted me to finance through them at a much higher interest rate. I walked out extremely disappointed.

Dishonest sale price on Car Gurus aimed at receiving an elevated deal rating. When I asked for the total "out the door price" I was promptly sent a list of fees. Most were the typical dealer fees one would expect such as documentation fees. However what was not expected was a $1,985 fee for LOJACK anti-theft. I want to be clear that this was not optional but was a fee for equipment that as the salesman said, "was already installed before arrival at the dealership." If it was already installed equipment it should be included in the price of the vehicle. This is simply a dishonest tactic to receive a "GREAT DEAL" rating from Car Gurus. The one slightly redeeming factor was that the salesman was polite on the phone and was prompt to send me the actual price.
BEWARE ..I have reason to believe this is a catch and bait scam. Made appt for what I thought was a great deal, got there and was told just sold. As I waited to see another car I looked at their site said found another great deal i received immediately a call from a sales rep telling me it's still in stock hurry make an appt. The sales lady didn't realize i was already at dealership. Upon return of 1st sales guy , i asked him for the car that seconds ago i was told is available He and I looked at their inventory car was not their. Tried to sell me a different car.

Did all the process, they Ran my credit, got numbers over the phone, agreed, made adjustments at work to get days off to drive home (10hrs)to go pick up my family, and drive again to location of the dealership (5hrs) to get a txt saying they had sold the truck. Very disappointed with sales person and financing people.

I would have given 5 stars, but after the test drive, once I decided I wanted the car, I was informed of a $1950 dealer add on. I was walking away from the deal and manager waived the $1950 fee. That's just shady. I drove three hours to buy a car at the price advertised. Good thing is they fixed it, bad part is how many people have paid that BS fee.
They have some great deals. The respond fast. But I'm giving them 2 stars because they tried to force me buy something that is not required
for the car and not mention or already on the cars price. They will add $1985 for Paint & Interior Protection with LOJACK ANTI-THEFT. NOT
REQUIRED!!!!!

This dealership was great I believe I just missed this wonderful vehicle. Ms Jackie contacted me several times
Flooded car, never mentioned it. All cars have an additional $1985 “protection” that is not optional. So all the cars really cost 2k more than the proce listed plus TTL.
Sales people really weren’t too eager to sell anything. Pretty much not too concerned about selling the vehicle. Came from my test drive and spend a good minute looking for my sales person. Nowhere to be found and when found not too concerned about making a sale
Terrible dealership. I had a better time at the dentist then trying to get a simple Out the Door price on a vehicle. They wanted me to provide them via email a picture of my DL to make sure they could deal with me in my state. Then wanted to know if I was going to
pay cash or finance with them before they could give me any details on pricing. Stay far away from this place.

The sales experience was great, especially my finance person. I would rate her five stars. I am very disappointed with the after sales service. I have called them several times about not being able to activate the LoJack that comes with all the cars sold there. It has been ten days and I have not been contacted by anyone there. Still waiting!
Worst car dealership experience ever. It took 4 days to get a call back, and then they tell me that the car I am interested is no longer available and tries to push a different car on me. At the same time someone else is leaving a voicemail telling me car is ready.. Different information regarding financing, rates and terms from 3 different people. Nope, decided to walk away and take business elsewhere

with CASH, no finance. Advertised price online as
$39,900. Was told sorry, you have to pay taxes in Texas ( I
don't live in Texas) then they added some "environmental
paint protection" for $1,950 on top of the Texas taxes at
$2,900.
I contacted the alleged "Paint warranty company" in

warranty and there is no paint warranty. He then says he
has no clue who this dealersip is or how his warranty
company is attached to them as they have NEVER
spoken to him directly.
When the delearship manager was comfronted, he said, "
Sorry, we cannot sell to you because you live in Arkansas.
Arkansas is a State we cannot title in" Then he hangs up
on me.

Bait and switch, Out the door price was considerably higher than posted. Always ask what the Out the door price is, they should be able to calculate it to the penny. If they do not, avoid the
dealership. If they push a paint protection, as well as antitheft, walk away. These should never be required, and if a dealer does not want to
remove them, walk out the door. If you want these, you can pay for them, but if they insist, say goodbye. Avoid this dealership. If I could do 0, I would.

The wait time was long but the rep I had in the actual location, Monica was amazing. She was so patient with me, letting me try out cars one after another. After I lost all hope and gave up and was just ready to head out, Monica came up with just the right car I ended up going home with. Really pleased with everything.

Would have probably bought the car but I won’t buy paint fabric and LoJack add ons for 2000. Sales person took to long to respond after contact, waited through the weekend to hear back from them.
Came in cause I saw a good deal online & decided to buy my new car thanks to Monica. She answered all my questions about my car’s history & was very responsive whenever I texted to receive additional info. Very friendly and professional, if I ever need another car I will be looking for her!
After completing my application and getting several emails from this company about
contacting them to finance a vehicle,
I was told by a salesman that this dealership does not deal with people that live in
Arkansas, Tennessee or New York so if you are searching for a vehicle in these states,
don't waste your time!!!!!

This was a very poor experience, “czar” was our sales guy, he was polite but absolutely not professional, he handed us over the keys at the lounge without walking us around the car or even going through the history of the vehicle and that came at no surprise cause we soon found out that the car is in a miserable condition ( crack on the windsheield, crack on the driver fender paint, paint doesn’t match, hood and pumper are misaligned, driver headlight is misaligned with pumper, air bags deployed…etc) it looked like it has a frame damage I’m not sure, and I’m not sure if it’s clean or Rebuilt title!!!
Had I known all this before I’d not have driven nearly 1 hour and 20 minutes.
This dealer lacks transparency, I’d not recommend them.
BEWARE!!! These guys are crooks. They lure you in with a “Great Deal”, go through the whole buying process and then tell you at the last minute they have $2,000 in adders that are non negotiable. (LowJack and “environmentally safe paint” added) BS! Lastly they lie about condition of car. It stated “No accidents” on CarGuru but when I asked for copy of CarFax it showed it had been in “Moderate” wreck.

Very good experience with the dealership. The finance person was very knowledgeable and answered every question in a courteous and friendly professional manner. Only downside, the truck was on empty, no gas.
I purchased this vehicle. Sales person Ceasar was very nice and helpful. When it came to do paperwork, I had to tell them they had put wrong sales man on the paperwork. It had General managers name as salesman. I felt once I signed all paperwork, they didn't care. I waited more than an hour to get plates put on car, even though the person in charge of that was just in the lobby walking around. I had to ask salesperson several times about it. I saw him going to tell the gentleman about it. I live out of town. Once I left I saw they gave me someone else's buyers tag receipt. Calling them today about it.

I was a bit skeptical about this dealer, due to negative reviews on yelp. However, I had a very positive experience. Wait time was almost none, the car was exactly as described, looked very clean and ready for test driving. The salesman was sincere and direct. I was able to take the car to my own mechanic for an inspection, which is great peace of mind. I bought the car for my daughter, and she couldn’t be happier.

as far as contacting me and scheduling a test drive, everything was nice and smooth. But as far
as when I went up there to do the test drive, everybody kinda ignored me like I wasnt there even
after requesting the specific person I was suppose to meet. Never met THAT person, and never
did the test drive and never got any service/help.
They were all helpful especially one Mo and the Sales man Mr. Charles with his unique professional way of communication and sense of caring for the needs of customers made my experience most memorable.
I am highly recommending Mr. Charles to everyone who need to buy vehicle to go talk to him. That kind of fears to buy a car will be eroded right there.

Excellent customer service no nonsense place. You like it you don't, you want more choices, they teach you their website and let you play with options, price, in/out color, everything until you pick a test drive. Now with all that being said, if you are already savvy enough to navigate a website search effectively, stay home until you pick all the cars you want to test drive. Request information for all, wait for response, schedule each 45 minutes apart and you'll have a less chaotic experience. This place is a loud, full throttle, team of positive people. I honestly hated the car I chose, but felt free to look talk decide measure up, and talk crap if i wanted, without ridiculous excuses, alternative facts, double talk, empty promises, or any pressure at all. But its a lot to process even for an extrovert like me. Nonetheless. It was Quite impressive watching the whole staff as they methodically worked together in this hyperactive hive of used car sales.

Staff was friendly and our sales rep Mo was very helpful and patient. Calls were returned promptly and viewing and test driving was well organized.
Called talked to a sales person I think. Couldn't understand him very well. I asked him if I could please speak with
another sales man I had been reading on the reviews by the name of Moe. He said he wasn't there and that Moe
would call me the next day. I never received the call. I called again, an operator answered and I asked for Moe again
she told me that I had to talk to their credit department first. I told her that I was already pre qualified through my
credit union but she wouldn't listen. She said you can talk to our finance department or to Moe. I asked to be put
through to Moe. I waited on the line for about 5 min or so. Moe never came to the line and I never heard from them
again.

Contacted several times; were friendly; I was told they are quite busy so their follow-thru to the customers are poor
quality; I asked for clarity on some issues and also for honesty on whether they can help with the choice vehicle I
am requesting or if they cannot, then I can move on because I was looking to be assisted by them only at the time;
Mo, got back with me; he was not timely with responses; I filled out credit app, talked with multiple reps, and
shared personal information; very disheartening. The last communication was over text and asked me to bring in
car to inspect its worth; I did not because I no longer trust since I was not assisted timely nor got feedback on my
questions that are necessary to know; if they could not work with me, then they should have said so instead of
leaving me wondering and just be forthcoming because that is best practice. So, now I am left thinking that they
could not assist because I would not bring the car in? I really don't know.
Dealer has car advertised and it is not ready to be sold. We drove 45 minutes twice to see vehicle called an hour ahead and no one answered the phone once we got there they said that the vehicle was not able to be seen. I asked why is it advertised then. They said that when they get it is advertised even though it can’t be sold. Very bad customer service as well as non communication. Could have saved me 2 hours of driving as well as my time

The dealer was not forthcoming with any information on the vehicle. I had to call them to request
information several times. Each time the representative promised info, however none was
provided. I was paying cash for the purchase. It seems they are only interested in financing high
interest loans to make more money on the vehicles. I would not recommend them under any
circumstances.

Had scheduled meeting to buy car, ended up calling less than 24 hours before meeting to
say vehicle had been sold...
I've been waiting and waiting for them to let me know when a particular car was ready. the first time it wasn't ready they said it was going through inspection and make ready and could possibly be ready to be seen or purchased on August 29th. It wasnt. I've made no less than 10 calls to them since and was told it was being used as a loaner.
So apparently the auto is not for sale and the mileage continues to go higher and higher. What a huge waste of time trying to deal with these people. Even though they say this auto has a clean Carfax. I've since learned there is structural damage to this particular vehicle. again, a huge waste of time.

I went to go look at the car the damage inside of the vehicle isn’t shown & they tried to under value my 2009 CLK 550 AMG which the blue book value on a trade in was $8000 they offered me $5000. I met a client who was there & she told me how bad she is being treated & that her car has been back 5 times since she bought it & it’s for issues that were not her fault. Had the lot been more honest with interior & my trade in value I would took the car on a test drive. They do not negotiate so I wouldn’t give them my business

I flew in from out of state to purchase my vehicle. Beforehand, the staff did a pretty decent job showing off the car and pointing out any defects as if they were looking for themselves and not just to make the sale, very appreciated.
They agreed to pick me up at the nearby airport.
Negatives: The place was super busy and it took about 1-2 hours before I was able to sit down to purchase the vehicle. The cars gaslight was on when I took it for a test drive. The car was very dirty on the inside. Three of the tires needed immediate replacement, which they were not going to do initially.
Positives: Once the car buying process started, it was pretty smooth. I feel like I got a great deal on the car which made the long trip from out of state worth it. They did put 3/4 tank of gas in after I asked them to. They replaced 2 of the tires with used tires. They did have hotdogs and other small food items for free while I had been waiting.

I test drove the car, afterwards they told me they couldn’t sell it until they do some repairs then I waited after a week they said the car wasn’t ready. I told them I could put a deposit for when it’s ready but they refused instead they took my number and promised to call when the car was fixed after a second week I did not hear from them I called back only to be told the car was sold
Dealt at first with Evelyn over the phone and later Christian assisted me with the test drive and application process. Financing was handled by Hayden. All were very courteous, professional and made the process painless staying till 8pm to take care of transaction. Very pleasant experience, great deal on the vehicle and fair trade in allowance. Would highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased the car cash and then immediately returned it the next day as it didn't come with all of its components and the car was not charged and stopped on me right off the highway. Luckily there was a place with a charging station. I left it all night and when I got back there was still only enough charge to get it back to the dealership. They didn't explain that the battery being 10 yrs old keeps it from charging or holding a charge.
I called the car lot in reference to a vehicle I was looking at. The lady on the phone tells me something is wrong with the vehicle but she wasn't sure what. SO I goes in to see the vehicle anyway and I speak to another lady and I ask her about the vehicle and she says nothing wrong with the vehicle other than its 9 years old.So then she tells me to go speak with Zuber lokhandwala which tells me that something is wrong with the a/c which it will be about 150 to get fixed so even though I was a bit confused by all 3 responses I still choose to take the car for a drive so I take the car for a drive and it actually drove ok I tell zuber that I only have about 5200 I can spend now the car was only 5500 so he rejected the pay,I left so later I get a call from him saying his Gm stated he could take 5300 so I told him that I only has 5200 so I go back up to the dealership and ask would he like to take the 5200 and he said no 5500 so I left they up the price on carguru 7500 smh
I was excited to find the vehicle I wanted with the features I needed and was willing to spend over my budget to get it, but condition was not near as expected. The vehicle was missing seats, what seats it had were damaged, and the inside was full of mud! I couldn’t believe they were asking top dollar market price for it! I asked if they were willing to recondition it for the price or drop the price accordingly and no response.
They initially sent me an email so I replied and requested photos of inside of vehicle (none included in Car Guru's listing). They never
responded back which leads me to believe they are not interested in making a sale. Ironically I probably would have traveled to Houston to
visit them and possibly purchase the vehicle if they would have simply complied with my request. Their loss.

Watch out for the unexpected factored in warranty for additional charge. That’s why their vehicles are cheaper than other dealers. They try to catch you with the $2000 additional warranty they say “your lender makes you pay out” in order to lend the money....all lies...call your lender for additional info prior to signing any papers. Your lender will discuss any info with you including loan amount, interest rate and not just to your finance person. FYI

The price is a sham! The first time we contacted them over a vehicle the price they quoted us was $1700 over the price listed on Car Gurus, CARFAX, and their own website. After the vehicle didn’t sell for several weeks they lowered the cost. We went back with cash for the vehicle we took $1500 extra over the asking price... they had it $1800 more and refused to work with us on the extra $300. They say “the price you see is the price you get” and “no haggle - lowest price” when you add their hidden fees ($500 bug guard) all of they’re vehicles will start at $1500 over asking minimum. Sketchy staff too!

I had a really good experience with the dealership and David Torres! I lived over an hour away from them and David went out of his way to meet with me so I can sign papers for the car I wanted. Everything with smooth with them and my bank! Would definitely buy from them again!
Price said $9,000. I get there and they automatically add $500 to the price
for some bs spray or something. They dont negotiate if if the car is broken
and you cant see from the picture. The sales woman lied to me. Just an
overall horrible experience. Literally the worst experience I've ever had

Service was very slow. The car we were looking at had been in 2 wrecks so we decided to not buy it. When we asked about trade-in value of our car, they lied and said the battery was dead and it wouldn’t start. Had to wait FOREVER to get our keys back. They refused to go to the car with us to check it out. Of course, the car started up just fine for us! Overall, we were not impressed and will not be back.
Tatiana was my salesperson and she blew it out of the ballpark! I was a dithering mess for at least two weeks, going back and forth trying to decide on what I was looking for. She bent over backwards and was SO VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL with me! We finally came up with a winner today and even though my nerves almost got the best of me, Tatiana got me through it, on her birthday, no less!!
Contacted dealership about a car. They said it was in for service and would be ready in a few days. Promised to contact me as soon as the vehicle was available to show. Two days later I received a notification that the car was sold. I have cash ready to outright purchase a car. Extremely disappointed.

I contacted dealer and originally was going to have someone pick the car up. Due to quarantine for covid 19 I then
asked dealer to ship car for the stated price of $395.00, Finance manager then stated they no longer did that; he
would send me names of car haulers that I could contact to find out their pricing. On several occasions I asked if
the car was in good shape and was told that it was. When we got down to the final paperwork, they wanted me to
sign that I was aware that the car had frame damage. I then called and cancelled the purchase. I sent a message
to return my $1,000.00 deposit but it has been 5 days and they still have not credited the deposit back to my credit
card. Beware of dealing with this company.

She also asked for my phone number so she could call or text. I emailed Barbara back to ask what kind of repairs the car needed and to let her know that I preferred email messages, and then never heard back.

Auto Boutique was very unprofessional I wouldn’t send my Dog to get a wagon there... First off they keep calling me to come in and see the car we have the car ready for you right now...When I get there they couldn’t find the keys to the vehicle remind you I drove an 1 1/2 hour to just to see the car waited over 30 minutes just to see an sales rep that acted liked he did not know what he was doing..Over all their professionalism needs much improvement so I would say my over all experience was Horrible

Overall the experience was a success considering I started my journey with cargurus on Friday night with a simple search and driving home Monday afternoon with a new suv. Great experience, thanks so much.
I purchased a vehicle online and paid to have it shipped to me. I was a little nervous with this process as it requires trust with a dealership. I was assured by the sales person working with me that if there were concerns with the vehicles performance that there was a 30 day guarantee. The car arrived and by the next day my son had trouble with it starting. This happened 3 times but it would then start. As of this Friday it will not start at all and had to be towed to a mechanic. I have reached out since Saturday morning at least 3 times with no return call from the GM. She told the manager that there were no guarantees but has never called me back to discuss. 3 days later I received a txt from the salesperson just asking how I was doing. He assured me the service manager would call me. No one has called me back still. There has been no urgency to resolve this and no communication. I am sitting with a car that I’ve had less than 30 days that doesn’t run.

The list price doesn't include taxes, title and a 499 fee for upholstery. The list price didn't include more than 1900 dollars that they added on. The ad didn't advertise the vehicle had been in an accident. I feel the price should include everything and that was false advertisement. I didn't want the 499 for upholstery. They wouldn't take it off.

They contacted me via text and then by email which is what I wanted. I responded back asking for more info on the car. They never responded. I emailed again and still no response. Poor communication.
Their initial customer service was good, but when it came down to making a deal, they got a bit testy! I tried to negotiate that unwanted paint and upholstery upcharge off of the price and they would not budge! If they actually used that money to correct the exterior scrathes and cigarette smell that was found in 9 of 10 cars that we looked at, then I may understand the upcharge! But, that wasn't the case! They just wanted to make some extra money on the deal! Will not recommend them to anyone that I consider a friend!

vehicle. Went to the dealership, salesperson named Natalia was very arrogant and rude. Did not

We made an appointment in advance to see a car. When we arrived, after a 1.5 hour drive, the car was not there as they had sent it to the dealer for recall updates. The salesman was prepared to drive to the house, so we tried negotiating a price. Their sales tactics were juvenile and insulting. Horrible experience.
The place was not like a typical car dealership I have ever visited. They sales person did not know a lot about the car and she did not even go on the test drive with me. They also seemed really busy and my sale was not important to them. The price was also a set price with no negotiation whatsoever. All the cars also had a $500 sealant placed on the outside and the inside whether you wanted it or not. It did not look like they put anything special on the car. Overall would not go back there to buy a car again.

The unfortunate thing with this dealership is a lowball you for the price and then at the end they put in an extra $500 for what amounts no more then a scotch guarding this seats. They will sit there and tell you how honest they are and how they really want to please you. They are the worst type of the old time car dealerships that will do a $2 job and charge you $500 and won't tell you about it until the end. Avoid at all cost as they are dishonest.

Customer services suck. They told me they can ship my car to Dallas next day but they didn’t do it. I have to drive back and forth to Houston from Dallas. So much inconvenient. Please don’t promised to customers for something if you can’t do.
They were quick about talking and they kept connected until the day of our appointment. Only thing that threw me off was that they sold the car right before I got there but I ended up leaving with a newer model with less miles so I guess it was a win-win. Also my salesman, Michael, was just an all-around great guy and his service made me forget all about the other car

Amazing Adam is the best salesman I’ve ever encountered out of all the dealerships I visited throughout my car buying process. He authentically listened to me and got to know me. Not fake at all. Plus he let me drive the car I came to look at by myself for longer than the typical driving time at other dealerships. I would buy from him again.
I'll just skip the chase -- the part that left a reeally bad taste in my mouth after my onsite visit was when their Finance Director -Chris Norris- got involved. Talk about pushy and sleazy -- tried to use heavy-
handed, deceitful, used car salesman techniques involving max pressure to buy on the first visit. Used lines like "I don't want to disturb my banker connections at home if I don't have a commitment from you."
and "So you spent ALL this time in here without having the intention of buying?? -- so even if I were to get you a zero interest rate -- you wouldn't you buy, would you??" Total sleazeball. He thinks he's slick

Hilarious to say the least. I contacted the dealer
requesting vehicle photos (unavailable on
cargurus). The response was very generic
notifying me that they have over 400 vehicles in
stock, apply for loan via link. To which I
responded I am only interested in specified
vehicle and will be paying cash. Again, the
response was "we have over 400 vehicles to
choose from, apply for loan". This was repeated
four times. My assumption is they either don't
have said vehicle or playing some other games. I
ended up walking away to a Lexus dealer and
buying a newer LX570 there there.

The dealership contacted me right away with the typical canned message, but then I had to re-
establish contact because they had not answered my questions. I then spoke to the internet
salesman and he was initially very helpful. Upon leaning that the car I wanted had structural
damage not disclosed in their ad, I advised them I was no longer interested and would not buy
a car with structural damage. Both the initial contact and the salesman continued to contact
me AFTER I had told them it wasn't going to happen. I believe there is a good amount of lack
of communication within their office because they both still wanted to know if I wanted to
proceed with the deal.

After emailing Auto Boutique last week to request confirmation that a specific Ram truck was still available and to see the Carfax since there was indication it had received some sort of damage, I received an email back from a Jacquelyn Garrett saying she would check the availability, but included the following paragraph, which I've copied and pasted here; "Perhaps when you are here, the specific car that you are wanting may change due to the fact that we carry over 400 vehicles in stock." This made zero sense to me and did not pertain to my email. Observing that this dealership could not confirm a vehicle's availability and send a Carfax report in a first response and then the odd paragraph above, showed disorganization, a lack of motivation and care for a potential client's time. I felt that this dealership was not professional. Thus, I decided right then not to do business with them.

Worse experience ever! i will never go there again
nor will I refer anybody to this dealership I called
and spoke with someone over the phone about this
vehicle. I told them that i was driving an hour to get
to them and can you a sure me that this car would
be there? she told me yes. I got there the first thing
they do is get a copy of your license and insurance
before you even talk to someone. After they got my
personal information, the sales rep that said she
would see me when i get there was not the person
they assigned me too. So when I sat down with him
he told me the car was sold! He had no
compassion or regards for me driving an hour for a
car that never exited I ask to speak to the manager
and he came up with all kinds reason about there is
no guarantee on a car that's for sale. I expressed
how I felt about the situation and left there very
unhappy.
Before I spoke to any sales associate I Had to put my name down on a list with a front desk associate then waited for at least an hour plus waiting to see a sales person. Then when I spoke to a sales person I was told the suv I wanted to see had Just been sold. Then I asked about 3 other vehicles and why the price was so competitive on them and discovered that it was because most of them had been wrecked at one time or another some of them multiple times according to the car fax on them. Then I was told 60% of the vehicles there had been wrecked, But they did have a buffet table with cold hot dogs chili, chips, and lemonade for you. They had a big selection of high end trucks, suvs, and sports cars but buyer beware most have been wrecked. Check car fax on them before your purchase. Giving them 2 stars only because they were honest with me.

We have such situations happen very often. We entourage our customers to come see our cars sooner and don't put the shopping until the last minute. Also, we are a Car-fax advantage dealer, proving a Car-fax report for every car prior to have them test drive the vehicles. That is one of the ways that we make sure to be transparent with out customers.

The dealer was quick to reply but nobody had a clue as to the actual location of the specific vehicle and was told 2 or 3 different conflicting stories. And then suddenly the end result was that they did not have any vehicle like that in stock but had several others higher priced that I might be interested in. Disappointing.
This was a second vehicle on the lot the one I was interested in I was going to purchased and I found out that it had been sold however it remains on their website as available and on CarGurus as available to this day that was over two weeks ago I told them to remove it because I keep contacting them wondering if maybe it's the deal fell through possibly but they told me they can't control removing it from their website or CarGurus terrible customer service

Live in louisiana and i am extremely displeased with the service, I was interested & literally obsessed with a
good deal on a camaro and willing to get it by any means possible! but after submitting a financing app, the
lack of communication was astonishing. I would call them at least twice a day over a week, i left multiple
VMs, sent them emails whatever i had to do to get the ball rolling! BUT NO ANSWER.. Only to receive
emails from them saying THEY HAVENT HEARD FROM ME SMMFH! soooo insulting. When i finally got a
call from them i was at work but call them back within 15 mins, NO ANSWER. Days later i got an email from
them sayings the same ish, "we havent heard from you"..So after finding another deal on a camaro near me,
i decided to call 1 more time, low and behold someone answered, i told her the issues i was having thinking
things would change, NOPE! she transfered me to the same guy who never returned my calls or VMs, and u
guessed it. He didn't answer the damn phone.
Horrible dealership. You are treated like a number and passed around. Salesman told us the vehicle had never been wrecked and handed us a carfax to prove it. I guess he didn't think we would read it. The Carfax report showed multiple areas of the vehicle damaged. He also could not answer simple questions about the vehicle. Avoid this place like the plague!

Best prices and great service
We ended up purchasing this vehicle. BUT we must address some things - The Sales people - two males and their supervisor - were no help at all - we have a list of text messages, emails. phone messages were just awful. No one seemed to know what the other one was doing - this car was delivered here in Florida filthy inside and outside AND had no paperwork at all - we had to lock it in the garage until we called Janet in Title/Registration who had never heard of us!!!! She straightened everything out and we now own this car. Also - we bought this car as it still had a factory warranty - thank goodness since the car wouldn't charge - it had to be flat bedded to the Mercedes Dealer in Jacksonville - the charging cord had to be replaced. So we have only actually enjoyed this car for 2 days.
We thank Car Gurus - we have been searching for a Smart Car for two electric for awhile and had researched - so we knew what we were looking for. The car fax was a huge incentive in our search.

Pretty disorganized. The car I came in for was my on the lot which I was okay with because stuff happens. The agent that was helping me was very sweet, but when he helped me pick out five additional cars, 4 of them were not on the lot. I ended up test driving two cars and leaving disappointed. Many of the cars had structural damage when the carfax was shown in the office. It made it very easy to eliminate a lot of possibilities, but I’d rather have more options.

I had a very pleasant experience. The people with Auto Boutique were very nice. They made you feel welcome when you entered their store. My sales representative (Theresa Balk) was very nice and accommodating. If I had a question that she did not know the answer for certain, she would immediately contact the sales manager for clarity. When I expressed concerns with the wear of the tires, Auto Boutique was willing to replace the tires on the vehicle with new ones if I was willing to split the cost with them 50/50. The vehicles on the lot were very clean. I would definitely recommend Auto Boutique to my friends.

intended to, but we did purchase a 2016 Lexus ES 350 FWD. We are very happy.
Not a customer friendly conversation. In the end he seemed to be unprepared and concluded by saying the vehicle was just sold. I respected his response but I had my doubts. Vehicle is still for sale on website. Good customer service equals closing a good sale. More training is needed to save your business.

Overall, it was a good experience. We bought the car in the ad. Staff was friendly and professional although a bit understaffed. It was a busy place when we got there the first time and there was no available sales people to help. We came back during the week and finally got to test drive the car. We decided to buy it and the rest is history.

They called me to set up the appointment to fix it the very next day. I really like this company, they stayed late to help me and make sure this was what I wanted. Avoid, avoid, avoid or buy at your own risk. Poor customer interaction and service, even worse response time. I wanted to communicate via e-mail to avoid any initial sale pressure so this sales person, Mo, blamed me for his inability to respond to my initial inquiry. So i tried again with another sales person, and she responded in a timely and polite manner inviting to come over to test drive the car except that the car was already sold. When I asked her to confirm the availability of the car, she never responded. So avoid this place; seems they lack truthfulness and customer care.

It looked shady as hell. Couldn’t tell if they were moving in or moving out. Wife used their bathroom and it was nasty. NO toilet paper, NO paper towels. I will NOT be recommending this dealership to any of my friends. Also if the salesman is going to tell someone about a vehicle, then they should KNOW about the vehicle.

Worked with a gentleman named Yan. He did all he could to ensure that the experience was pain free. I had a circumstance the prevented us from closing the deal. I had no problem communicating with him. He returned calls in a timely manner and he made me feel as if he tried everything possible to get the deal done.
