Zach was very helpful. He answered all my questions and sent me all the information I requested. All in all a good experience even though we weren’t able to finalize the deal.
This was the best experience ever! The Dealer reached out, was proactive in providing
information before I asked for it. The communication was incredible! I was provided a video of
the car with closeups of blemishes, a detailed inspection report, and NO PRESSURE. This
was truly the best experience I've ever had. Typically dealerships like to hide information and
this was not the case with Auto Assets. Every person I encountered was friendly, and
professional. I wasted no time in booking my flight to Ohio, where I was picked up by a
member of their phenomenal team John, and driven to the dealership where I signed my
paperwork with Eddie in just a few minutes, and took ownership of my incredible car. The
evening I arrived home I received a phone call from Eddie to make sure I made it safely.
Incredible service, my car is incredible, and I've never been happier. Easiest car purchase I've
ever made. Thank you Auto Assets for your incredible customer service.

The dealer was excellent to work with. So he has done everything that he promised. The Porsche was taken to a nearby Porsche dealership for inspection. The car will be shipped in a few days after payment is settled.

Once again we received a "sales review" from someone who did not get a car from us at the price that they were willing to pay. Please review our pricing as judged by CarGurus. 80% of our inventory is priced at a fari deal or better. Since we specialize in cars that sometimes have special options and Cargurus is unable to account for those options, we try to be fair in pricing our inventory. This should be called a "shopper review" not a sales review. Review the people that DID purchase from us when making a decision whether to contact us about our inventory.
Love the vehicle & looks of dealership, etc., but got an answer I adamantly disagree with
that I've heard for 40yrs of buying Porsches. That CARGURUS (in this case, or whatever
source of the lead over the decades), doesn't begin to know the value of THIS Porsche, so
don't ask us to reduce the asking price to that which CG (again, my source & referral as a
buying client/prospect) may deem a GREAT DEAL, or even a GOOD DEAL, from a FAIR
deal as was rated. To be fair, I asked for a lot, but they weren't hearing any of it, unhappy
with my reference to the car's value. In my book, it's worth what someone is willing to pay.

This was a great experience, I was a state away so I needed everything I
could to be confident to make the trip to buy the car. Nathan sent videos of
any imperfections and overall condition of vehicle and even videos of the car
on cold start and driving. I am very happy with my purchase and would
recommend these guys to anyone if they want a fast easy transaction. They
even got my interest rate a full point lower than what I was paying on my
trade in. A+++++

This dealer was extremely helpful and responsive to my inquiries. They bent over backwards to provide me with details and videos to support my requests for information.
Recently I purchased a Chevy Silverado from Auto Assets and the process was great. I was traveling for a distance so they were prompt at returning my email inquiry. The owner, Chip, called me the next morning after I sent an inquiry. Later that day a salesman, Nathan, followed up and we started the process. I went over one evening for a test drive and found Nathan to be pleasant and not pushy. After the test drive I needed a night to think and get things in order. The next day we negotiated a price and they helped me by being reasonable and understanding of our family situation. The whole process was a breeze and all paperwork was ready and super quick to get the car out the door. They even picked me up at the dealership that I was turning my lease into that day. Customer service at its best. I would recommend them for your car buying experience.

Nate, nice sales guy. Owner more concerned about non refundable deposits, non customer friendly interface, etc. lost trust after phone call #2, wouldn’t merely hold the car for two days, nor allow me to bind the deal for 48 hours with non-refundable talk of 100.00 a day to do so. What kind of Bull is that. Zero trust and will never shop there again! They need a crash course on ‘customer service’, risk sharing and taking, couples wit strategic relationship management and tactics. Wouldn’t deal with them again ever!

Holding a vehicle you are interested in purchasing with a non refundable deposit is standard business practice in the car business. I inquired about a vehicle and they responded quickly and completely. I did not purchase the car and there was no pressure from them to do so. If they had a car I really wanted, I don't think I would hesitate to buy from them.

Curtiouse and quick to response, that where things stopped.
Vehicle advertised and price based on a higher trim. Clamed that
my trade in had an "Unresolved recall" issue and therefore did
wrant a higher trade in (sales associate words "this would be a
liability and the car would need to head to auction"). I had all work
completed by the dealership and recall work was completed and
certified (records and confirmation available from brand dealership).
I was than told that since i already have funding they would lose $$
(about $300.00) from the deal. I wish things turned positive, we
were about $3k away and could have solveged the purchase, but
caution when dealing with these folks, and believe NOTHING sales
staff says. Clear and work with Chip, he's the boss and the only
one with authority.

A $3k discount is a lot of money folks - especially on a car that we just listed. Reasonable offers are considered. Lowball offers on exceptional cars will be rejected. This customer would not listen to reason, only heard what he wanted to hear, and wanted to purchase our car at a wholesale number and wanted us to pay retail for his trade. Unrealistic expectations by an unrealistic shopper.
Prompt contact has been made and
additional technical and pictures provided.
Ball is now in my court.

Nathan was my salesman and he applied no pressure to make an immediate decision. was knowledgeable about all the cars I looked at and test drove. He gave me a tour of the facility and I felt comfortable about purchasing and am comfortable about taking my car to get it serviced. I know that what needs to be done will get done. My wife and I actually enjoyed the purchasing experience. Also, I love the car!
