Everything was great until they had my money, very attentive and helpful until I paid. Not to mention they install a required $1999.00 gps device so the price you see is definitely not what you pay. After that it was challenging to get someone to answer my calls, I waited 3 weeks to receive the car as they kept telling me it was being “serviced”. Then after being shipped the car sat in a Walmart parking lot for 3 days on an open trailer. Finally received the car, a check engine light came on after 50 miles for something the dealer “replaced” before it was shipped. Now Aaron and Brad won’t return my calls about any type of solution. Wouldn’t recommend Car Place Dallas. Frustrating and disappointing when you hope to have a new vehicle you can trust.

The dealer responded quickly to my inquiry. In text and email was very interested in my needs for purchasing a vehicle. Terrible communication. Multiple employees reached out and all said they would send interior pictures of the vehicle I requested but none did. Vehicle then sold without them notifying me and the next I heard 2 days later they were trying to get me to come look at a different vehicle altogether with completely different options I wasn't looking for. Felt like a bait and switch honestly and I will never do business with them.

These guys are pretty good although the vehicle I got was not a good fit. I bought the car, drove it around a few days and started having some major mechanical issues. I asked if they would take the car back and refund me because I was about to be leaving for a extended trip and didn’t want to have to park the truck for a long time. After some back and forth they agreed to restock the vehicle and refund me the purchase price less standard reimbursement for mileage I’d driven. It was a bit of a headache. While I wouldn’t buy from them again because of the initial experience, I do commend them for being ethical and working to make a bad situation right.

not a good experience with the Delta auto. was going to buy a van as well but they didn't want to accept the banks letter for the title for payment. did not seem to have any knowledge of how banks work
