When I called the dealer to test drive a
vehicle, the sales rep said the owner had the
vehicle so it wasnât available for a test drive.
So I callled a week later. The salesman again
said the vehicle wasnât available for a test
drive because the owner had it.
Iâm not sure what the owner was doing with
it. I probed as to why it wasnât available. (Is
it being detailed? Is it having maintenance
work done?) No explanation was given.

Car and dealership was a mess! Dirty inside and out, lights on on the dash that were not disclosed before I drove 5 1/2 hours to see the car, electronics not working as well. When I turned the car off it would not restart. I paid a $500 deposit in advance and the owner Matt would not return my money even though his product did not work. Don’t walk away from this dealership, RUN!

Just make sure you double check and verify everything and ask lots of questions. Vehicle was listed with no accident history but had damage reported on CarFax.

Felt like it was a scam. I checked to make sure vehicle was there and when I got there I was told some one just put money to hold it. I asked to see it and it was no where to be found. I was then asked if I wanted to see another Jeep much higher in price

Went in to check out the Porsche, and boy let me tell you..first off, I get in and the radio burns out, the suspension is completely shot, and the fuel was on E. The salesman also knew little to nothing about the car and acted like the issues weren't that big of a deal when I mentioned they'd have to be fixed soon.

The cars accident repairs weren't met as stated they ground door hinges instead of replacing them, leaving the drivers side rear door not properly closing. One of my local repair shops suggested that the car might have actually be totaled and should have had a salvage title. The interior detail wasn't finished, the climate control system needs serviced, and a bunch of small dents that were never photographed. I bought offline and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. After I pay gor body/structural repairs, dent removal, missing body clips and a detail I will have paid an additional $2200!

we detail every car but because our price is low we have a lot of customer that do test drive and hard to keep them clean.

We purchased the truck. We were under the impression that he would be able to deliver it, but that did not happen and we had to go down to Austin to get it. The truck was filthy and full of trash but exactly what we were looking for

yes we post the truck for transportation but we couldn't found transportation to pick it up and bring it to you so you came pick it up (never charger for trasportation) we detail car when we get it but if we get few test drive it will be dirty ! sorry about that.

Not good. This was my original post. Then cargurus said they needed more information. So let us see just how unprofessional this junk store operates.
Looking onto trading my vehicle for one they have. Seemed a little overpriced, but looked to be a good car. E-mailed my info to them and waited. {they are 3 hours to the south of my location}. So to my surprise Zack-daddy sent me a notification that my vin# was not compliant. After looking at the # that was sent{17 characters}, I asked them to retry. They did and replied by asking me how much I wanted for my car. Now having worked at several dealerships, I know this to be a ploy to make your car look like crap so that they do not give you anymore than they can afford. Buy low sell high. I then responded by saying that I am looking for the best offer from them as far as trading their car from mine. No answer has ever been returned; and supposedly the car is still for sale.

The car was bad condition. I had a mechanic look at it, and they found $2000 worth of repairs, including a rusted out frame.

BMW M3 was in pretty good condition. The photos are strategically taken to hide some minor damages (cosmetic) but would have been nice to see that before getting to the dealer. Staff was quick to help and friendly. Still shopping but overall good experience.

The salesman was polite and professional. I purchased the truck and a service light came on. I contacted the dealership, the fixed the problem contacted me back and mounted my license plate. I will definelty be using these guys again. The were fast, friendly and very customer oriented.

Had a great experience here with Matt. Greeted my son and I immediately and said go test drive the car we were interested in. We drove around for awhile and liked it. It was very clean. We picked it up after we received the loan, bit driving home my son said check engine light came on. Matt said “bring it back right now so I can look at it”. We left with him and he found out it was O2 sensor. No problem-he fixed it for us even though car was as is and after couple days we brought it home! He went above and beyond to help us! Matt’s a great guy and sticks to his word.

This car was extremely dirty inside, the metal behind the seats were rusted....I think this car was in a flood. There was also mold inside this car ....gross!!! This car also had hail damage on the side in which the dealer said they tried fix some of it and the car fax didn't even mention any of it. The only good thing on this car was the low milage but even with that this car is definitely not worth $22,000......crazy!!!

All the car Detail before post it online, might get dirty lil bit because few test drive happen before you guys look at it, can definity go for second detail. car clean title clean carfax austin car warranty all my car clean title no flood nothing .hail damage been fix some of the modeling and plastic parts still have dings but all the hail on body professionally fix.if hail or any accident dont resort to insurance company there is no way carfax should of know it.Cheapest Traverse in Austin Area by far.

Sebastian lied to me about the 2011 black bmw 535i he lied to me and said the car has no issues and after I paid $159 for inspection I found out a lot of major issues with the car like it was painted before and it has oil leaking and other of a lot issues as well so what he said about it is he's not dropping the price he's going try to fix some of the issues and will call me next day after either way to let me know what happened!
So I'm giving you 1 star because you not a man of your word it's been 3 days and you didn't call me and the car still listed for sale so you could of just tell me the car issues from the beginning instead of wasting my time and my money you could of just say that you wanna sale the car with the major issues as it is!

They contacted me following my inquiry. The gentleman was unenthusiastic
and as soon as I spoke to him I knew this was not going to be where I

We ended up buying the 2008 Mazda6 as the first car for our teenage son.
Overall the buying experience with Austin Direct Sales in Austin was great.
Matt and his staff were accommodating, honest and fair as we closed the
deal.
We're still fighting the TMPS indicator going off despite good pressure in
the tires and several attempts to reset the sensors, so if there is any
constructive feedback that I'd offer is to follow up on the details like this
one.
But, overall, great buying experience and I will definitely consider Austin
Direct Auto Sales for my future used-car buys.

Worst experience i have ever had. They are rude and cars were dirty. I came to look at the BMW 750i black as advertised and it was blue.

we have high pressure guy wash all our cars every week if rain comes or he miss week im not able to wash 130 cars im sorry you fell that way.

Took the truck to my mechanic who found all types of evap codes. They had been clearing them with their hand scanner to sell the car for more money. My mechanic found 3k of things that needed to be fixed immediately when I showed the dealer they said their prices were non-negotiable. Super shady sales man.

by texas law car must have valid state inspection which with engine light or engine light clear wont able to pass the inspection.
we dont negotiate on the cars if the car is 10 years old cant be perfect some of the stuff is normally defect on the car that old.

I may have torn my shorts hopping in my new truck, but Seth had my back and gave me a awesome sweatshirt with 360 Exotics on it. Had an amazing experience and the response from the dealers was quick and friendly.

I received an immediate response when inquiring about a car on their lot. Salesman answered all my questions and was an informed individual. Ending up purchasing a different vehicle locally but would recommend this dealer as he is about customer service..

The experience that I had with Doug was amazing! I bought a Chevy Sonic for my daughter. He answer my questions right away. No BS from this man at all! Very honest and up front! No matter what the car/truck/suv you will be getting, you will get a great car from him! I drove an hour and a half to see him and it was worth it!

They responded quickly. However, they did not answer all of the questions I asked in my initial message. I did not go to the dealership. I only sent 1 message and they replied with the message. I ended up purchasing from another dealer.

Dealer never responded to me. I called to make sure when i got there it was their since i was driving from out of town. Drove the car and let me tell you by far the worst car i ever drove! The battery was dead, the steering column was out and the transmission was a huge hazard! The salesman didn't even ask me if i needed help. Horrible everything!

These people deserve NO stars. Went
to look at a Chevy impala they had
posted for $4500. The pictures of the
car looked really nice. When we got
there the price was $1000 more. The
car was dirty and had scratches.
Cigarette holes in the car. Headlights
were cracked. They had all these cars
jammed into the lot. They looked
broke down. When I went back on
Carguru. They listed the price to
$5000. The car has been there over a
year. They clean the cars really good
for pictures then let them sit there and
gather dirt and leaves. Go to a well
known dealership if you want a good
car. Go to mac haik used cars or
autonation Chevrolet

we have over 100 cars cant change price on the windows + if car wont sell then we have to change the price again.
some cars park under threes get dusty you could ask for carwash
10 years old car have normal scratch here and there... most dealers wash cars and make it shine so people buy them not looking under the hood ...
more than happy to hear you get into GOOD used car from mac hail or autonation.

They acted as though they didn't want to give me answers or help me. It made me feel as though they did not care if they sold me the car or not. Came across as not professional people.

The two Dodge Grand Caravan Vans we looked at were not in the condition as shown in the advertised photographs. The salesman was courteous but did not have any enthusiasm about the cars and their conditions and how we liked the vehicles after we had driven them. The interior of the two vans we drove were not cleaned up.
