They were too set on the price and didn't want to negotiate unless I financed with them. Come on, it's not even an Audi vehicle. I thought they
would have negotiated at a good rate since it's an Audi Dealership. But luckily, I found another dealership who I was very impressed with.
Best of all, is I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted.
The experience was okay I suppose. I found the overly aggressive sales manager
to be overbearing and amusing as he attempted mental gymnastics with me, a
seasoned buyer. He also tried to muscle me on the APR which was a futile
attempt and rather foolish considering I had a lower one. He was wrong on the
car be more loaded compared to another. I can't blame a guy for trying. Lot of
tactics but not much substance... It was tolerable but not very trustworthyâ
something they need to work on.

Dealer agreed to a price then didn't return phone calls regarding pickup for several days,
then finally demanded $3000 more.
Salesperson Emmanuel was not helpful at all I asked him
if the vehicle is available so I can come and test drive and
if the price is negotiable a little he straight up told me NO
don't waste your time I am sure if he would've invited me
for a test drive and I liked the vehilce I would've paid what
they were asking for. And after that he keeps sending
these annoying system automated emails and
solicitation

Contacted me promptly saying car was sold. Later contacted me saying car on the market.
Locals will probably have a good experience, but be warned they’re not setup for out-of-state transactions. It took a few days to work through the nuances of my complex transaction, which is understandable. The problem was I had to talk to someone different each day. I understand everybody can’t work every day, but there should be a process for transferring knowledge to others if you’re not going to be there the next day to follow through. Once we finalized everything, the worst part was that the finance team actually revoked the original deal offered to me, and charged me another $900 or so just because I had talked to so many people and that my transaction had been more complicated than anticipated. I patiently provided all of the details they requested, re-explained things every day, yet I was penalized for their poor communication and inability to more efficiently finalize the deal. It was so unethical, insulting and frustrating that it nearly caused me to walk away. Beware.

Dealer was very communicative by text and phone from the outset, and arranged a meeting at the dealer on opening the next morning. They had the car I wanted, we test drove it and features were explained. Gave me an acceptable price on my trade, and paperwork and financing were were relatively painless. Would go back.
My experience with my sales person was five stars. Unfortunately, it quickly went south as soon as the sales manager named Anthony injected himself into the picture. As soon as he concluded a deal couldn't be reached, he undermined my status by flexing his authority in elevating his voice "then we don't have a deal" gets up, turns his back on me and walks away. Typical bully the customer into the close. My final impression, poor guy - he needs help. As for my salesperson, professional and courteous. Thank you.
Diana and Joseph were the best dealers I talked to during my process of finding a nice used car!! They really convinced me with the numbers that this purchase would be my best deal on the car I was looking for!! I felt like they were honest with me and they agreed to help me make the deal happen on my terms and budget!! Diana was great in closing the deal!!!

Dash board was cracked and vibrating loudly while on test drive, some spots repaired terribly, paint peeling down to primer on driver side rear quarter panel, black after market grill not painted evenly, hood full of pits and chips touched up, rear brake light wing paint chipping and cracking looks like painted with white out, rear quarter window panels are black originally again they look as they were painted with white out black is showing through driver side panel. Rear driver side tire uneven wear and sidewall has damage. All chrome trim was painted black and is now peeling. After market headlights are subpar from original equipment as is the stereo. Interior not in bad shape aside from dash and center counsel. But it looks good from far and has crossed drilled brake rotors a plus. Sales man Harout Kolandjan was very helpful, polite, attentive, and courteous great customer service unfortunately this unit was rougher condition than expected.

The start of our encounter started off fine. We agreed on $16,000 asking price was 16,999.00 When the paper work came this dealership automatically added 2 fees of $899 ea for Gap ins and key fob replacement. Reviewing the paperwork at home I realize the price of the car was $21,800. Sure it included tax and license but $21,800!!! When we questioned it the sales guy said he told us he wanted to give us a better rate and lower payments by increasing the cost of the car?. Now we were upset, they literally did the Old bate and switch. They thought we would not notice, but how could we not!!
They corrected that miscommunication regarding the cost. They would NOT REMOVE $899.00 key fob replacement. They removed gap ins only. The manager said it’s been past 48 hours they can’t do anything.
This Audi Dealer in West Covina Ca are shady shysters that will rip you off If you’re not careful!! We were going to look at Q5 suv in early 2021 but Not with this dealership!!

Exceptionally quick first reply. David Medal- sales is great/ responsive and Anderson Lai/ finance. Dealership/ sales management (Ti & Pat) did not provide the Audi experience I anticipated- more used car lot in suits than welcoming professionals glad for my business.

More than the expectations
They were great. we didn't get the car we initially wanted, but went in person to see what
was available, and purchased another care. Jimmy Zhous was great, low pressure, and
informed. Te, the finance manager was also awesome. This was one of the most
pleasant, no pressure even while negotiating, purchase we've made for a car. We are
very happy with our 2019 Audi!! Thanks Audi West Covina, and Jimmy and Te!!

Started with process with carguru and was connected
with Xiomy and she was on top of her game with details
and finally landed to a deal in less than hour. As I am 400
miles away from the dealership, I wanted to hold the car
and I was told to talk to Davit (The most unprofessional
Sales Manager). He stated I can't put a deposit down to
hold the car to come get it next day, so I had no option to
just take the risk till next day. I booked a ticket for next
day afternoon, and I the morning I found out the car was
sold. Loss money in ticket. Two days got a email and call
for the Xiomy again that we have the car back on sale. I
decided to give them an opportunity to fix the deal again,
told them I will come next day in the morning. Working
out the final numbers Xiomy again, she said Manager
refused to keep his words on the previous numbers and
now he wanted me to a higher amount
