All contact was yahoo mail . They were very nice to work with they will make every effort to satisfy customer I would recommend the dealer , because bottom line out door is what counts not fees and taxes .and they made it right

Relatively good experience for a car dealership, beautiful venue with great selection. Jimmy Debonne was very responsive, transparent and didn’t inflict excessive pressure.

I was searching for a particular vehicle to replace my great Audi A7 and the
sales team was very helpful, especially DeAndre Sharp. Although I ended up
going in a different direction, Audi Wesley Old Chapel offered great pricing
and was very responsive throughout the process. Five stars for these guys!

Audi Wesley Chapel tried to get me a deal however they do not accept
people with low credit scores for less than a 30% down payment so be aware
of that. The staff was friendly, but we did not make a deal.

Jimmy was extremely professional and prompt. I told him what I was looking for and the price point of my budget. He was very helpful and even followed up on me to see how I was doing as I was searching for the right car elsewhere to meet my buying criteria. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing customer service probably one of the best car buying experience is I ever had
I have my own financing, with check in hand. i made them a full
price offer if they would use my trade to cover tax ,tag ect. they flat
out refused to make any attempt to work with me, and made no
counter offer. also I drove 90 miles to get there, and found body
damage on the truck they didnt disclose.
