Tried to confirm purchase of the vehicle prior to arriving to the dealership or at least get the OTD numbers and financing rates available through the dealership, assured I would be coming down that day to purchase and they sold the car out from underneath me and then bragged to me about selling the car to someone else.

I chose to walk away from this dealership after they added over $1,700 in dealer installed extras. When I asked for them to be removed they pulled the age-old
car sales tactic of telling me "I don't think my manager will approve removing all of them." The document fee of $589 was advertised up front but too high.
Bottom line was that I just couldn't trust them.

The salesman fro Audi of tTucson called. We made an appointment for me to test drive the car. I went there and the car was out front. I got in the car and hit my head getting in the car, and my head was against the ceiling inside. I am 6’, not abnormally tall, and chose not to drive the car because it was too small. The interior was cheap plastic. I was not at all interested in the Kia Rio after seeing it up close. My 2016 Scion iA has much more headroom!

Not good customer service, was told there where going to have 3 trucks ready and they only had 1. The truck was dirty had mud on door panels, it wasn't presentable. The other trucks that where supposed to be there weren't. 1 was sold and the other was locked up. I give this company poor ratings. This won't let me continue so 1 star rating i have to out down which they don't deserve

I wanted to give 5 stars, but ultimately I was told the car needs an engine. Seems like something that should have been addressed before it was placed for sale. :/ They were responsive and did not sell me a bad car, for which o am grateful. If the sale had gone thru, 5 stars all the way. I’m bummed it should not have been listed if it wasn’t tell sellable. I’m out two weeks of car shopping and I’m down a car.

The sales people were very nice, helpful and informative but we were very underwhelmed with the look of the used cars shown to us. Just not “show ready”. Not clean inside, crumbs in the shifter area, the “wax” job on the outside was terrible (the car was a mess- I would never show it looking like that) And pet hair still all over the car. I would’ve been embarrassed. Just not how I’d want to buy a car. Looked like no one had even washed it yet....but the overpowering air freshener I guess was evidence it had been “detailed”

they did a great job. This deal was difficult because Iam an out of state buyer and I bought the car sight un seen with the dealers recommendation.I would rate the dealer a 5 star.
