Nice people
The sales rep whom I interacted with, Edwin Rodriguez is amazing. You should totally go get a car from him. I was unable to purchase this car because of some business financing issues. The car is in great condition and also price is good (compared to buying a brand new one).

We had a very smooth car buying experience at Audi SS
Our salesperson was very accommodating and very knowledgeable about our choice in vehicles
MJ Alex was very efficient and made our buying experience feel comfortable
Our finance manager Tim Nguyen as very helpful and didn't pressure us when going over warranty optiin packages
The sales manager understood our concerns and quickly offered discounts on our purchase

Terrible experience with this particular dealership, they gave true meaning to unethical used car dealers. I would give them zero stars if I could. Had my heart set on a car, asked for a deposit link to be sent to me which first went to my spam then didn't work. They sold the car out from under me knowing fully well I was 100% committed but just couldn't make it back to the dealership on time. The used car manager Mike something was directly responsible for this and was not apologetic at all. Another Audi dealership that I spoke to later actually told me the staff at Audi Silver Spring were well known for having shady reputations. Not all Audi dealerships are created equally. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one!

Car: looked nice. Missing cigarette lighter insert..known issue with these vehicles. When turning vehicle on, 1 notifications. After test drive 2 and notice that service was due on vehicle.
Dealer: Salesman kept trying to insist that woman was waiting for same vehicle...useless sales tactic. I arrived earlier and no one was there, vehicle was just sitting . Saleman just assumed I would buy the car because "someone else" was interested in it. Thought I wasn't going to look car over and check under hood because of this and started paperwork. Nevestated what the issue "messages" were on vehicle. Claimed they had taken it to the Volvo dealer next door to check it over...them not realizing I was aware it was their sister dealership. I offered $1k less. Manager came out and said they couldn't accept it and car was new on the lot and they could take it to auction. I informed him that I was aware it had been on the lot for 80 days. When lie about basic stuff usually wil lie about major stuff.

Three separate times I was on way there to look at the car, and then they claimed it was not available for various, conflicting reasons - once I was told it hadn’t passed MD inspection, another time “Lexus had not released” this trade in, and three times “it has just been sold” right before my appointment. Really?? Don’t appreciate them wasting my time.

I had a great experience with this dealership. I drove from Philadelphia and the whole process took me only about an
hour from the time I got there until I was on my way home with the car I wanted. everyone was great and stuck to their
word (which is hard to find these days) I would definitely give them my business again.

I communicated with Rich over email. He very responsive. He was very knowledgable about the car and actually knew about the options that I wanted. He was honest and did not push me to buy when the vehicle did not have the option I wanted. Althought I did not purchase. It was a good experience emailing with Rich.

They just responded the other day - 3 weeks after I made first contact. Their loss, as I would have purchased the car in this picture. My new 2013 VOLVO is almost a month old now and was only 29K!
