I have made an appointment prior to my arrival with Audi Of coins to see a 2022 Audi sq5
I informed them that I'm coming from New Jersey. They said no problem. The car will be ready for a test drive. when I got to the dealership, they informed me that the car was just sold, which I have no problem with but no one reached out. No one gave me a call. No one informed me that. Hey unfortunately, the car was sold very very unprofessional the person who I made an appointment with wasn't even at the dealership at the time. It's just an overall bad experience.

I went there with an appointment, the person that I was supposed to see wasn’t there or with a customer, I was given the key and took a test drive by myself, then I was rushed out telling me that they would call me that night after the rush was over, never got a call, the next day they called because I wrote a review and again no phone call back , I understand they’re busy . I was ready to buy the car or at least try to negotiate a bit or get information about the car

this wasn't the exact car i was interested in! that being said , i reached out to a women named stephanie who took my information and told me that a salesmen would be reaching out, this was 930 tuesday morning. After not hearing anything from the salesmen i
emailed her and asked if i could leave a deposit on the car! i didn't hear back from her until 6 o'clock that night with the reassurance that i would hear from a salesmen before 7 olcock closing time! Needless to say i never heard back that evening. The next day i
reached out to her through email to let her know i still didn't get a phone call from the salesmen. After not hearing back for over two hours i called and made an appointment with a random used car salesmen! i finally see the car inperson. the car was inpoor
condition. hit front and rear bumper and two badly damaged fenders! ill never waste my time again with biener audi!!!! Total joke of a dealership

Had several communications back-and-forth with dealership. They were nice but unwilling to negotiate on pricing given the state of the car market value. My suggestion if anybody is looking to purchase a new vehicle or used vehicle to wait as long as possible for the market to correct.

Dealer was super responsive and willing to work with me. There wasn’t the perfect combination of vehicle available at the time since the car I inquired about was sold (due to dragging my feet) but they will contact me when another one becomes available... and I’ll be sure to jump on it since their prices and service are excellent. Not to mention a beautiful facility

Spoke to several people at the dealership before coming to see an Audi Q7 TDI. When they show me the vehicle it has a check engine light on and I’m told the fuel tank needs to be removed. They say it’s such a good price they are selling it “as is”. This was never disclosed prior to my arrival. Who would buy a car with a check engine light on? Total waste of my time. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

The vehicle was in the process of going through the certification process and prior to completing the work is an extensive inspection where we evaluate whether it is worth the investment. Unfortunately, due to some of the items you mentioned, this car did not meet it and we should have clarified this prior to your arrival. Most importantly if you could please give me a call as I would like to do something for you as it was definitely a waste of your time and I would like to make it up to you.

This dealer would not take the time to provide accurate information about a trade-in offer. All other dealers I worked with through this
experience were active in researching a fair value for my trade sight unseen. This dealer just threw out a figure which was $8-10,000 less
than all other dealerships. Seemed to me that the sales person did not want to be bothered.

Sherry, we understand that looking for the right pre-owned car can lead you very far away from home and that your distance from us prevents you from simply driving in to do an accurate appraisal. In these circumstances we typically find the most transparent way to at least get an idea is to use an independent source like Edmunds.com trade-in tool. I was told by my sales consultant that we requested a Vehicle Identification Number as well which we were not provided which again, causes us to use an independent site.

not good sale the base price was 31088 not 31000. i was told the we
advertize in many media sources, price on the pre-owned cars go up
and down depending on the market which is not true i never see a car
price go up.. i did check before i sign because i like the car. I borrow the

Dealer kept adding things to the price. Kept changing the condition.went from pristine to very good to good. Kept saying it was a city car. Finally said forget it. Sell it to all the rest of the people you say want it (by the way it is still there).

Additionally, we have found in our experience that customers from outside of our area have very different expectations on pre-owned vehicles. In the city cars will typically have a small scratch or mark on the bumper that can typically be touched up instead of repainting an entire bumper.
