Sales person was fantastic, finance person was horrible. Pretty apparent that he gets incentives on warranties that I declined that were added to the contract anyway. And further incentivized by warranties at full MSRP.
When I questioned the added line items, the response was ‘oh that’s a full package only ’ while he was able to remove some of the other line items while in his office.

Offered me an ok value on my trade in but when I suggested they over priced their vehicle (based on multiple on line valuation sites) they just ignored me. No reply, no disagreement, nothing.

I was very disappointed. My salesperson was sick on Friday and
could not get another salesperson to do paperwork for him. On
Saturday morning, he was supposed to complete the sale
immediately but did not. Another salesperson had an in-state
customer who wanted to look at it and I was informed that evening
the car was sold. I don't know how you can discriminate against
out-of-state buyers or have a policy you do not inform potential
buyers about. My sale should have been completed Friday but no
later than 10:00 am Saturday morning. They wasted two days of
my time, and I lost out on this vehicle and another I was
considering because they strung me along. We are a military
family with a veteran (me) and two active duty members (wife and
daughter). I have never felt so disrespected.

I test drove a 2020 MDX (89k odo) advertised
on Cargurus for $24,500 as a
"GREAT DEAL".
They would not sell it to me for $24,500 unless
I bought the nitrogen fill up $295 and
caltech resistall $1,134 leather protectant.....
really?
I tried for 2 days to buy it at the advertised
price of $24,500 but they would not do it.
I have email (proof) from them telling me they
would not accept my offer at THEIR
ASKING PRICE.
I was paying CASH with no trade in.
At least two separate managers refused my
offer, with one of them saying 'this
happens all the time'.
Audi of Peabody also suppresses negative
reviews on Google.

I drove for 2 1/2 hrs and arrived for the “bait and switch”. I was on the phone the night before and learned when I arrived the car I went to see was sold a few days earlier.

I try to be honest as best I can, contacted this dealership and it took three days to respond, I made an appointment to purchase a car. I made it very clear I was coming to purchase the car, while on the half hour drive to the dealership Gustavo called me back saying the car was sold! Would not do business with this dealership as I see it you will be wasting your time and probably your money too!

I showed up for my scheduled appointment. Gave my license and title to sales specialist for my trade in after he confirmed which car I was looking at to test drive. Then came back to tell me the car was sold hours before I came. They could have contacted me to let me know so I would not have canceled meetings and drive the 30 minutes to get there. Very frustrating and disappointing. Total waste of my time and risked my exposure with COVID. I was ready to pay cash for this vehicle.

I have owned an Audi for the last 15 years. This was Very disappointing. Called me 3 times in the morning to confirm my appointment time. I arrived 10 minutes early was kept waiting for 30. Kid then tells me the car I was there to see was sold 10 minutes ago. A total waste of time. I just bought a 2018 from another source. I will never return to this dealership! Perhaps okay if your buying a new car?

The manager and salesman were helpful and cordial. They ended up giving me a nice deal on the car
and I like it. When I first walked in to the dealership the receptionist at the desk didn't even look at me,
and the salesman, who eventually did a good job, was not aware of my appointment, so I didn't feel
particularly welcomed. But he rebounded and both he and the manager did a good job and gave me a
good deal on a nice car. All in all, it was a good experience and I would consider buying a car from
them again.

Although we ended up purchasing a different vehicle, the Ira Peabody team was fantastic. They weren't
pushy on sales, were kind, patient, and helped us narrow down which vehicle would have been the right

Fantastic experience from first contact to driving my new car away. Everyone i spoke to was courteous and helpful. The dealership was nice and accommodating. I worked with Mike, who was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I had been to a number of dealerships prior and had a frustrating time for close to 2 months in finding the car i was looking for. They worked with me to get me a good deal were generous on my trade in and made the entire experience pleasent and MA e me feel like they wanted my business. Which is all anyone should really ask for when making as significant a purchase as a car. If you ever see a car you're interested in listed at Audi Peabody i would highly recommend choosing them.

Not a pleasant experience. Took 5 days to tell me they couldn’t get me financing, yes I was upside down in my trade in, but they offered no solution, help, or offered to show me another car where financing could work (and I used to work for IRA).

I emailed them a couple times, and called them once to make an offer. It was a reasonable offer, but they turned it down (no big deal right). The person I spoke with was very nice and polite about it though. So I bought a vehicle elsewhere, they called me back and responded to my emails finally after I bought the other car. I told them I had bought a car, I was no longer interested in theirs. They continued to call and email me for a solid week after I told them I was not interested. I had to block them on my email, and threaten harassment to get them to stop bugging me.

This 2011 CRV was sold the afternoon before I was able to visit the dealership. Great car and price. I was impressed that this dealership made sure I didn't drive 20 miles to keep a scheduled appointment to see a car I couldn't buy. I received two phone calls and an email before my apt to make sure I didn't make an unnecessary trip. I ultimately bought a 2012 CRV from another dealer, but would have been happy to work with this dealer.

I asked for silver only c/ f/ s/ (cars for sale)...dealer came back w/ one GRAY one...not a big deal...simply irritating as the reply to my specific interests (a silver ONLY '15 or '16 Volvo XC60 w/ less than 35k on it and preferable but not necessarily certified) wasted my time, attention and energy on it as a wrong response. I think most dealers have a tendency to throw crap (e. g., not what the prospect asked to see) against the wall in hopes something'll stick.

Ok, first of all the dealership is located in two trailers while the new site is under construction. That means that there is dust and dirt every where. After visiting, my eyes stung and I had to wash my car because is was covered with dust. Plus, the salesman hardly let me drive the car that I wanted to see. Not a good experience.

I called to set an appointment to take a look at a 02' BMW 745il. I spoke
with Sara who handles Internet sales. My only question was regarding the
reliability of the 02' 745il , she answered by responding in a form of a
question:( I did some research on the car & discovered that it was not
reliable at all due to constant cooling system issues. BMW 7 series are
known to run very hot struggling to keep cool in hot weather. That type of
cooling system was designed for very cold weather in Germany . Just the
belly pan alone could cost several thousands of dollars to replace that
seal wich is labor intensive.These people at IRA Audi
surely know this, but refused to answer a hesitant potential buyer. The
other issue I had with them was that same car was advertised with 45,063
miles on it & when I checked the web site the photo of the odometer
clearly stated over 48K. These sales people I delt with ai IRA Audi care
about sales not consumer needs. I won't ever buy there & I will tell
everyone I can. I feel they insulted my intelligence, it's hard to believe low
rate car dealers are still in operation these days. I felt like I was dealing
with lawyers after my money.The '02 BMW 7 series is one of the least
reliable cars out there.And so is IRA Audi :(
