Overall, my sales rep person was very professional. He was not pushing a deal on me. The finance guy, I call him Red as he was very upfront and found me the best rate or should I say the best deal, my purchase process at the dealership was quickest than any vehicle I’ve ever purchased. They made me feel very welcome at this particular dealership. My car was top tier .
The customer service was good, but the vehicle was bad. I was given the car report stating everything was good, but the next day after leaving the dealership the engine light came on. There were several issues that was known about but covered up. I had to return the car under 48hrs. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend unless the car was brand new.

The staff and managers mislead me regarding this car. I drove 60miles to find out the car was sold. Later I got an email that the car was listed at a higher price. The salesman kept me waiting and never came up front to see me. This was a bait and switch routine. I sent a response to one of the assistants never got a call back. This was the worst experience ever. Can't trust anyone.

Jason Hill was my sales associate . He was amazing he made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He was prompt responding back to me and made sure I got the deal sealed on the vehicle. I’m very impressed with even after purchasing the vehicle he still has followed up with me to make sure everything is all good.

Actually bought a 2019 Q5 Premium Plus. Dealer delivered the car to my home at 11 pm. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Audi North Atlanta was awesome! I received a response almost instantly after I inquired through CarGurus website. They were very polite and helpful. My overall experience with Audi North Atlanta was excellent! I would highly recommend Audi North Atlanta for new or used vehicles. Even if your just curious I'd recommend you give then a visit.

Not a great experience. Test drove vehicle which made a mechanical noise. Sales agent informed Manager. Tried to replicate, but couldn't. Started to discuss price and decided that they needed to determine potential cost of repair if there was an issue. Said they would call me Monday (test drive was on a Saturday). Never received a call...got a notice from Cargurus that the vehicle was sold. We purchased vehicle from a different dealership.

I still don’t understand a fee of nearly $500 that
was added to cost, buying from private owners is
better way to go.the dealer was nice people, I
should have recorded them, the dealer service fee
was represented as a mandated fee that was
charged everywhere , in reality the fee for the
most part is a commission to salesman, common
tactic, is it a ripoff could be , as for a written
explanation or record them.

We asked to test drive the car the same day we complelted the inquiry. We were not contacted until the following day and we were then told that the car was sold; of course they were willing to show us other cars. This experience felt a lot like the typical "bait and switch" that car dealers are known for.

They reached out to me with a generic email. I responded wanting more pics and info on vehicle. They wanting my phone #. I wrote I'd rather not give it until I've seen more pics of the suv. They have yet to respond. Not helpful, I believe its because it was a used and not new vehicle. When u r shopping for a vehicle, u don't want to give your info. out to everyone u talk to.

I contacted the dealer. A salesperson called me. I informed the salesperson that I was on the way to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told the vehicle was sold to one of the Nalley dealer. But if I was willing to buy today, they would sell it to me. I wasn't finished shopping around. So, I was told they would hold the vehicle (that was already sold to Nalley) til tomorrow. I called the next morning but was told someone else was on the way to look at the vehicle. Later, that day I was told that person purchased the vehicle.

called me the next day telling me that the car hadn't sold trying to get me to

This is a high dollar dealer and my purchase was probably less than some discounts on their audis, yet Steven May made me feel as if I was buying a 60000 vehicle instead of a 10000 one. They had a great price to start and with USAA car buying program, they cut 750 off the price. I've bought a lot of cars in 53 years so for me to say, "this is the way buying a car should be" means these folks deserve your business. I'm sure glad I did.

We did purchase a vehicle, but the car buying experience has been horrific. We purchased the vehicle on 3/28 and have been back to the dealership once (and have to go again) for uncompleted items, although I was at the dealership for 7 hours purchasing the vehicle. ANA did not even complete an emissions test or give me tags... I had to go get the emissions test for which I will reimbursed.

Sales person Clive Perkins. We negotiated hard and came to a fantastic agreement for us. he knew every detail of the car and its history, he was honest and straight forward. He went so far beyond the call of duty after the agreement was reached, He arranged special handling and special treatement in preparing the car for delivery to my wife. Not often you can say it was a great business decision and great personal experience. I have purchased many new and used cars, this is not my first time so these are strong words from me to articulate how well this deal worked.

Good experience. Nice sales team. Though I think it's funny when a sales person says, "What can I do to get you in this car today?" And you say, "Drop the price by two grand." And then the salesperson just stares at you like he didn't hear you. Hilarious. But overall these guys are pretty good.

They did eventually reach me but weren't very enthusiastic about
dealing w my poor credit and I say this because of the way they tool
their own sweet time to get back to me and two because they put no
effort into even attempting to find what I wanted.They had one and
it wasn't near what I was looking for and then tried to pursuade me
into purchasing this car anyways.so I can't say yay or nay because to
be honest once I found Ivory I knew I was home.
