Excellent, honest dealership. I recommend them highly-- everything is quality and they make you feel like a valued customer. David (sales), Matt (manager), and Jeff (finance) were representatives I dealt with during the buying process. Because I bought a used vehicle David recommended returning to fix a minor back wiper and when I returned for replacement and service he honored his promise and Christian in the service department took great care of the vehicle. Great place to do business!
The Lexington Audi Dealer was responsive. This dealer did not try to push a car on me that I did not want in order to get a
car off of his lot, unlike 2 other dealers did. He recognized that he could not get what I wanted and jumped right to ordering it
from the factory. He also was quick to come to me with his best price unlike 2 dealers, who never did understand me and
the third who had to be pushed. I did not have the opportunity to drive a car with this dealer because they are not local to
where I live and I dd not ultimately purchase from them. Their price was close to the lowest but off by a couple of hundred
dollars.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Finance manager and sales manger were friendly, professional, and helpful. The car i purchased had a low engine oil warning appear an hour after driving off and when i pulled over and checked, oil was off the dip stick. This could easily have been a 5 star experience but the low oil situation and seeing another customer in the show room obviously upset with salesperson left me with a mixed impression.

The car I was interested in was not in the best state for a test drive and initial showing. They were also not willing to reduce their price a small amount to bridge the gap between our positions even though the car has sat on their lot for over 120 days.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Ben Johnson,Matt Cantor, and Mike Jiunta were class acts. Highlander was immaculate. Well worth the drive from Nashville to Lexington. Will do it again if I ever need another automobile. Thanks to Audi of Lexington for a great vehicle and a great buying experience.
