Started communication with online sales, Chris who helped get me the information I needed to determine if I wanted to make the hour drive to look at the Jeep. CJ (Carl Jr) was our salesman. He was very friendly, professional, and worked hard to help us make this deal. He even came in on his day off to finalize it. I had a bad experience recently at a dealership in Lake Charles and now I wish I had used Audi Lafayette and CJ.

Not a good experience at all. Everything was done online & their website is not user friendly. I sent info over several times & each time they said they said they never received it. I finally told them to just forget it.

They are dedicated to making sure that you are satisfied. Great dealership.

Spotted This as a sponsored add on the cars guru app thought it was just an ad until I drove up to find out it was actually on the lot ! A steal at that! Looked at it & Test drove it for the first time Friday morning ended up leaving with it Friday night ! Very helpful people didn’t feel pressed or rushed tanks again proud of my purchase!

This was by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car from a dealership. Mr. Sutton was straight-forward and honest with me the entire time. Being nearly 200 miles from the dealership I was a bit worried that this experience would go south in a hurry (this was my first time buying a car over the phone). But Mr. Sutton did a great job and we worked out a FAIR deal in the end. Upon arrival at the dealership there were no surprises with the car. Everything was exactly as he described and my wife and I left very happy.

Actually I was very disappointed with my experience at Audi Lafayette. My husband and I drove 2 hours to see this vehicle and other. The salesman had contacted me and knew we were coming to look st the Audi Q5. He was friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable about the vehicle. There were several things he didn't know and didn't show us about the car. The worst part of the experience was the head sales manager who was very rude and "snooty" towards us. We were asking them to lower the price because of other similar vehicles that were at New Orleans Audi with lower prices and he said "what's your problem with this vehicle ?" He was rude and made us feel unsure of our purchase. He and the salesman we were dealing with kept talking in his office and then coming back to us with no change really in the price. We haggled and really felt like he took advantage of us driving that far. The finance guy was very nice but he also was controlled by the manager who tried to offer us an interest rate 2 points higher than my credit union. My credit score is great and in the words of the finance guy"the best he has seen in a while" but they kept trying to keep mourn rate high. I had to fight for a lower rate and then the finance manager comes in again and questions why we are doing that and how could we expect lower when he is losing money on this car! As if!!! I was so disappointed in our treatment there. I felt taken advantage us and it took me a week to get over feeling like they got one over on me! 8ill never deal with them again! I spent a lot of money at their dealership and they made us feel like we were poor, begging nuisances because we asked for what we deserved as a customer! It's not worth the drive there. The sales manager and his staff need to know how we felt when we left!!

Loved the car, service was good. Except for when they told me two tires will need to be replaced in the very near future & the oil needs to be changed & I asked if they could take care of these problems & was told we are taking a loss as it is. Overall I guess I can't complain.

Very good experience dealing with Audi Lafayette. Mr. Troy Guidry was the sales rep. and he just seemed like a genuine nice guy. We did not get the feeling they were desperate and trying to push us into a vehicle. The price advertised was indeed the selling price.
